We had a great stay at the Shelby KOA. Every one of the staff members we came in contact with were very nice. The Kafe had great food at a decent price. All the facilities were very nice and clean. The new splash pad is great for kids. We can’t wait to come back and try one of the deluxe patio sites with our friends and family.

Everything was great with a few minor exceptions: - Wagon Wheel cafe - seriously understaffed and poorly managed - Internet service is terrible - Cell phone service is marginal at best

I first want to say this is a very nice campground. The amenities are plentiful. Especially if you have children. When we first arrived we noticed our fire pit was not cleaned out. Site was dirty we had to use our leaf blower to clean it. Trash bags sitting at empty sites until evening. Worker was sent to paint pool area while it was open. We were told not to splash. We went to other pool.

Love this KOA but having to pay $13 extra a day for an adult child under 26 is a little expensive since they are too old to participate in kid events! I can see $10 just like the “younger” kids.

Nice spacious sites. Fun activities and many to choose from. New pool and splash pad is great. My only negative comment would be the fire engine ride and cart ride could have been a little slower. Seemed like it was going too fast around the park.

Always have a great time when I am there. The staff is excellent. Amy goes beyond to help whenever she can. Love the new swim area for children.

Third 4th of July visit. Meets and exceeds expectations every year. The staff and services are top not and provide excellent customer service The staff provides crafts,games,parade ,plus many more activities and services. Of course the best isthe beautiful fireworks. This is truly a excellent KOA. Already booked for next year

We love coming to Shelby KOA. This is our third year coming for 4th of July and we’ve already booked our fourth year! The adults love it & kids love it. Highly recommended.

This KOA had so much to offer… I wish we would have stayed longer! The staff were polite and helpful and everything was so clean! The sites were spacious and in great shape. Can’t wait to return!

This is our second time staying at your KOA Resort and we loved it both times. My only wish is that I wish I had researched this year better as I would have reserved your new Signature Patio Site, WOW that is a fantasitc site. But my grandchildren and myself enjoyed the second pool and the new splash pad. Your employees are always so nice!!

Outstanding KOA location. Easy access into and throughout the park. Excellent spacious lots with many amenities to enjoy your stay. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Store and diner onsite were very well stocked with various items. Highly recommend this KOA and will personally plan on staying at the Shelby/Mansfield KOA in the future.

Everything was great!!! Only thing that was unusual was the fact that yard crew decided to weed wack the fence weeds in pool at 2pm on Tuesday with many people in the pool , grass going everywhere, very very loud and disturbing. Maybe this could be done before pool opens.

We were on one of the new patio sites and it was beautiful!! Big enough for our kids and grandkids to all come and enjoy the campground and we were all able to eat together. Very friendly staff!!

We had a premium RV site this year and we absolutely loved it ! The employee in the office ( AMY) is alway a great help to our family, since we host our family reunion there for the last 2 years and schedule for next year as well. We love Shelby KOA !!

All of the staff that we talked with here were very nice and helpful! Heated pool was also VERY nice and we also took advantage of the wine & cheese event one evening. :-) The only negative for us was that some of the trees/shrubs at the entrance could use some pruning [we're in a Class A motorhome.] The 1st site we were assigned to also had tree limb issues but we were relocated and were happy.

Staff was outstanding. Very clean facilities. Had a great time. Only complaint is site 86 was not level, and with a little effort on your part can be leveled off.

We always enjoy our time at Shelby KOA/Wagon Wheel. Everyone was great. The new splashpad and pool are amazing. Hope to see you guys again soon.

This KOA Site is so accommodating and clean. Owners and staff go completely out of their way to make sure everything is just right. Been going there for 15 years!

We camp here 3-4 times a year for last 5-6 years now. The grounds are the best, the staff always exceeds our expectations and are so friendly. They make you feel appreciated and at home. Can't recommend it enough!

Absolutely a breathtaking place to stay. They have all the amenities to make sure that you and your family are comfortable and have a great time during your whole entire stay. I would highly recommend this place to anybody and everyone who is looking for a weekend getaway, or even just a quick night to stay.
