Always clean and the staff is so friendly! It’s the only place we choose to stay for our UP trips!! Our kids love the mini golf and cornhole!

The office staff was very friendly, the park was a little tight and as much as I love trees there were almost too many. If was difficult to get in the site due to the trees. WiFi was terrible and we were told that it was really strong. With my hubby having to do some work that was a big negative for us.

It was fairly good. We were only there for 2 nights. You can definitely hear the road noise on Hwy 2. Otherwise it's a good location, close to town, but far enough away to be relaxing and view the night sky.

My brother in law overheard the lady at the desk talk bad about the customer who just walked out the door. Shame on her for talking about a guest. The bathroom garbage can has tons of crud on it and looks horrible to even look at as well as ceiling vent looks like it never gets cleaned. Disgusting. The guys on the carts are nice. They do not go by posted cleaning hours. They are rude.

First of all, the staff was very welcoming, courteous and helpful. They gave value in answering our inquiries. Our cabin was comfortable, having with some very good amenities. The beds were surprisingly very comfortable! We also appreciated the very nice dog park, as did our extremely energetic dog! The internet was rather sketchy, though we attempted only to stream. This was the only negative.

Very nice facilities, enjoyed playing miniature golf. Participated in the Mackinac Bridge walk a very memorable end to our trip around Lake Michigan.

The camp group is nice, very clean, friendly staff. However, there are a lot of fines if you don't follow their "rules". You can't have a tent on your sight or you get fined. If you miss the very small sign and go the wrong way on a one way, you get yelled at. If you bring your own wood or leave wood not used, you get a fine. We were afraid to do anything for fear of being yelled at or fined.

We were there for the bridge walk. I think you are missing an opportunity by not making shuttle arrangements. Other hotels had them. Even though we would prefer to camp, we'll probably stay at a hotel that can provide a shuttle (rather than unhooking the camper to drive, or risking our lives riding our bikes in the dark).

Warm, friendly welcome. reviewed all amenities available and services offered from mini golf, corn hole, daily activities - to fire wood and food from their on site food truck delivered right to our campsite. Great place to camp, quiet hours observed, all ages were observed enjoying the campground. Excellent Campground will definitely be back!!! THANK YOU!!

We had a good time. We especially liked the pull thru for our camper. It made it a lot easier to set up camp. However, it would be nice if you brought the outdoor pool back.

Everything went great. People were friendly. Staff was friendly. Would appreciate it if you would at least upgrade a couple of your campsites to EV friendly. I get that you don't always have EVs there, but some of us tow with EV trucks.

The cabins were beautiful! The facilities were well kept and updated. The amenities like the jumping pillow were a hit with the kids. One thing I would recommend is to update the put-put golf. Some of the holes needed fixing.

Longtime members of KOA, first time visiting this location. Very impressed with the staff for their professionalism, helpfulness, and personality! Our grandsons (9 & 7) raved about the amenities, the Mighty Mack Shack, and especially the showers!! Thanks for a memorable vacation!!

Features of the camp are many: we wanted to see Mackinac Island, and how we are going to the upper Peninsula. This was a great stop off location. I was able to get my wash done full service sites, friendly personnell, great access to the ferries and a day trip to Mackinac Island.

Staff was nice on the phone and upon check in however, bathrooms were vandalized 2 nights in a row making them unusable (in my opinion) as they were TP’d and toilets filled with TP, overflowing and mosquitoes by the thousands. I asked for a partial refund due to unacceptable/unavailable amenities (toilets and showers) but was told no refunds! This is now our 3rd bad experience at a KOA, we’re

Although it was just an overnight stay to break up our drive home, we stay overnight near the bridge several times a season. This is a favorite, clean and quiet campground.

Nice-quiet location. We purchased tickets for the ferry when we checked in. When we arrived at the ferry we were told it was not running that day but we would take the slower- cheaper ferry and to get a refund from the KOA. I was told back at the KOA that they have no way of knowing which ferry’s are running and would not refund our $24. No attempt to make this right. Poor customer service.

Nice KOA. Need to fix drive coming in and out of the park…maybe throw some gravel in your potholes? A rv parks entrance should be maintained. We were in a motorhome and there were so many potholes going in and out it was terrible. We managed to dodge around them in our car…not so lucky in the motorhome.

We stayed in one of the new cabins. It was really lovely! There was cable and internet available, the bathrooms weren't too far of a walk. The A/C worked great, mini fridge and microwave, grill, firepit, table outside. Everything was clean and great! Only thing I could recommend is umbrellas for the outdoor tables. We didn't realize it was something we might have needed

We loved our stay! We appreciated that we only had 2 "neighbors" our entire stay, it was peaceful. I loved that there were 3 showers available & they were within walking distance of our campsite. I liked the fact that they'd deliver wood & other supplies. What we didn't like was that there was no pool. Huge bummer. Also-if you add a ramp or something similar in the dog park, that would be fantasti

The staff was very friendly and helpful. I was able to choose the site that worked best for me. The park is clean and well layed out. The site was long enough that I didn't need to unhook even at 70ft trick and coach. You can order from the food cart and they deliver!!

Clean campground with very nice bathrooms. Very much enjoyed our stay there. Staff was friendly and responsive. We purchased all of our tickets to Mackinaw Island from the campground. The shuttle picks you up right in front of the office, and drops you AT YOUR CAMPSITE! Wowzers! Definitely a keeper KOA!

Family vacation. I would highly recommend this camp ground. Staff was very helpful and friendly. I loved how they delivered your firewood and ice. The snack shack was an awesome little place. They even delivered your food if you wanted them too. We stayed in one of the cabins. It was very comfortable and had everything you needed. Thanks so much for making our stay so great!!

The site I was in shared the 15 amp with the site next door. I couldn't turn off the circuit prior to plugging in my camper. I haven't had that setup prior to now.

My husband and I stayed here for the second time for our anniversary, I left a review last year but needed to add another! We were in the same cabin we were before 303 and it's just the cutest little thing. The people are so friendly and kind, we wanted to give a big shout out to Ed for being so genuine and recommending places to us, conversing, and taking time out of his work to get to know us and make us feel welcomed! The mighty Mack shack had great pizza, the PUTT putt was fun as always and overall we had just the best time and experience and hope to continue coming up here for many years! Thank you all for an amazing week and anniversary trip - with love the vertigans!

Didnt stay here but I did order pizza here. It looked nice from my short ~25 minutes I was there. Small playground, lots of lots to camp at, benches and pavilions, mini golf, and as stated earlier you can order decent food.
