These folks were great. We had planned on car-glamping for accommodation while on across country adventure.The weather changed and tent/car camping was not a thought we wanted to entertain. After inquiring if upgraded to a little dry cabin was possible, we spent a warm and comfortable sleep. The amenity offered were clean and in working order. All but one will have this review as they were all #1.

We we're walk ins, got in late and left early. Paid $79.36 for a full hookup pull through for a 20' class C with a chevy spark on a tow dolly. After we left charges started showing up on my wifes credit card. An extra $6.34 and another for $5,00. Called to complain and they said $5.00 was for an extra vehical. Never charged for towed car before. Other $6.34 no one knew why. Wont stay no more.

Our rates are different on Holiday Weekends. We only have one charge for the site billed to the card on file, However we are not showing an additional charge of 6.34. Please check to make sure it was indeed our location as it could have been a store sale. IF not please call and ask for a manager.

We have been staying here for a very long time in the recent years. It has gotten very expensive due to every single thing costing money, including parking and even having guests visit our site. Also seems very unorganized when the pool isn’t open for one of the biggest camping days of the year and when it was open, it was still quite dirty. Due to the amount of children registered on-site during Memorial Day self guided free amenities include mini golf, jumping pad, brand new playground. With rain and cold temperatures between 39°-60 degrees the pool remained closed 5/23 but opened 5/24 after sample testing.

Overall, the stay was not horrible, however, the site is within throwing distance of the interstate and can be a bit noisy. Friendly staff as always at KOA...great job there!

I didn't do 1 star, which was my personal experience because I can appreciate that the facility in itself is very well equipped with the playground, security gates etc. My poor experience was all to do with staff, which while I understand that is not technically part of the facility, they are employed by the facility and the fact they allow the experience I had to happen is a reflection of them.

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

Management had to talk with guest over the choice of words used to threaten staff. Staff was asking guest to move a vehicle parked in a site they were escorting too. We do not allow threatening of any kind on the campground.

It was great. We had a long day on the road and were exhausted. They quickly got us to our site, where we were able to relax. They had pizza and wings delived to our site and it was great. Wonderful.

2 nights with great location. It was a tad noisy from Hwy but to be expected. Park was clean and park staff was excellent. I would highly recommend.

The staff was wonderful, very attentive to ensure that all need were met. They staff was always working to keep the campground was clean and all sites were free from any tree debris after the hellish winds that came through, out the next morning raking all the sites and picking up the debris that was all over. Would highly recommend this facility!

We frequently stay due to proximity to family. Disappointed to see continued deferred maintenance in the landscaping, mini golf and play grounds. One swing chain is not safely connected and is an accident waiting. Pool looks a long ways away from being usable as the water is brown. The entrance is overgrown with weeds and poorly tended plants. That is the first impression of your campground.

The pool cover was removed on 5/14 at arrival. It is not set to open until 5/23. Cleaning must take place. The brand new playground was installed on 5/9 we hope you were able to take advantage of that area before the old playground is torn out and other spring projects are being completed.

The campground worked for us traveling from Bismarck ND. Arrived about 10 pm after closing but I was able to figure out what to do. And then soon after hooking up to electricity, it was lights out!!!

2 separte overnight stays. Bathrooms were clean and well stocked. Sites were pull thru with 30/50/110. Picnic tables were on the small side, but all we needed.

Thank you for staying with us! We are currently working on upgrading all of our older picnic table to larger 5ft tables. We hope to have this completed this camping season!

Everything was fine. I do have one question. Why do we need a code to get into the bathrooms? My wife checked us in and once we arrived at our site, I wanted to use the bathroom. I didn’t realize the code was necessary. It meant walking to the bathroom, then walking back to the site getting the code then walking back to the bathroom again.

WE do have coded restrooms since we are on a bike/walking path. We want to make sure that only our camping guests have access. Codes are on the front of the map and usually discussed at the time of check in.

pretty spendy...all we need is fhu and wifi...simple for people with no kids.have not been thrilled with any KOA campgrounds lately...

Thanks for your feedback! We understand that value matters and aim to offer quality amenities like full hook ups and amazing wi-fi for a comfortable stay. Our wi-fi has been upgraded and is top of the line! Other campgrounds in the area do not provided wi-fi capable of streaming.

We pulled in late afternoon and found the office closed. Never experienced a KOA that didn't staff all day. Didn't like the fact that no one was onsite but for a split shift during the day. It didn't really feed safe. Our electric pedestal did not work on 50 amp it had a ground fault. Luckily the 30 amp worked. Would stay at a different nearby KOA next time

In April our office operates on a split shift for staffing purpose and slower camping volumes. While closed staff works on the grounds. We also have staff present who live on property. We would have been happy to fix the electrical issues if the office was aware when they returned at 2pm.

Very nice park along with a very kind young lady in the office. My site was level, easy to get in and out of, large enough for my coach and jeep. I ordered pizza in the office and it cane quickly to me. I will return

Great little spot to stop! Had a 1 night stay on our way across the country. Great laundry facilities. Wash was $1 dryer was $.75. Didn't have to dry twice, which was nice!! Woke up to a beautiful sunset, showered with some decent pressure (the shower heads could use a good vinegar soak to reduce some of the build up) but overall, very pleased! Would stay again!

We had planned to tent camp, but after days of storms and a dangerous heat wave, we decided at the last minute to get a pet-friendly cabin. Maddie made the entire process easy. She was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely cared about helping us after a long day on the road. The cabin was clean, comfortable, and exactly what we needed. We traveled across several states on this trip, and this stop was one of the best decisions we made. Thank you, Maddie, for making our stay such a great experience. We would absolutely stay here again
