We had never stayed at a KOA before. We were pleasantly surprised by the fun activities, the cleanliness of the grounds, the friendliness of the staff, and the convenience. It was a bit difficult to sleep though due to the highway noise so nearby.

Very friendly staff. We arrived 30 minutes after your office closed and staff was still there to meet us and take us to our site! Even though we never used the pool, it looked nice. Having a doggy park was great for our four legged friend.

I get it. We have a large 5th wheel with multiple slides, but the sites are extremely small. My awning almost hit the other camper on that side. Luckily the neighbors on the other side didn't use their fire pit as it would have melted the side of my camper. Help was nice and facilities were clean even though they had ongoing projects.

Overnite. Nicely spaced park but the entrance could needs more depth. We were out on the busy street in front while 2 rigs ahead of us checked in. Bathrooms are clean but the little stool is almost useless in the stall. The staff was great. Pizza and chicken are cooked on site and delivered to site. Nice service.

Love always staying there… don’t quite understand why family guests have to pay to enter the gate to visit camper family… each time they come… plus a car fee. Only KOA that we have stayed with that has this fee.

GREAT customer service! Turns are a little tight for big rigs, plan accordingly. We stopped here for an "overnight" on our way home. This KOA is extremely accommodating, and very friendly. We would definitely go back!

Service is excellent!! Pizza n wings were awesome Only complaint were the dogs barking a lot from behind the fence where people lived. They had 3 dogs.

Enjoyed the long, shaded site. The staff was friendly. The store well stocked and the pizza (delivered to the site) was delicious.

Reservation handled well. Nice young lady met us as we drove in and walked us to our spot. Only bad thing was placement of sewer. Required an extension to reach it

Everything was perfect except the dog run had pine pitch on the ground and our dog's paws were covered in it.

I would definitely recommend this park, it is a beautiful park with lots of shade trees. The store is well stocked and the staff was amazing. It has a lot to offer if you have kids or dogs.

Fantastic place the whole staff took care of our family and make sure we are having fun and entertainment. Oh Lord, I couldn’t believe how great that day was. We stayed for a family weekend. We had 3 campsites & 1 lodge. The 4 kids we had loved all the activities(coloring t-shirts, mini golf, the jump pillows, swimming, ice cream social, ceramic painting, riding the barrel train & gem mining) The camp staff was helpful & friendly, building were clean and maintained. A few areas were messy but they were doing improvements so it was understandable.

Poor site placement. Park was empty but was placed next to another Motorhome within 5 ft that we couldn’t have a fire without the smoke going into their rig. Should have been spaced out between sites so we could enjoy the outside, instead stated inside for privacy

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

Please keep in mind we may have sites but vary in length. We do have a limited amount of sites that will accompany a larger MT. This may require neighbors if we have larger rigs the day of your arrival. Had we known while you were on site we would have done our best to see if we could change sites.

Had an issue with the electricity. I reported it to the office staff. The KOA owner responded directly. He repaired the breaker 30 minutes after I had reported the problem. GREAT SERVICE FROM TRUE PROFESSIONALS!!! We will definitely stay here again.

Excellent stay at the Sioux City North KOA!! Very friendly staff, we ordered Wings and Pizza delivered to our campsite and they were excellent as well! Would stay here again in a heart beat!! Thanks........Ken
