Close to our activities that brought us to St. Ignace. Clean campground and facilities. Friendly staff. Only thing I feel is off putting is the golf carts that deliver food, they fly by and being staff, they too should be held to speed limits in the park.

We stayed at your KOA because of the St Ignace Car show; we loved it. Weather did not help at the beginning but that is not your fault. Staff was amazing, camps tore plentiful and our favorite was the food delivery to our camp site (which was delicious). For big events like the car show, perhaps a couple of portajohns on the far of end camp. Just an observation not a complaint! I will come back!!

Love it there. We have told a few people about the camp grounds. And last year they did use them. We already have our spot booked for next year. It will be our 4th year there. I love their text to let us know what is going on and last call on fire wood and ice.

It wasn't terrible. Honestly, the amenities were so awesome for littles. We had 4 adults and a dog. The dog park could be better. We LOVED mini golf but the showers are super tight and as are some of the spots. I would love this if I was there for one night. However, we were staying as a pivot in our vacationing in Michigan and it just was not what we were looking for in that exact moment.

VERY Nice staff but the spots are tight. We were within 10 feet from a cabin on one side and within 15 get of a camper on the other. A bit frustrating as the dogs on one side barked non-stop and more distance would have helped. On the other side were the teenagers dropping the f-bomb. Not the peaceful camping experience we were wanting

This is a very clean, attractive and well organized KOA!! From the moment we pulled in the staff were so friendly and helpful. The info texts they sent were timely reminders. There was plenty of navigation room for all sizes of rigs and a variety of sites to choose from. Would definitely recommend!

This was a very good campground. My site as well as all the other sights were very spacious. Staff were very friendly and helpful to all your needs. Campground was also well maintained by its staff. Plenty of room to walk your dog. The only thing that needs to be done is there miniature golf course needs some repairs to some of the holes on it.

Lovely wooded campgrounds but the men’s bathrooms were filled with mosquitoes and one toilet was clogged with TP and all on the floor. Smelled horrible. Must get control over mosquitoes and bugs in here.

This campground was the perfect place to stay for our visit to Mackinac Island. The staff was able to sell us discounted ferry tickets and the free shuttle to and from the ferry docks picked us up right in front of the office.

Great park! Well maintained and cared for. Customer service is excellent. We had truck problems and the staff went above and beyond to help us navigate our extended stay. Most definitely recommend!!

This was a destination stop for us and for the price per night we found the campground lacking. The sites were sparse on gravel and mud was a problem with recent rain. There was a huge pile of gravel on the grounds, so maybe they plan to fix the problem. The miniature golf is in need of repair (old worn carpet and broken wood). The showers and bathrooms were clean. Overall just an average stay.

The staff is very friendly, so willing to help make our stay nice. We were there during three very wet days and the site we had was very buggy so next tme we will ask to move out of the woods a bit and it would have been perfect!

Campground appeared to be well kept. Clean restrooms. Very nice level gravel pad with paved patio, fire pit and table/chairs. They use text message system to communicate information.

Stayed at campsite 27. People were great, KIA people were outstanding from the office to maintenance. Easy in and out loved every minute.

Staff was very welcoming and answered any questions we had. It was nice to have a shuttle to Mackinac Island. The campground and bathrooms were very clean. The only thing we missed was a pool but we had beautiful Lake Michigan near by. Thank you for making our stay a wonderful memory:)

We loved this campground. The grounds were beautiful, the staff very friendly. Everything was so nice. Even had dog agility area and a dog wash area. One of our favorite campgrounds ever!

Our stay at this KOA was very pleasant. All the staff and workers were very nice and attentive. The park was very clean and well kept. All the picnic tables were metal with resin style, much nicer that wooden. Each patio site had deluxe glass table top, with 4 nicer quality chairs and metal ring fire pit built into cement. Bathhouse was clean and well stocked. Snack shack a plus! Would stay again.

The proximity to St. Ignace is great. As far as the KOA, it was OK. The vibe, service and property of the Mackinac City was definitely nicer and that one is a Journey. We didn't have our Toad ready for our trip last year so we chose Mackinac city for biking/walkabilty thinking we were chosing a lesser quality (Journey vs. Holiday). This one was just "ok".

The campground was very clean, well organized and the sites were a great size, especially with a family with smaller children who like to be active. It was quiet and not as hustling as what we assumed the city KOA would be. The only issue was our fire ring was very low to the ground and sharp, which caused an injury to our 1.5 year old and we made the decision to not have any fires in fear.

Staff were very friendly, very accommodating and eager to make our stay the best. Greeted us every time we encountered them. Sent texts to remind us last call for ice and food. Allowed the children 5 more minutes when they were engaged in games. Delivery of wood, food truck, great customer service. Sites were clean and level.

Tried to make reservation by phone couldn’t told no pull throughs. Need someone competent answering. Site had plenty made online. Got there, we have big rig and told them that, got to our site on a hill it was awful to level, 10+ pull through very open large sites across drive empty. My stay was wonderful. From the pre-visit informational texts and emails though the safe travels text on my way out, everything was wonderful. We ate at the Mighty Mack Snack Shack and the food was a great value. The firewood was dry and burned great, plus site delivery was very helpful. Every staff member we encountered was helpful and friendly. Will be back!

The site I was in shared the 15 amp with the site next door. I couldn't turn off the circuit prior to plugging in my camper. I haven't had that setup prior to now.

My husband and I stayed here for the second time for our anniversary, I left a review last year but needed to add another! We were in the same cabin we were before 303 and it's just the cutest little thing. The people are so friendly and kind, we wanted to give a big shout out to Ed for being so genuine and recommending places to us, conversing, and taking time out of his work to get to know us and make us feel welcomed! The mighty Mack shack had great pizza, the PUTT putt was fun as always and overall we had just the best time and experience and hope to continue coming up here for many years! Thank you all for an amazing week and anniversary trip - with love the vertigans!

Didnt stay here but I did order pizza here. It looked nice from my short ~25 minutes I was there. Small playground, lots of lots to camp at, benches and pavilions, mini golf, and as stated earlier you can order decent food.
