Not enough room for big rvs. Hard to maneuver. To tight. Park not very appealing due to junky full time residents. Would not stay again.

Old Rv park, sites to narrow, old hookups, tops of sewer hookups broken. Site Trees not trimmed high enough, had to use a pole to push limbs out of the way when retracted slides & exited. Nasty dog park, not kept up and no grass. Interstate noise all day & night. Not at all like the koa booklet description. Won’t be back.

Our spot was decent, but it was very hard to navigate in and out of the camp area because of cars parked all over the roads and sites. There was barely enough room to drive through.

Excellent customer service. Staff extremely friendly. Sites were beautiful but too close for our size unit. We were in a 42 foot 5th wheel with slides

Our 3rd stay here. Paved, level sites, but close. Some trees through out. Friendly helpful office staff. Clean park. Large clean bath house with individual bathrooms/showers and laundry. We only stay one night as we are passing through the area.

Power pole was in poor maintenance. Water valve worked but in need of repair. We have stayed at this facility multiple times over the years. It is gradually deteriating and will no longer be on our list of places to stop at. The party next to us felt the same.

If you had a 4.5 star we would have chosen that. We did not give a 5 star as we would have appreciated a response to our text as we needed to change sites due to size accommodations. The water hydrant was spraying when used and there was a huge puddle there from this before we arrived. Otherwise, the after hours check in was easy and the facilities were very good and the common areas very clean.

Older KOA, great staff and customer service Some sites are smaller for big rigs so you might have to park your tow vehicle in the overflow parking. We visit this KOA four to five times a year to follow Grandkids sports. We’ll definitely return. Thanks KOA Springville

The staff were nice. The campgrounds were nice, but for the price the bathroom and shower area did not meet our expectations for a KOA. Very dirty.

Staff was great. Would like to see KOA put a little more space between rigs. This place was in a good location, easy in off the freeway and fuel station right next door was nice to have.

All staff were great. Maintenance mgr helped with an issue and made our stay a good one. Bathrooms were clean and available. Laundry onsite were great.

Spots have standing water at the ends, must have sprinkler issues, tight spots pulling in and out, employees riding around on golf carts, lawns need mowed, tables/bench broke, the only thing positive we can say is the pool was clean.

It is a good facility as far as the showers and such, and the staff was friendly, but I wasn't expecting it to be so close to the highway so It was a bit noisy.

We got in about 7:30 pm. No streetlights were on. People parking their cars in the streets made it difficult to navigate. Had to ask people to mover their vehicles so we could get into our site. Luckily they were home and after about 30 minutes of maneuvering, we were in our spot. We were gone early the next morning so didn’t have much chance to see any facilities.

When you just are travelling you want a couple of things….quiet to sleep and clean shower?washrooms. I found none of that there. Trains and traffic noise you cant do much about but the cleanliness of the washrooms? Showers were old and worn out.

The park sites are extremely tight and larger rigs must park their trucks perpendicular to their campers. So, you end up with a very chaotic, tight road to traverse. However, the primary reason for the low score is the noise. Between the highway and railroad yard directly beside the park, there are very loud noises throughout the night. Front desk person very friendly and welcoming. Good access to I-15. The place is crowded and cramped with RV spots packed too tightly together.

Believe EVERYONE about the very small size of the spaces. They are tiny. The roads are very tight. To get too my spot, 2 people had to move their trucks from their spots so I could make turns. (40 foot Ventana towing small Chevy) Bathroom are nice. Only stopped overnight so didn't need room. Couldn't open patio cover if I wanted to. KOA should grade over and redesign.

Very cramped. Staff boasted about their clubhouse on bowling, pool tables and more. After settling in we decided to take in a game of pool. Bowling broke and no equipment for pool or anything. Thought it must be something to check out, office closed.

we liked the place. It had everything we needed. One nit maybe: the picnic table is only half-size. That may not be enough for a family. Will be perfect for a couple. We never used it so no problem for us.

Nice campground, but we were put with the area workers who live there for awhile and the train yard. It was a very noisy way to wake up, trains and very loud trucks.

Staff was helpful and friendly. Too many permanent residence whose sites were very unkept. A few barking dogs. Standing water at many of the sites that smelled suspiciously of sewer. Oh, and by the way, the sign at the entrance is KOA Holiday.

The managers are wonderful. The clubhouse is amazing. The sites are pretty close together but doable.

The campground facilities and staff are very nice. The campground itself is quite compact. It's a high traffic area, with cattle in the next field and a railroad service center behind. There is not much space per unit.

Great location just far enough off of I-15 so you don't hear all of the freeway noise and right next to a truck stop which made our trip a one-stop shop for gas and propane. The park was clean and the facilities where great, no wind and plenty of shade this made our experience a pleasant one after the train wreck of our prior stay in Toquerville. Nothing like spys like us from the owners of that park you can't eve walk the park or it's facilities without even feeling invaded upon. This park was a breath of fresh air.

This campground is clean and well maintained. The amenities are wonderful. The area is absolutely beautiful. It's not hard to find a great place to stay around here, but you won't experience the hospitality like that of the Springville/Provo KOA. The staff make all the difference. They are family oriented and generously kind. I would recommend this campground any day!

Very nice campground with plenty of dog areas. Camp hosts Sadie and Devin were great and super helpful and accommodating! Excellent customer service! Spaces are large with picnic table included. Lots of games for kids to play and basketball court and pool. Will definitely go back.
