Good place for a one night's stay. Close to the freeway so a bit nosey. This is the first campground we stayed at that had a gate code. The young ladies at the front desk were very friendly and helpful.

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

We do have gates for 2 reasons. The first was to slow down entrance traffic since it is near playgrounds. Since we are in the heart of town we want the facility to be for guests staying here. We want to keep the campground private for those who choose to stay with us.

The campground is one of the best KOAs we have camped in. We have been all over the US and staying at Sioux City North KOA is one campground we would go to again.

We got a spot last minute due to a change of schedule. We were there for an overnight stay on our way west and found the campground adequate for that purpose. The sites were roomy enough and other than road noise we had a good nights rest.

It’s a perfect stopover for us. We’ve stayed there before and each time have found the staff extremely friendly and helpful. The grounds are well kept. The only downside is the noise from I-29 which is not anyone’s fault and is tolerable.

The campground is really beautiful, with lots of trees and great amenities! The staff was friendly and very helpful! They offer pizza and chicken wings which we ordered and they delivered them right to our camper. The pool was closed for the season, but it looked very nice and the dog park was clean and the dogs enjoyed it very much! We would definitely stay here again!

Got in after hours was unable to get in and use the shower facility. Said to text a text at 9:30 for pass code received a reply at 11:30 PM. this is the only KOA I stayed out that I had to have a pass code to use the facility so I didn’t know to check earlier.

Too noisy, so close to the highway. Other than that, it had level sites, was clean, and the staff was friendly

Nice campground especially for an overnight. Next to the highway so a little noisy for tent campers. Clean restrooms and adjacent to a bike path for safe walking/riding.

This is a good location for an overnight stay. It's easy access to the interstate. There's a little bit of road noise but it didn't effect our sleep. This is our second stay here on our trip.

We were greeted by Megan. Extremely nice and professional. Her co-worker was very nice too. We had thought we picked a site that was prime, but it was not, they accommodated our request This is a quiet location to stay a couple nights, pizza made on site very good. Only 20 min drive is a large mall with lots of restaurants. Kids area needs a lot of improvement

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

We agree the mini golf as posted in the office is under going repairs. As soon as we are able to close we will be able to finish the resurfacing project and paint. This unfortunately is impossible to work on during the peak traffic. The main rock area is complete

It was nice. Wish the pool was open and the ruts in the ground were fixed.

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

Temps during the stay were a high of 70 and low of 55. To continue to heat the pool for comfort would require increase prices. When vehicles park on dedicated gravel it eliminates ruts needing to be repaired.

A nice shady RV park, we stayed at while traveling through from Iowa to the West. Our spot did not have sewer hookups, but others may have. Lots of amenities, but we only stayed the night so didn't use them.

I enjoyed my Memorial Day stay. It was a great location for me. I rode my e-bike on a beautiful trail. I crossed under 29 and picked up the Louis and Clark trail
