Great accommodations and very friendly, helpful staff. Big shout out to Ed for helping us find a good fishing spot! Only thing I would recommend is adding a few more kid-friendly activities for my kids to do stuff on "chill" days and when weather is not cooperating with our truip plans. Was a little sparse compared to other KOA's I have been to. All in all, I plan to come back next year.

We loved staying at a deluxe cabin at the St. Ignace KOA. The amenities offered kept our kiddos busy and playing all night long. The food offerings onsite were tasty and priced well! We had an issue with our cabin smelling like smoke, but reported it to the office and they took action right away.

Fairly certain cabin 4 has bed bugs. By the end of the day I had a trail of bites show up.

Had a great stay. Lots of things to do at the campground. I would recommend making the road next to the A Frame cabins/glamp tents a one way road as it was tricky to turn around when all spots were full. Loved the cabin, very comfortable stay.

Everything was clean and quiet. My son loved being able to play as much mini golf as his heart desired. Mosquitos were bad in some areas and in the showers.

I think the customer service at the desk can be a lot friendlier. We stay at the Koa every year either there or Mackinaw city and that was the worst we had.

Had a great visit at this KOA. Rented a cabin for 3 nights, and it was expected with a nice little patio out back with chairs and a fire ring - which we used every night. Plentiful trees in the area added to privacy and overall quietness. Location was convenient and the shuttle for the ferries came up front to the office. Being able to buy ferry tickets at the office was nice also. Pleased.

Try to charge you for smoking ina cabin you didn’t smoke in they left the smoke detector open it was like that soon arrival I have a time stamp photo of it billed me $250 staff is rude . Stayed here a few years never again! Cabin was dirty not cleaned well at all. Restrooms are dirty !

Stay was great. Hospitality was awesome.only concern was firewood. We cook on our fire and being we had to buy from campground it got very expensive. Maybe consider buying in bulk prices. Also women's restroom was out of toilet paper for two days something that should be watched hourly with so many ppl.

Love the campground. Favorite place to stay. Staff always answered everything we needed to know, with all our stays except the day we checked in this time. July 13 th. The 2 girls were rude. Acted like it was a huge pain to greet . Other then that delivery guy and other staff members were great.

The staff was amazing, facilities clean and full of amenities, the breakfast delicious at the food trailer, and the cabin like it was just built the day we arrived - clean and wonderful. Thank you St. Ignace KOA for an amazing stay!

The new cabins are extremely nice. A couple of suggestions are: night light, bigger tv, in the bathrooms please add a shower liner water is getting all over the floors bring back paper towels

This KOA is one of the largest I have been to - fully booked on the weekends. My interactions with staff were enjoyable. We stayed in an A Frame cabin and it was very nice! Either bathhouse was a decent walk. The dog area is clover and grass mix near the main building and entrance to the park. Most RV sites were pull-thru and there were a mix of cabin types on site. Highly recommend!

Everyone is so helpful and friendly. The campground is so clean and there is so many things for the whole family to do. We camp here multiple times every year.

Glamping tent was amazing for the price and had plenty of space for 5 people along with the big deck and area for chairs and a grill. Only concern was it was hard for my kids to reach the soap, paper towels and the sink in the back bathrooms. A kids stool or something would be nice for them so they can wash their hands. Ice delivery was very quick and staff is really nice.

My brothers and I stayed at this KOA for a family reunion and were all impressed. The staff was friendly and helpful. We bought ferry tickets on-site and took the shuttle to the dock. The Snack Shack was excellent—Georgia is a fantastic chef. Our cabin (DK5) was spotless with a huge deck. I've stayed at KOAs in many states, and this campground was my favorite!

This was our first time staying at a KOA campground and we loved our stay! Our family of 5 stayed in Deluxe Cabin 2. The cabin was clean, well stocked and comfortable. Our kids enjoyed the jumping pad, putt-putt golf and playing gaga ball. The Mighty Mack Snack Shack offered a lot of food options and was especially helpful for breakfast on the morning we were checking out.

Deluxe cabin was clean & the queen bed mattress was the most comfortable one from ANY KOA ever! Nice that there was no charge for mini-golf but the course definitely needs some repairs. No pool just a jumping pillow & no game room either. Cost of a bundle of wood was expensive, too. Overall, campground was clean & quiet just not much to do.

Clean well maintained grounds. Lots of activities to keep kids busy. Close to main attractions. My only suggestion would be to stratigically place a few port a potty’s around the grounds so then tent or cabin ppl don’t have to walk so far in the night to potty. Fantastic place to stay.

The campground and staff are great, and cabin was very clean. One thing to know is that if you rent a cabin and intend to use their wifi, realize that if there are lots of other campers the wifi will be slow unless you have your own hotspot. And if you book DK 1, it is REALLY small...and I mean SMALL inside. If you like a bit of space, select a deluxe cabin for sure. Otherwise fantastic!

The site I was in shared the 15 amp with the site next door. I couldn't turn off the circuit prior to plugging in my camper. I haven't had that setup prior to now.

My husband and I stayed here for the second time for our anniversary, I left a review last year but needed to add another! We were in the same cabin we were before 303 and it's just the cutest little thing. The people are so friendly and kind, we wanted to give a big shout out to Ed for being so genuine and recommending places to us, conversing, and taking time out of his work to get to know us and make us feel welcomed! The mighty Mack shack had great pizza, the PUTT putt was fun as always and overall we had just the best time and experience and hope to continue coming up here for many years! Thank you all for an amazing week and anniversary trip - with love the vertigans!

Didnt stay here but I did order pizza here. It looked nice from my short ~25 minutes I was there. Small playground, lots of lots to camp at, benches and pavilions, mini golf, and as stated earlier you can order decent food.
