Staff were very pleasant and assisted us with the local attractions. I appreciate the text for communication which made it convenient when in our sight to get firewood and or ice delivered

Try to charge you for smoking ina cabin you didn’t smoke in they left the smoke detector open it was like that soon arrival I have a time stamp photo of it billed me $250 staff is rude . Stayed here a few years never again! Cabin was dirty not cleaned well at all. Restrooms are dirty !

Rundown...owner needs to repair or sell. The employees work hard to try to keep place in order.

Stay was great. Hospitality was awesome.only concern was firewood. We cook on our fire and being we had to buy from campground it got very expensive. Maybe consider buying in bulk prices. Also women's restroom was out of toilet paper for two days something that should be watched hourly with so many ppl.

I loved that they had the snack shack in the campground for breakfast, lunch and dinner, and would deliver to your site! Also delivered ice and firewood. Very friendly staff, the site was a nice size, the campground was quiet and in a great location. We will definitely be back!

Love the campground. Favorite place to stay. Staff always answered everything we needed to know, with all our stays except the day we checked in this time. July 13 th. The 2 girls were rude. Acted like it was a huge pain to greet . Other then that delivery guy and other staff members were great.

The staff was amazing, facilities clean and full of amenities, the breakfast delicious at the food trailer, and the cabin like it was just built the day we arrived - clean and wonderful. Thank you St. Ignace KOA for an amazing stay!

After a long day traveling, it was nice to relax at KOA/St Ignace/Mackinac Island. We had driven hrough smokey conditions in Northern Ontario and were relieved that conditions were somewhat better at St Ignace. The staff were very friendly and welcoming.

We had site 12 and really liked it with the concrete paid and upgraded furniture. The staff was polite and friendly. We will go back!!!

Overall we loved our stay! The ONLY issue i had was the mini golf course needed some attention. The green was ripping and we had to golf over plywood in many spots. Staff was super friendly and we love that you guys deliver to the campsites.

Sites were very close together. Dog park was too close the road and to small for a large dog. Bathroom was clean and trees helped diffuse heat.

The new cabins are extremely nice. A couple of suggestions are: night light, bigger tv, in the bathrooms please add a shower liner water is getting all over the floors bring back paper towels

Near to the ferries. Beach and restaurants right down the street. Lots of sea gulls around grounds. Delivered ice and firewood. They have a part-time food truck on site. Office staff was friendly.

Beautiful setting for a kampground, I think the sites need some work. It maybe hard to grow grass in some areas but where the picnic tables sit it was uneven and rocky! Site 74! Overall great staff of summer workers, baths were clean, good times were had on our travels!

Staff and grounds were great! We were able to get our tickets to Mackinaw island at the front desk as well as a free shuttle to/from the ferry dock.

There was a pretty large disconnect in communication between the front desk and the workers. Both days we ordered firewood from the front desk and both days I went up to the office 10 minutes before it closed to find they had either written the wrong site or not written it down at all.

We enjoyed the camp and the crew were exceptional, friendly and helpful. Two suggestions: possibly spray for mosquitoes and maybe provide shuttle service for the camp to outside sources.

Very nice campground in a good location. They have the best camground Wifi of any place we have ever stayed. We only stayed two nights as we were headed farther into the upper peninsula but are stopping back for two more days at the end of the week on our way back home.

Stayed in an electric tent site. Beautiful area, and facilities were clean and kept up. Friendly and helpful staff. But... SO LOUD from road noise. No privacy at the urinals. Showers were ok, changing area small. Parking difficult in a truck. No designated tent spot = neighbor sprawl +squished against the other neighbor. Perhaps if we had an RV or cabin, we would have enjoyed our stay more???

Best KOA experience ever. Had issues with our fifth wheel and they were so accommodating while we waited for the mobile service to get our rig fixed. Came back several times to see if we needed anything. Would definitely recommend if you are staying in the area.

Great staff. But again camp sites are way too close together. This one isn't as bad as some other KOAs we've been in lately. Still, zero privacy.

I camped Tuesday and Friday nights at the st ignace KOA last week. My campsites were clean and adequate, the bathrooms were clean, the staff was friendly, I was impressed with the number of activities available, like ladder ball, mini golf, etc. I look forward to coming there again. Thanks!

This KOA is one of the largest I have been to - fully booked on the weekends. My interactions with staff were enjoyable. We stayed in an A Frame cabin and it was very nice! Either bathhouse was a decent walk. The dog area is clover and grass mix near the main building and entrance to the park. Most RV sites were pull-thru and there were a mix of cabin types on site. Highly recommend!

Very nice park for families. Shuttle to Mackinac Island ferry was great. A pool would have been appreciated (and used).

The site I was in shared the 15 amp with the site next door. I couldn't turn off the circuit prior to plugging in my camper. I haven't had that setup prior to now.

My husband and I stayed here for the second time for our anniversary, I left a review last year but needed to add another! We were in the same cabin we were before 303 and it's just the cutest little thing. The people are so friendly and kind, we wanted to give a big shout out to Ed for being so genuine and recommending places to us, conversing, and taking time out of his work to get to know us and make us feel welcomed! The mighty Mack shack had great pizza, the PUTT putt was fun as always and overall we had just the best time and experience and hope to continue coming up here for many years! Thank you all for an amazing week and anniversary trip - with love the vertigans!

Didnt stay here but I did order pizza here. It looked nice from my short ~25 minutes I was there. Small playground, lots of lots to camp at, benches and pavilions, mini golf, and as stated earlier you can order decent food.
