The cabins are getting old. They need a refresh of the following: 1) The main AC needs to be recharged - it didn't cool very well 2) the window blinds are broken, and 3) the skirting of the trailers is falling apart -- makes the whole thing look undesirable. The lady at the front desk was wonderful!!!!!! Best asset ever!

We made reservations in December, where we as a family of 30 adults and 14 children could be close together. Two weeks before we were to arrive we were separated into two groups clear across the whole field. This was very disappointing to all, since this was supposed to be a family together. Poor maintenance in restrooms, no TP. Since a six-month reservation was not held we say good bye.

The cabin we had did not have water turned on. Only way to contact them is via text. During the day they don't answer phones. The water hydrant was leaking so badly that I was sprayed when turning it on. The mgmt staff said was expected and just to leave it on flooding the surrounding area. Poor communication, poor maintenance. Didn't even get the cabin door code. Will not stay here again

The cabin was dirty! There were ants climbing the wall by the pull out bed my kids slept in. There was no kitchen garbage. The bathroom shower faucet was broken! Very disappointed. We love staying at a KOA cabin. This one needs major cleaning!

When arriving at the cabin discovered that the kitchen trash can and no bag liner in it. Upon entering the bathroom there was hair in the bathtub/shower,. The office had closed right after we checked in so there was no one to tell and we left before the opened the next day. We use KOA cabins alot and have not experienced this at any other KOA. Everything else in the cabin was good.

We stayed in a cabin. The cabin was relaxing but the shower handle would come off in your hand and the lavatory faucet handle was very loose.

The website said that access to the clubhouse was included with admission, and it talked about all of these games and activities in the clubhouse, which gives the impression that those are included in the price of admission, but they all cost extra. Our bathroom sink was broken, the futon was horribly uncomfortable, the sheets on the master bed did not look clean, and cabin smelled weird

This KOA is a great place to stay. The staff are very helpful and friendly. We had a family emergency and they worked with us through out our stay. The park is right off the freeway. This park has a lot of amenities plus washers and dryer s. Very nice place to stay.
