Other than camping in a tent with all the rain, we had a great time! I haven’t been to a KOA since I was a kid. Between the friendly staff, the hourly activities planned all weekend, the fun accommodations - we had a blast and will definitely be back. Also, shoutout to Mr. Ed for helping with our fire when it wouldn’t stay lit. :)

My partner said that we are definitely coming back to the exact same camp site we started with at the Shelby/Mansfield KOA. We're bringing the Family with us.!

Staff members are very friendly and helpful and nice grounds clean office staff very friendly people and helpful Garry and Amy are amazing people my family and friends had a wonderful visit they all had great time and will be back

This one looks a little different than when we stayed in the spring. Hoping there were just some fluke things because the spring was a great stay. This go around it took 2 hours to get our wood both times we ordered and breakfast took 2 hours to receive when we were trying to leave. The facilities near the tent area weren’t cleaned regularly so toilet paper was lacking and cleanliness was eh

There is so much to do and you’re provided everything you could need to be able to get comfy in this little paradise, leaving no need to ever leave the campground! My whole family joined this trip, me and mine in a tent, my parents in their camper, and my aunt and cousins in a cabin. Needless to say, we were all met with what was needed to enjoy this time together in comfort!

This campground itself is nice, with many activities to do for the family. However, the customer service I received on my last day ruined it for me. Don’t rent a golf cart because they are dangerous, my tire almost fell off. Then the second day the battery died and they told me oh well, no reimbursement. I was shocked, this was a family trip and they didn’t care about troubles.

The sites are so close there is absolutely no privacy associated. Tent sites are barely able to fit a large tent, picnic table and vehicle. Very compact. Had to leave 2 days early due to a family situation. There was a 3 night minimum so understood that but was charged for 4 nights with no consideration given. We will not be back and have already told many others to stay elsewhere.

They let me check in early because my cat was sick and needed to go the vet. They let me set up with no extra charge. These people at shelby koa are amazing!!! Thank you Amy and her Team :)

This was our first time staying and we absolutely loved it! There was so much to do throughout our stay, so much that we barely stayed at our campsite. Everything was very organized and everything was truly taken care of. Only feedback was the tent sites could use a little love. The pads are washed out and not large enough and the weeds are overtaking quite a bit:) We will be back in the fall!

Had a very nice stay ,love all the activities, place is well keep clean and organized and people who run it are all nice ,Would love to see the tent camping spot. Little more defined as to were to place tent .

The camp and grounds are beautiful .this was an almost perfect experience except the house rowdy group across from us ..Fri night till 2 am and sat till after 12 ...we complained but I don't think anything was said to them ....

This place was amazing! The various activities entertained my kids, 3 and 5. The staff was friendly and helpful. We've been to many campgrounds, and this was by far the most beautiful and, more importantly, the cleanest! We will be back!

I was impressed with the quality of service. Upon arrival I was escorted to my site; firewood was delivered to me, I didn’t have to carry it myself. The kamp store is large and well stocked. And everyone was professional and very very friendly. Will stay again!

Staff was extremely helpful, pretty quick to help even though it was a very busy weekend. Friendly and lots of stuff to do, great variety for everyone!

The staff were great. Bathrooms/Showers were clean amd cknvenient. Not a fan of the amount of gravel that strays into the tent lots. Makes the bottom of the tent very uncomfortable amd very difficult to get the tent stakes into the ground.

We absolutely love the Shelby/Mansfield KOA!! We love it so much, we are considering canceling our vacation to Virginia Beach to stay at the KOA instead!

We stayed over July 4th weekend. We had a blast. We went camped. The tent camping area is well shaded. As a family we enjoyed all the activities that were included in our stay. The camo store is not ridiculously overpriced. They have lots of wine! The wine bingo could use some adjustments. Oh my 5 winners and the winners get 15-18 bottles of wine. You could definitely add more games. Thank you

The campground is kid friendly and there were plenty of things to do. My kids had fun and we enjoyed the planned activities that were available to us on the weekend. The staff were friendly and helpful. I loved that we were able to easily communicate with the staff and they brought items to us. Things were fairly priced. We stayed across from the Klamping Kitchen and it was convenient to use.

Absolutely beautiful, very kind staff. Had to ask a couple times to get firewood delivered and wasn't a busy weekend. Other than that, our stay was absolutely wonderful.

Absolutely a breathtaking place to stay. They have all the amenities to make sure that you and your family are comfortable and have a great time during your whole entire stay. I would highly recommend this place to anybody and everyone who is looking for a weekend getaway, or even just a quick night to stay.
