Very enjoyable stay, our 3rd trip! Friendly staff, plenty of activities for our kids (although they complained about spotty wifi, so what!). Quiet location.

We had a blast! Staff was so nice and helpful. The cabin was clean and beautiful. The only thing is the kid craft was unorganized and took forever. The little kids lost interest. Food was good and the cafeteria staff was so friendly and helpful as well. We will definitely be back.

Our stay was very nice! We rented the cottage and it was clean and well supplied. The grounds were very clean and maintained. The activities we did were fun and engaging. It's a great campground for families!

This is what my Niece and I call our home away from home. We had such wonderful and relaxing weekend. The weather was perfect. The pool temperature was great for swimming, we enjoyed a fire at our campsite both nights. The campground is always clean, and well maintained, the Staff is always kind and courteous, and the amenities, and activities they have are awesome. We can't wait for July!!!!

We had a great time. Cabin was very simple and so cute. Since it didn't have a bathroom, we were so extremely happy that the restroom and showers were right across from the cabin.

Only comment other than positive is that your beautiful dog park was filled with waste. I had to pick up 20 before I could let My dog run loose. Maybe more signs and regular checks would help. It was so nice but disappointing that some dog owners are irresponsible

Absolutely a breathtaking resort location. The owner and staff definitely pride theirselves on keeping the place clean, beautiful and all the amenities to make sure you really don't wanna leave. Me and my family will be coming back numerous times year to year. We love this location.

Campground is very well maintained and clean. Would recommend adjusting hours for facilities (bathroom). They were locked at odd times for bathroom and showers. Also the cleaning time should be after 11am when everyone is essentially done taking showers. There was not an after hours number for assistance provided at check in. We were shorted linens for our cabin and did not know until 1030pm.

We had to leave early because the mattress in the cabin we were in was so bad. It was hurting my husband back.

Love the campground overall. I rented a golf cart and my only complaint is the length of rental. I wish the rental was longer like 10 or 12 hours. It would have really made a difference. We will be back again!

I understand that weather is a factor when camping. However, when I pay a premium for a site with amenities, I expect to be able to enjoy what I paid for. The entire campfire area and bench was flooded and we had no running water in the morning. The staff was not accommodating to our plight.

We stayed in the K2 cabin at KOA and had an awesome time! We live only 15 minutes away in Willard, but it still felt like a getaway. The cabin was clean and cozy, and everyone was very friendly. Even though it was chilly and the pool/hot tub were closed, we still had fun playing putt-putt golf and relaxing. We would definitely stay again!

As always we were not disappointed. We enjoyed the weekend and making more memories at our favorite KOA. It was so nice to be greeted by my first name walking into check in and we are not even seasonal campers. The staff, the grounds and all the amenities and events planned for the weekend were awesome. We can't wait to go back soon.

My granddaughters and I came in for the Witches weekend. We all had so much fun doing kids craft, pumpkin decorating, trick or treating, and of course the Witches Walk, among other activities. If you are looking for a good campground, don't pass this one up. Full of great activities for the young and older people to enjoy. The staff is always there to help with any questions or concerns.

Shelby Mansfield KOA is always such an accommodating place. They have so many activities for people of all ages, and they are always trying their best to make their guests happy. We love it here, and we are always wanting to come back!

We were there for a Jeep event our 2nd year. We decided to do breakfast I ordered my eggs over easy and when they came, they were literally cold and I was able to pick the egg up and wiggle it. I had ordered wood when we checked in and after two hours later, I still didn’t receive it. I ended up going down and canceling it. participation in the jeep events were sad but not KOA fault ?

The Hawkeye cabin was very comfortable. While the blind in the entry door was missing and the blind in the main bedroom had some broken slats these were minor issues.

My husband and I took our 9 year old granddaughter for her first camping trip ever. We all enjoyed every minute of it. From the amount of activities to the food and of course the staff. Everything was absolutely amazing. We plan on staying again in the near future.

The cabin was beautiful, and I was surprised to find k-cups, sugar, creamer, paper towels, and bath towels provided. I was also very happy to find that there was heat in the cabin, as the website only mentioned ac. The staff was friendly and helpful, and everything was very clean.

The only concern is how rundown the cabins are. They clearly haven't been painted in several years. The picnic tables are so worn that there is paint chips on the patio and in the grass. This park was probably very beautiful once and could be again.

We had an amazing stay at the KOA, and enjoyed all of it's amenities. We stayed in the Western cabin and while it was all we hoped for there were 2 big issues, 1st the water after the 1st night wasn't even Lukewarm in the shower, and the biggest issue was my girlfriend and I gotten bitten up really bad by bugs in the bedroom. Not sure what kind but they were bad. Probably won't go back.

We had a lot of issues with our cabin. It wasn't clean. I found a half eaten chocolate donut in the corner of the room thar had been there for who knows how long. There were ants everywhere. The futon broke by the screws that hold it up where laying in the middle of the floor when we checked in. Clearly no one even swept the floor before check in. The pool was so full of bugs we couldn't swim

This was the cleanest and best campground I’ve ever been to. My daughter invited my husband and I to come. I have never seen a campground so beautifully maintained, we were extremely impressed. I had a conversation with Amy during the tie dye she was so sweet and helpful. The entire staff was very hospitable. You made quite a first impression, congratulations your hard work comes shining through

I had no bugs or rodents in the clean cool cabin, which made my stay. Fridge, Keurig, oven, LOTS of outlets, and I could bring the schnauzer. Mom loved the bathroom, the diner and wine and cheese tasting after the rib dinner. So close to Shelby if you forgot something but feel like 1000 miles from civilization. 1 concern- good chance to unplug, because 1 bar at best. Definitely staying again.

Absolutely a breathtaking place to stay. They have all the amenities to make sure that you and your family are comfortable and have a great time during your whole entire stay. I would highly recommend this place to anybody and everyone who is looking for a weekend getaway, or even just a quick night to stay.
