The cabin was fantastic! The staff that we met in the office were very helpful and kind. However, there was a broken water line just outside our cabin and maintenance was there working on it really late Saturday evening. Then Sunday morning around 9:00 maintenance walked across our porch which sounded like someone knocking. It woke us up and my girlfriend was very concerned.

When you have open sites everywhere and the sites are not being used -why are you letting the computer select a poor site for me? After asking for a better site in same price range the attendant let me select a site that I wanted. Thanks

Very nice campground, bath house spotless. Campsites are a bit too close together, and some pull thru with trees make it narrow. It would be great if site selection showed width and length.

We had a great one night stay with the family in the Deluxe cabin DK2. The cabin was clean, amenities were good and overall great campground.

Place was quiet and well taken care of, lots of improvements happening! More cabins being put in! They provide shuttle service to the ferry to go Mackinac Island! No parking fees then! They have a food truck for breakfast and dinner and delivered the hot food right to the campsites. Great place! If we come up here again we will definitely stay here!

What a great campground! Staff was amazing and we really enjoyed the all the extras - shuttle to the ferry docks, laundry, food trailer, mini golf, etc. Great location and we used it as our hub to visit all the attractions in the straits and eastern UP. Will be staying here again next time we travel up north.

The KOA was very nice. They have made a lot of upgrades over the past 5 years.

The site to which I was assigned did not have the utilities grouped together. The power connection was at the site entrance, the sewer connection was at the site exit and the water connection was in the middle. I was able to connect to electricity and water but unable to connect to sewer.

We stayed in a deluxe cabin. It was very clean and well maintained. My kids enjoyed all the activities offered. After a long drive in, they were able to get us in. I loved the wilderness woodsy area around the cabins.

We stay at your KOA 1-2 times per year for the last 5 years. We love the area and the staff is always so nice. The showers are always clean and the grounds are well maintained.

Cabin DK3 was absolutely wonderful. Clean, well decorated and everything looked new and recently installed. The towels, cookware, and bedding were very welcoming and clean. The porch is huge, the firepit and outdoor furniture are clean and sturdy. The staff of the KOA are friendly beyond belief, I really felt welcome. I am running out of room, this KOA was great, I definitely recommend.

Fantastic customer service!!!!!! Rhonda, Olivia and the guys went over and above for us!!! The sites are great! Super bonus to have a charcoal grill and a firepit! The park is quiet. The laundry and showers were good.

Outstanding campground with the entrance in view of the Bridge. The miniature golf course at the front is fun and has a representation of the Bridge. Clean and well maintained facilities and bathhouse. Staff was friendly and cooperative.

Rhonda, Cara and the rest of the staff were super accommodating. Not only did they allow us to switch our site last minute so we'd be less cramped in another spot, but they delivered the wood super fast which was super appreciated. The only thing I would suggest for improvement is a bigger dog park, it's very small which makes it hard for bigger breeds to get their energy out. An excellent stay.

⭐⭐⭐⭐ 4.5 Stars — Great Stay at the St. Ignace KOA! I stayed at the St. Ignace KOA back in September during a cross-country motorcycle trip. Although I didn't stay in an RV or tent, I reserved one of the small cabins—and the experience was fantastic. I arrived after hours, but the check-in process couldn't have been easier. The staff left a packet with my cabin key, a map, and instructions for the next day's check-in. Super simple and appreciated after a long day on the road. The campground itself was quiet and peaceful. I stayed from Monday to Wednesday, so it wasn't overly crowded. The cabin was impressively clean, cozy, and had everything I needed. There was a small TV that struggled with signal, but honestly I didn't come here to watch TV—I spent my evenings enjoying the campfire and staring up at the incredible night sky. The stars were spectacular! One note for anyone arriving after dark: the cabin area isn't marked super clearly at night. I arrived while there was still some daylight, so it wasn't a problem. Later, when coming back from dinner, I used a blue glow stick to mark my entryway—simple fix that worked perfectly. The campground felt friendly and safe. Other campers kept to themselves but were pleasant when interactions happened. Bathrooms and showers were clean, well-maintained, and no complaints there. When checking out, there was a slight delay since staff were shorthanded and out cleaning cabins. They provide a number you can call to speed things up, but it wasn't a big issue for me—I had time. Amenities offered at this KOA include: • Basketball • Cornhole (Bags) • Ferry tickets to Mackinac Island • Free shuttle to ferry companies • Free shuttle to the casino • Game room ($) • Large Connect-Four • Laundry (paid) • Mighty Mack Snack Shack • Mini golf • Playgrounds • Firewood for sale • Volleyball Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay at this KOA. Clean facilities, friendly staff, great cabins, and a calm, relaxing atmosphere. I'd definitely stay here again on future trips through the area.

I prefer St. Ignace over Mackinaw City always because it's more historical and vintage. The KOA is a great place to stay because it feels like a State Park but has full hookup and activities on site. They provide shuttle to the Mackinac Island ferry ride. And, they have a laundry room. And the WiFi is great.
