Had a very nice stay ,love all the activities, place is well keep clean and organized and people who run it are all nice ,Would love to see the tent camping spot. Little more defined as to were to place tent .

The camp and grounds are beautiful .this was an almost perfect experience except the house rowdy group across from us ..Fri night till 2 am and sat till after 12 ...we complained but I don't think anything was said to them ....

This place was amazing! The various activities entertained my kids, 3 and 5. The staff was friendly and helpful. We've been to many campgrounds, and this was by far the most beautiful and, more importantly, the cleanest! We will be back!

I was impressed with the quality of service. Upon arrival I was escorted to my site; firewood was delivered to me, I didn’t have to carry it myself. The kamp store is large and well stocked. And everyone was professional and very very friendly. Will stay again!

Staff was extremely helpful, pretty quick to help even though it was a very busy weekend. Friendly and lots of stuff to do, great variety for everyone!

The staff were great. Bathrooms/Showers were clean amd cknvenient. Not a fan of the amount of gravel that strays into the tent lots. Makes the bottom of the tent very uncomfortable amd very difficult to get the tent stakes into the ground.

We absolutely love the Shelby/Mansfield KOA!! We love it so much, we are considering canceling our vacation to Virginia Beach to stay at the KOA instead!

We stayed over July 4th weekend. We had a blast. We went camped. The tent camping area is well shaded. As a family we enjoyed all the activities that were included in our stay. The camo store is not ridiculously overpriced. They have lots of wine! The wine bingo could use some adjustments. Oh my 5 winners and the winners get 15-18 bottles of wine. You could definitely add more games. Thank you

The campground is kid friendly and there were plenty of things to do. My kids had fun and we enjoyed the planned activities that were available to us on the weekend. The staff were friendly and helpful. I loved that we were able to easily communicate with the staff and they brought items to us. Things were fairly priced. We stayed across from the Klamping Kitchen and it was convenient to use.

Absolutely beautiful, very kind staff. Had to ask a couple times to get firewood delivered and wasn't a busy weekend. Other than that, our stay was absolutely wonderful.

We came in for Jeep weekend and had a great time! We have a small group (Central Ohio Jeepers), and around ten groups of us attended. We brought four of our grandchildren with us and loved that there were so many things for us to do. The campgrounds and the staff are all 5 stars!

The campground was beautiful and we loved there were so many things to do. The staff front desk unfortunately I had multiple issues with them. Reservation issues, lack of information, and overall they seem displeased to help me with my questions and problems I had.

We enjoyed our stay. All employees were so friendly and accommodating. Everything was well maintained and clean. I appreciated the mix of kid and adult activities scheduled during the weekend. My only negative is that the sites for tents could have mulch instead of rocks. It would help make the ground softer and also would help define where to place the tent, which isn't always clear

I liked that the campsite was rustic, lots of big trees, along with water and electricity. Toilet facilities nearby. The showers by the pool were deplorable. The pool itself had lots of floaters.

First time to Shelby KOA and any KOA in general. Thoroughly enjoyed it! Family of 4 and we stayed in a tent site. Bathrooms were clean and amenities and kids events were fun. Definitely are planning a trip back in future.

What a great facility! Restroom was extra clean with latest technology for showers, paper distributor, etc… In addition, the Internet was super-fast. Overall, a very pleasant experience.

We enjoyed our stay. The staff was polite and friendly. We arrived late but Gerald waited on us and accomodated us. They answered our question. The resort had plenty of things to keep the campers busy. We liked the idea of the Kamp kitchen being available. We used it to wash our cooking dishes and eating service (hot water available) . Much more easier than having to heat water up.

Good: the campground was well laid out and well taken care of. Bad: could not book a tent site online, had to call. Too pricey to rent a tent campsite. $61 is outrageous. Check-in time was very late in the day, 4pm, which meant we had to buy a day pass to visit family on an RV site, another $14 for two people. Booked a night, should have access during the day. Would have left if not for family.

Fantastic campground. Very well kept, nice bathrooms, large spacious sites and friendly staff. We came here a couple years ago and enjoyed ourselves and wanted to make it back for the awesome haunted barn. The haunted barn was amazing, again, but we forgot how nice and great this campground was. Probably coming back every year.
