Shelby Mansfield was our favorite KOA but you can definitely tell things have changed with it. The owner Garry is still amazing. I really do hope things get better for the campground.

Loved the facilities and our campsite, but we were not able to connect to the WiFi the entire weekend (which made trying to work from the campground as planned an issue). Wish the playgrounds were a bit more updated too.

It was a wonderful stay! We stayed for a weekend but my kids knew Ed, Audrey and Amy by name before we left. They made us all feel so welcomed. The amenities are top notch and we had such fun on the big foot scavenger hunt!

The staff is always great The camp ground is maintained well we always enjoy coming to Selby/Mansfield KOA.

The property has nice big camping spots, mini golf, bikes, great new pool and bath facilities. However, if you called yourself a “resort” I was expecting more. Some type of daily activities or at least an indoor area when it rains. Also the playgrounds need some updating they are old wooden/splintering units. The old pool was dirty and hot tub had tons of hornets flying around

We camp here because we like to tour bicycle, and the roads on this area are low traffic and scenic. The campground is always clean, the staff friendly and attentive. We camp midweek to avoid crowds, so the campground was also very peaceful.

Our stay was wonderful! What an awesome place! The store and Café were unbelievably affordable. The kids ate in the café as many times as they wanted to, and ate as much ice cream as they could stand. I feel like I barely spent any money! It was definitely the most enjoyable and affordable vacation we’ve ever taken! We will be back!

It was the best time I look forward to coming back to Shelby koa every year with our Great Dane dog show Amy and her crew are the best I have gone to other KOA in other places and Shelby KOA has them all beat can’t wait to go again next year

We come annually for an event. This year, like previous stays, was a great experience. The expanded campground offers plenty of full hook up spots and very nice amenities. Clean throughout. Professional friendly staff. I definitely recommend.

Everything was great except the internet wasn't working correctly/reliably. Cell service was spotty at best do not a good back up plan.

The campground is beautiful. The mini golf course however needs a lot of work. It stunk, had frogs/frog eggs everywhere and black water in the ponds that were still full. Also they need to blow off the debris from the course daily. Otherwise a great spot to relax with the family.

The staff inside and out are phenomenal and very competent. The grounds are emaculate. The most beautiful huge red geraniums I’ve ever seen. I even shook hands with the owner of this KOA and thanked him for providing such a nice place to stay at. You can clearly see he runs a tight ship. Everyone was very pleasant. So many options for camping it’s hard to put into words. Very nice place indeed

It was exceptional. It is by far the nicest campground we have every stayed at. So much to do especially for kids. Every single staff member is friendly, kind, patient and helpful.

Your camp ground is the best. We return every year for my son’s birthday weekend. Only issue this last time was the flyer sent to me in an email stated that the ice cream Sunday night was $2 a scoop and we were charged $3. Not a huge deal but required another trip back to the camper for more money. A small typo I guess. Otherwise we love your campground and will definitely be back soon.

We had a lot of fun! The kids enjoyed themselves and didn't want to leave. I did pay $15.00 extra to have a buddy site and that was not the case because the young men parking us did not ask until we were already parked. We will be back though!!

As usual, great time camping at KOA. The only call out was the lack of stone at the site (#83). A large section (10x10) was simply dirt. With the rain we had overnight...it was a mess. A little stone would be a good idea. Otherwise, we had a great time. Looking forward to our next stay!

Great campground! Staff was friendly, site were very level, grounds were spotless and maintained, activities were plentiful. I would highly recommend this KOA. We will definitely be back.

Had a great stay! The kids loved it here and there was so much to do! I do wish the putt putt was cleaned up some. It really needs some attention. But everything else was amazing and we can’t wait to come back!

The absolute best resort we stay at. The attention to details are unbelievable. I’ve never seen such clean restrooms and showers. Never mind the fact they are beautify decorated and have big screen TV’s in them. There is nothing in this park that is out of place or needs attention. Gary works nonstop every day to keep this place spotless.Amy and staff does exactly the same thing. Great job all

Excellent campground. Even using map, had some issues with locating dog park and dumpsters. Staff very friendly. We wish we could have stayed longer, we loved all the grass.

Always stay here when we come back to the area to visit family and friends. Probably one of the nicest KOA's we've ever stayed in. FIVE star staff, store and amenities for a campground in the middle of "nowhere".

We spent a week at the campground and just about everything was perfect. Staff was amazing, grounds were very well kept, amenities were excellent. If I had only one complaint, the WiFi was slow.

This was the first stay at this KOA. Beautiful campground with several things to do. The next time we will book the premiere site that has the gazebo, gas grill, swing, deluxe fire pit. It looks so worth it!

Absolutely a breathtaking place to stay. They have all the amenities to make sure that you and your family are comfortable and have a great time during your whole entire stay. I would highly recommend this place to anybody and everyone who is looking for a weekend getaway, or even just a quick night to stay.
