Very peaceful area to relax and unwind. Staff very friendly and helpful. Besides the people walking through our campsite multiple times, we had an enjoyable time and will be back!

The stay was easy and convenient, definitely can tell it's the start of the season and needs some spring up keep.

Thank you for your feedback! We do have many projects going on this spring including moving and tear down of our older playgrounds and enhancing our tenting area ,making them larger. While these to projects make a mess they will enhance the park come main camping season.

Because my rig is 41 ft long I was told the only site available was the premium site patio site even though all the open sites in my row all looked like the same size. I was pulling a short car and 40 ft rigs pulling longer vehicles were overall longer than me were in the regular sites. I think I was upsold and taken advantage of.

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

Early in the season we only have one row open that we can safely turn the water on. This row includes 5 full hook up pull throughs and 3 KOA patio sites. Unfortunately, the 5 regular sites were already booked leaving only Patio Sites. We hope to be able to turn on more water once above freezing.

Easy in and out! Appreciated the security gate! Greeted upon arrival and escorted directly to our site! Knew the area and gave recommendations on where to eat! Would definitely stay again!

Just a quick overnight stay. We had a long drive, got our after hours packet and proceeded to our site. The site was long enough so we stayed hooked up. Good water pressure, power and sewer. It was a very quiet park. We didn't use the restrooms. We will keepthis park in mind on any future trip!

During our 4 day stay, I was bothered by the sound of the constant beeping from the machinery they were using to hold a man up close to the trees while he cut and trimmed branches around the park. Next, when they began burning piles of branches and debris, we were smoked out. Ash was settling inside our 5th wheel and the trucks. It was hard to breath and we continued sneezing for days. Awful!

Thank you for staying with us during the last week of our season. Tree work is necessary this time of year to keep our campground safe and healthy for the next season. We appreciate your patience and hope you’ll return to enjoy the improvements.

Little flies around the check-in were really bad (and bit something horrible). Didn’t seem as bad in the campground. Seemed a little pricey with the pool closed and the campground virtually shutdown.

The check-in person did a wonderful job. However there was a great deal of road noise--perhaps a fence or other barrier? Also, this KOA needs more signage pointing to the exit as well as a sign near the gate that says to pull forward for the gate to raise. We drove around the park twice at 6 a.m. looking for the exit....

Incredibly friendly staff. Spots were well kept and the overall camping grounds were clean. The playgrounds and dog park were an awesome addition. Can’t wait to see what the mini golf looks like when the remodel is done.

Good spot close to the interstate. Given a rough cabin but several other cabins were empty. Rough cabin had bunk beds even though it was known that we were just a traveling couple. Common theme among the KOAs we stayed at in this trip where an easy site was presented due to what I suspect was staff not wanting to clean a cabin for our use.

We are sorry we didn’t hit the mark on a couples cabin. As a family campground all of our cabins include bunk beds. For the value we provided what was requested. We do hope to provide couple cabins in the future.

Not my favorite KOA but it was fine to stay a night. Facility was clean and I was able to get laundry done. The mini golf and playground area were in disrepair but it looked like tere were some materials there and plans on fixing it up. It was easy to get in and out of. The lady at the front desk was very nice.

We do have to do big maintenance projects closer to off season. Particularly playgrounds when kids are back to school. A new playground was added this spring on the south end of the park and the old playground to the north will be taken out for cabins and parking.

The shower cells are extremely inadequate in size. There is a 3 x 3 area that is separated from a 2 x 3 area which is considered a place to change clothes. It was separated by very cheap shower curtain that was torn in half by hand apparently to be able to save money and have one shower curtain covered two shower stalls.When the shower is on, it sucks the shower curtain and it sticks your body.

Our shower stall are standard size. We do use smaller shower curtains for cleanliness. Large shower curtains are unable to fully dry after use and would result in mold.

I pulled in for two nights due to being sick and unable to continue my travel plans at that time. The young gentleman that I spoke with was very helpful in setting up my reservation and guiding me into my spot when I arrived. I was unable to explore all the amenities that this park had to offer but the spot I was in was very clean and spacious.

Small facility. Not kept up very well. Women’s restroom was completely out of paper towels. The shower floors were not clean at all and looked like they haven’t been cleaned in awhile. The mini golf course was over grown with weeds on most of the holes. The staff was friendly enough and helpful. They need to do a little better in maintenance.

Great little spot to stop! Had a 1 night stay on our way across the country. Great laundry facilities. Wash was $1 dryer was $.75. Didn't have to dry twice, which was nice!! Woke up to a beautiful sunset, showered with some decent pressure (the shower heads could use a good vinegar soak to reduce some of the build up) but overall, very pleased! Would stay again!

We had planned to tent camp, but after days of storms and a dangerous heat wave, we decided at the last minute to get a pet-friendly cabin. Maddie made the entire process easy. She was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely cared about helping us after a long day on the road. The cabin was clean, comfortable, and exactly what we needed. We traveled across several states on this trip, and this stop was one of the best decisions we made. Thank you, Maddie, for making our stay such a great experience. We would absolutely stay here again
