This is the best camp ground you will ever go to, it is spotless, the 2 pools are awesome. It's got a splash pad.The laundry and bathroom facilities are just beautifully maintained. And the customer service is always spot on.

THE STAY WAS VERY NICE - YOUR PARK IS VERY NICE - THE ACTIVITIES WERE VERY FUN - THE STAFF WAS GREAT - THE ONLY THING THAT HOLDS US BACK FROM STAYING AT A KOA ALL THE TIME IS THE PRICE. SPENDING $218 FOR TWO NIGHT WAS A LOT - WE USUALLY STAY AT STATE PARKS WITH POOLS FOR TWO NIGHTS FOR $74.50

It was an amazing camp ground, very clean and well maintained. Employees were super friendly. With the store and cafe on site we never had to leave the camp ground for anything that we may have needed. My family and I will surely make it a point to stay there again.

We wanted a quiet peaceful getaway for a couple of days. Very nice park, clean totally awesome � This KOA has all the attractions,amenities that every family would want ! It doesn’t get any better that this !!!

Our stay was fantastic. Great site. Our granddaughters loved everything. Would recommend this KOA to everyone. The entire staff was very attentive. We'll be back for sure.

Campground was very clean, quiet. Has a lot to offer. Cafe food was good. Bathrooms were very clean. My one complaint is the toilets were low in the bathroom closet to us and had no grab bars. I had to take my scooter to the bathroom behind the office and use the one handicap toilet there. Grab bars are inexpensive and every bathroom should be handicapped accessible.

My son had a problem with his slide on his camper which caused us to leave it there an additional night. The staff was remarkable in helping us with information on contacting a technician. They were super understanding of our situation. Treated us so kindly, as if we were family. Every time we go there they feel like a family. I would highly recommend them to anyone for family camping!!

We go to Shelby at least once a year, usually more. It's always well maintained and the workers their are always amazingly kind and fun. This time we had our camper malfunction. They were so very helpful and accommodating. We were so appreciative! They also always have so many fun activities! We love it there!

Love this campground. The staff is amazing, very polite and helpful. There are plenty of activities to choose from. Enjoyed the fireworks right from our site.

Campground was extremely clean, even on a super busy July 4th weekend. Staff was always polite and very helpful. Not a lot to do in the area immediately around the campground, but there was tons to do in the campground that was all included with our stay. Lots of activities for both kids and adults only! Would definitely go back!!

Would go full 5 stars however we have noticed a shift downward in overall ground maintenance. A fair amount of weeds and overgrowth in areas. Grounds definitely not as manicured as they were in the past few years.

Great place. Owner cant be anymore nicer. Super guy. The help there was also very nice. The downside isnt part of their fault. Disagree on the way charges are done and price is pretty expensive. Didnt rebook anymore sad to say. A lot cheaper at other campgrounds.

All in all it was a good campground,our lot needed more gravel leveled out,appears to have settled and was some what sunked in spots. Other sites were the same and wifi was really weak,almost unusable, we stayed 4th of July weekend and was packed,maybe why,but campground was very well groomed,staff was friendly and plenty of activities for kids..

This is our 3rd year! We love this camp grounds. Amy and Ed took care of everyone very well. Was sad to see the water not running on the put put course this year, its a very pretty course with the water features. Had a great stay at this very clean beautiful campground!!

We really enjoyed our stay we were on a double site and only thing we didn't really care for is the smell of people smoking pot right beside us real bad and we had our grandchild stayed the night and it was a little scary because we was not allowed to have our vehicles with us on a double site so therefore it was really kind of a fire hazard but you guys are great

The two pools were awesome. The tennis court could use some TLC but we still utilized it every day playing pickleball. It would have been nice to have staff pick one or two days a week like most campgrounds to mow. Hearing them mow every day was a bit of a bother. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. We'll be back.

We stayed for 3 nights with our grandchildren. We had a perfect spot by the jump pillow and new pool and splash pad. The kids had a blast. Everything is so clean and well maintained. We try to stay at this KOA resort yearly and booked the same spot for next year for the entire week of July 4th! Can’t wait!

I would have given a 5 star rating but the putt putt area needs a lot of attention. It could be very nice again with a little tlc. Other than that very nice campground. Pools are nice. Great for kids. Kafe service was a little slow but ice cream was good and good seving size. We would return for sure.

The site was beautiful the facilities were wonderful. However some guests do not obey the rules. Staff needs to do a better job monitoring the pool to control the running and jumping and splashing. They also need to monitor the parking at sites. On our last day I wanted to stay and extra hour till 3:00PM willing to pay and they would not allow it even though no other camper came until past 3:00.

Everything was great except for two things: 1. the pool (#1) was not clean. Multiple times there were large clumps of hair that wrapped around my families' foot and hand. So much so that we actually got out! 2. The adult craft, the boards were nothing like the craft shown. I asked if I could use the board she had sitting on the table and she said no and took them away. I did get my money back.

Shelby Mansfield was our favorite KOA but you can definitely tell things have changed with it. The owner Garry is still amazing. I really do hope things get better for the campground.

Absolutely a breathtaking place to stay. They have all the amenities to make sure that you and your family are comfortable and have a great time during your whole entire stay. I would highly recommend this place to anybody and everyone who is looking for a weekend getaway, or even just a quick night to stay.
