Self / late check in went great - in space 303. Both the power box (lightly) and water spicket (significantly) were bent over. I’m sure that happens in a very busy place like this, BUT the water spicket leaked tremendously while in the ON position. This amount of water leakage is NOT ok. I actually chose to get out and intermittently turn your spicket on / off in order to NOT flood my space.

There are way too many camp sites in this KOA compared to others we have stayed at. Everyone is so packed in, you can barely back your camper in. The office hours being 10am-6pm was a bit annoying and we didn't see any other staff around the facility our entire stay. Amenities were a step up from other KOAs but they were not clean or stocked at all. We talked to other campers who also felt the sam

Grass was recently mowed and the clippings were left on the pad….. then tracked into the camper What a mess! RV Spots are close to each other, I had to unhook from my trailer to fit length wise, and the mud spots at the edge of the spaces in the morning are less then fun to deal with. They were there last year. Not sure I’ll be staying at this KOA again.

Cramped. No picnic tables. They don't answer their phone or respond to voice messages left. Even when it's related to necessary maintenance within their own campground.

We stayed at the KOA for 2 nights/3 days. Our campsite was awesome-all hook ups. The swimming pool was so much fun. Lots of kids, who were well behaved and respectful. Our grandkids had a blast! Stay there when you get a chance.

We only spent the night but it everything we needed, full hookups and a pull thru. The price was very good! we will definitely stay here again when we're in the area.

A year ago we stayed here and loved it. This year, not sure much. The bathrooms had much to desire with navy out of order access those that were usable, filthy. Many sites with what appeared to be permanent residents were cluttered, packed full of stuff and vehicles parked outside the white lines. Our site the"grass"was just mud made worse with the sprinkler coming on and creating a mess.

Water was leaking from the next site and we had to walk through mud each time we went in our RV. Other sites had grass, but each time we have stayed there our site is not cared for. The cover from our awning was stolen while there. Tried to go in to speak to the person in the office, however it was never open. Tried several times.

Sites are tight and ours had a water leak under ground. Was not noticeable until water was turned on. By the evening there was a lake by hookup. I shut it off and used our pump so could unhook in the morning without walking in water.

Sites are too narrow, when you step out your door the sewer riser for the site next door is 8’ away and smells. No way would you want to eat outside.

Extremely tight spaces. Trailers practically touching each other. Lots of tong term tenants some with household items, including furniture, outside of their trailers. Cabins at back of park look in very poor condition.

The camp ground was not well maintained. The sites were dirty and small, the water spigot was leaking and grass was over grown. Cars and trucks were parked all over the place including vacant lots.many of the permanent residents rv’s were old and dirty, the campground looked like a junkyard.

We have stayed at this KOA 4 times now over the last year. The first time we loved it. Campground and restrooms were clean. Each consecutive stay has gotten worse. This last time most bathrooms were out of service and the ones that weren’t were filthy and wet inside. The hand driers did not work. We stepped in dog poop from the people next to us that lived there. I had to pick up their dogs poop

Our spot had dead grass. So our dogs aius tracked it in the trailer each time we went in. Also we didn’t have a full picnic table. Hard to entertain.

My site had no table or chairs. The water spigot continued to run even when shut off. Site 409 is a poor site with no amenities. You should be charging much less for a very basic site

Very quick overnight stay. Campground is great for that. It's got paved sites, fairly close together, but enough room to do what you need to do for an overnight stay. Water pressure is impressively high, so use a regulator. Hook ups all in good shape and worked fine.

The bathroom/shower facilities required maintenance. Water pooled on the floor in one. Shower head missing in one. Faucets missing in one and floors were dirty in most every shower.

The park looks a little run down. Several permanent residents on some sites. Nice staff, great pool & clubhouse. The first site they sent us to had no power. Moved to another site, very unlevel due to tree roofs under the pad, we should’ve asked to move again. Water hose covered in duct tape. Cabins looked unkept, blinds torn in windows & siding was torn on several cabins. Needs maintenance work

The camping is noisy, unfortunately too close from the highway but the real problem was the toilets and showers which are not clean enough. They are clean once a day, therefore at the end of the day, with the swimming pool nearby it is all muddy. And in the morning, it is worst. Toilets should be clean twice a day. Otherwise the caretaker was really nice and campsite were nice too.

Sites very tight, neighbor had awning out - we had to pull all the way forward to clear the power box and the awning. Trees needs to be trimmed a little higher. Dog park overgrown, bathrooms out of order, camper deposited hot coals in dumpster and started a fire. Only contact for office was text message. Good thing fellow camper had a fire extinguisher and a hose.

The store hours are too short!!! Opening at 10 am is crazy!! People camp all day, why is the store only open 8 hours?

It was easy to get to this campground, but there was significant road noise (nothing the staff could do). The campground was clean and well groomed, but the sites were narrow. It was a good place to stop and I would recommend it to others.

This KOA is a great place to stay. The staff are very helpful and friendly. We had a family emergency and they worked with us through out our stay. The park is right off the freeway. This park has a lot of amenities plus washers and dryer s. Very nice place to stay.
