We stayed the 2nd weekend in October because it was one of the few campgrounds open then over our kids long weekend. Sites and bathrooms were really nice, staff friendly. Good activities and amazing store

PROS: Friendly & helpful staff Clean facilities. Diner nice. Peddle cars were fun. CONS: Campers behind us had a tiny dog that barked all night long. They must be use to it cause the next day as it barked they just stood there talking. Happened the 2nd night also. Camping etiquette lacks with kids and even adults walking through our site. Did let staff know when asked how our evening was.

We love staying at the Shelby/Mansfield KOA. It’s always so much fun, with great activities, and great amenities.

Amazing visit as always. From check in to check out. Staff super friendly. We used the site with pavilion . Very nice. Lots of fun activities for kids.

The stay was good except for the lack of internet connection. The WiFi doesn’t work at all. It’s miserable. Same experience every time I’ve camped here

Was given a site that was not level when there were 5 open sites next to us not used that were level. Would have been nice if we were given one of those.

Stayed 10/6-10/11; site F01. Great stay on a very nice campground. We were here during the week so there was virtually nobody here until our last night. Had the place all to ourselves. The newer facilities are top notch and the staff were great. My only issue was a sluggish Wi-Fi signal, which was surprising since we were essentially the only ones camping.

Seldom had any cell phone signal and wi-fi signal was too weak to be beneficial. Cost for family members to visit went up and reduced attendance. May be our last visit to Shelby KOA, until they get fiber optic installed in 2-3 years, unless costs keep increasing. Sad, as this used to be our primary choice several times a year, for many years.

This is a lovely KOA, however, it is getting quite expensive to camp here, especially for next year with a 3 day minimum stay.

This is a great big KIA but so cozy at the same time. We’ve stayed here before and loved it then. The pool was closed due to end of season. We’ll be back to check out your new pool. Staff were all 10/10. And I love love love your office/variety store. I actually started my early Christmas shopping there lol. Keep up the great job

We went during the Halloween weekend. The camp ground was spacious, a lot of activities for the kids and great staff. Bathrooms were nice and well kept. Definitely putting this spot on the camping roster for next year.

This is the best KOA and campground in general. Everything is well maintained and the staff is all so helpful. There are so many included activities to do. This is an awesome place for adults and children. I highly recommend it.

This is the second time we have stayed here. The park is beautiful and the staff is very friendly. This time we got set up and our water faucet began leaking. We contacted the office and they had us move sites as they didn’t have anyone to fix it. We asked about and upgrade and were told it would be an additional $30 to move 2 sites over. The upgraded should have been offered but wasn’t.

You can't complain about almost anything here...except the prices. But they are what you'd expect from a gated resort style campground. Super clean, loaded with amenities, generous checkout time and much more. Just can't afford to stay here all the time.

The best KOA facility we have ever visited. Every time we visit this location, there is something new to experience. Loved the MyTv channel showing the services and different options in cabins available.

Fantastic campground. Very well kept, nice bathrooms, large spacious sites and friendly staff. We came here a couple years ago and enjoyed ourselves and wanted to make it back for the awesome haunted barn. The haunted barn was amazing, again, but we forgot how nice and great this campground was. Probably coming back every year.
