The campground was perfect for us, perfect location and wonderful, very hard working staff! The shady spots were perfect in the heat wave and being right next to the sparkling pool made it perfect! The laundry room is super clean and all machines were working, that rarely happens so thank you! We definitely appreciated being able to receive all of our packages with ease!

Very convenient for our needs. The swimming pool is A+++ Nice job! Staff very friendly. Cabins very clean and quiet with air conditioning, refrigerator and tv (not that we used it). Thanks for being here in North Sioux City, South Dakota.

Only there to rest overnight but all went well! Friendly young staff, nice camp store, and the option to order fresh pizza, delivered hot to the RV! Trees and decent space between sites. Drainage on our site was not great—pooling after a rain—otherwise all good.

Great stay in a beautiful camp. My only complaint - our space was just too far from the bath house. Maybe more bath houses?

Nice campground, unfortunate that the past 2 days rain transform the spot in muddy puddle. Not able to use outside space due to water . Welcoming host , no pb with that .

Staff was very friendly. Unfortunately no one was available to get us propane and the dumpster by the pool needed to be emptied as it was spilling over. Park overall is very clean.

We’ve stayed here twice on our trip. Nice place to stay. Great pool. The spots are decent and they have pizza & wings! Good water pressure at the sight. Some may not like the road noise so I did 4 stars.

I prefer camping to hotels (bugs/dirt are always cleaner than what previous guests might have left on any hotel room surface), and this KOA provides clean bathrooms and well-groomed sites. Other guests kept quiet after 10pm, and while the nearby interstate always hummed with traffic, the white noise actually made it easy to fall asleep! The on-site pizza and wings were also a pleasant surprise!

At time of reservation, we requested two cabins side-by-sid, the other for my sister and her family. Upon check in the girl said the one cabin was not clean. Upon further conversation, the girl decided to clean it, but strangely only took about 15 minutes. The cleaned cabin, various bottles of drinks and frozen beverages in the freezer, clearly not been cleaned. Excessive highway noise. Pool nice!

They were working on improving the grounds which will be nice when finished. Our site had NO shade and we were there 6 nights. All the other rows had shade but not ours. Had problems with our gate card working.

Did not like that I had to pay a pet fee! Why? I pick up after my dogs! Site was very hard to get in with big rig. We chose a pull in so that we didn’t n ed to unhook but had to do so to get in the site without hitting a tree. I will say the tge employees were all very nice and apologetic for the hassle of having to unhook the tow vehicle.

We are not finding any pet fees charged to you credit card from our facility. Please contact us with a receipt. We only have a fee for pets in cabins. The site booked online was one of our KOA patio sites. This site is right inside our entrance.

Nice campground. Beautiful pool. Good sized camp store with possibly pizza?! (We didn’t check but had a spot in the camp store. Very nice bathrooms as well. Nice place to stop.

We had a great time. The staff was fantastic and very helpful. The pool was nice. Our cabin was very nice. Only complaint was we did not have hot water. The staff tried diligently to fix it but we never could use the shower as there was not hot water. Overall very good stay.

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

Maintanence was notified on Friday night at 7:30pm and the issue was fixed. No other indications the rest of the stay or we would have had this issue checked during the stay. Housekeeping staff checked on Sunday and no water issues. Otherwise we hope you had a great stay!

The stay was quick as we came in later in the evening. Our keys were not available but the staff quickly remedied this mistake and apologized. That was fine. The biggest and only negative was the AC unit in cabin 1. We stayed for $100 and surely a better unit can be installed for extremely hot days. It was so hot after a 90+ degree day that opening the windows helped. Didn’t sleep!

We are sorry the AC didn't meet expectations in extreme heat. Our team works hard to maintain equipment and respond quickly to issues. The key was in the night registration box next to the site map and was delivered to guest. AC not mentioned while onsite or we could have had this checked as well

Overall the campground is pleasant. The core facilities are nice with good amenities. I was tent camping and had I known what I was signing up for I would have stayed elsewhere. The campground is extremely close to the interstate. the tent sites are closest sites to the interstate. Road noise was bad from the highway and it kept me from sleeping most of the night. Don't stay here if your tenting.

We do have additional tent sites with electricity that are further away from the interstate but unfortunately, those site were already full. Our facility is easy on/off I-29 but traffic can be heavy during summer travel months. We do have cabins if you want to try us again.

Very frustrating with air conditioner not working for first 5 hrs. 97 degrees inside cabin. Seems to have been a routine maintenance problem. Coils and filter needed cleaned. Something i do routinely every year at my house, prior to summer.

We are sorry the AC didn't meet expectations in extreme heat. Our team works hard to maintain equipment and respond quickly to issues in this case were notified at 7pm and fixed by 7:20pm. Maintenance checked the next morning and was told everything was fantastic and freezing

First time staying here and we would definitely return. Clean property and we enjoyed our time in the pool as temperatures outside had really climbed.

Showers were great ! Owners dogs were barking loud frequently. Female owner brought dogs to public camp spots, let them poop and didn't pick ot up. Owners not fit to be KOoA.

We stayed at North Sioux City KOA for one night and found the KOA facilities to be clean, the campsite great, and the pool fantastic. The staff was welcoming very nice, and professional. We highly recommend!

We did demolish our 50year old pool last year and built a new one. We hope you enjoyed the underwater speakers and water slide. We thought that was a special touch.

This is our second time we’ve stopped. Beautiful campground, with the best pool we’ve ever had at any campground. It’s clean, clear and large to swim laps. The staff is super friendly and accommodating. Beautiful shady site. Really, this campground is right up there with Glacier resort KOA

A nice shady RV park, we stayed at while traveling through from Iowa to the West. Our spot did not have sewer hookups, but others may have. Lots of amenities, but we only stayed the night so didn't use them.

I enjoyed my Memorial Day stay. It was a great location for me. I rode my e-bike on a beautiful trail. I crossed under 29 and picked up the Louis and Clark trail
