We had a great time and all the things for the kids to do exceeded our expectations! The park was beautiful although lacked a little cleanliness in some areas. Nothing major. All the playgrounds had trash/waterbottles laying around and even some trash random clothes/towels left behind, an employee could easily taken the non trash items to the office for a lost and found rather than ignoring them

Had a great stay. Enjoyed everything you had to offer. Marissa was great to help us. Warm pools. Caught fish. Got we riding the paddle boats. Enjoyed swinging on the provided swing and watching the campfire while making smores. Campgrounds were top notch �

Beautiful well maintained campground. Our site was spacious and easy to get in and out of. Great amenities- just an overall great place to stay.

The entire place was super clean and very nice. Plenty to do for children and adults alike. The only thing I think needs changed is the 2 adults and 2 children per campsite. I'm a single father with 3 boys. I was charged $10 extra per night for my 3rd son, even though there was still only 4 of us. It's pretty pricey to stay here,without KOA trying to make an extra $10 per night.

Large, long, level pull thru sites. New pool, splash pad and shower house. Lots of activities for the kids. The only negative is the wifi. OK during the week, unusable on the weekends.

Great campground. The only problems are that the cable isn't great (stayed during Olympics) and the wifi is good enough for email if they are busy. Campground is really nice, not much you could complain about other than the tech gaps.

Pleasant staff. John was very nice to talk with throughout the weekend. John had a lot of knowledge of the history of the campground.

Campground very clean. Pool had too much chemicals in it, experienced damaged hair and skin reactions from it! Playgrounds are dangerous and out of date, need to be replaced! Wish there was a better way to know the daily events throughout the week! Also, please note the campground is right next to a farm and it smells most of the day of manure. Very nice campground and secluded if you are looking.

It appeared that this KOA was a money grab. We had three campsites reserved and they charged us $15 each to “guarantee “ the sites. The park was less than half full. The website says you can stay until 2 on your last day but got a text saying to be out by noon. Extra charge if you arrive early. Extra charge if you have more than two people. This KOA was a money grab and I have never seen

We stayed on the signature patio site. The new site was amazing and very nice. We also enjoyed the the new pool and splash pad.

The up grades to the camp ground are great. We camped at one of the new out door kitchen sites and had so much fun. The site it self could be used for an advertisement for KOA beautifully landscaped great furniture and gazebo. The Shelby / Mansfield KOA is a wonderful place to stay.

The best campground we go to. Everything is always updated to the highest standards. Great staff! Only downside is the wi-fi. That's true of almost every campground though. That won't keep us from going back.

We had a good time, we were on a nice site and had plenty of room. We were surprised at how many campers, adults as well as children, walked through our site while we were outside. Camping etiquette? The activities were great, with no break in between them it wasn’t possible to enjoy them all though. So many people drove quite fast through the campground, cars and golf carts.

Beautiful campground. Long, level sites. The campground offers everything so you don't need to leave the grounds! Security gates are a plus! Staff is friendly. This is a gem!

We were only there a couple days before moving on but what a beautiful campground!!! The grounds were spectacular! The sites are absolutely beautiful with fantastic furniture at some!! The pool is beautiful!! The shower house was sparkling clean all the time and smelled wonderful!!! We will definitely stay again!!

Didn’t care for the row H, to close to all of the pedal carts & zip line. Fine sites if you have kids with you but not for 70 year olds.

Love the new pool and splash pad and showers. The new sites with the gazebos are worth every penny. We stay here every year and it is worth the drive. This should be the standard for all KOA'S.

It was expensive! It was crowded and our site had tree roots like in the past I have twisted my ankle on. The grounds were well kept, staff accommodating, and lots of amenities. It just isn’t the experience we were after. We didn’t spend much time at the campground to experience any of those amenities.

We just stayed for 10 days at this location. It is the best KOA we have stayed and we have stayed at many. The new pool is great as is the splash pad. We do not have children as ours are grown. This would have been great. The place is spotless. The trash is pick up immediately. The staff in the store, kafe and office are great as our the outside staff. This is our 4th year and we will be back soon

This Koa is AMAZING!!!! We love coming here, there's always so many activities if you want to get involved or if you just want to kick back by the pool you can enjoy that as well. The staff are so friendly and treat you like family! I especially love that they text you the day before you arrive and throughout your stay you can text and ask any questions you may have! I would highly recommend

Very nice, quiet. we were in the new section, with the lack of rain was hoping the newly planted trees would get some water to keep them alive. That is a big investment to let die. The put-put course landscaping could use some attention. (We work for a nursery, so we pay attention to those things. LOL) The rib dinner was great and priced fairly. We made memories with our grandchildren. Thank you!

Always amazing! Never a dull moment! Employees are great and always friendly and helpful. We love it and we also have a group of 18 people this time between our 5th wheel and a 8 person cabin! Fun times.

It is super clean & all of the staff are very friendly. We love the activities & that we can enjoy fun times with our grandsons without leaving the campgrounds. Being able to charge to the card on file for your campsite is a huge bonus. You never have to worry about having a wallet on you.

Wish Internet service was better especially for TMobile so we can get TV. Would be great of TMOBILE could put tower up on grounds there, thanks

Absolutely a breathtaking place to stay. They have all the amenities to make sure that you and your family are comfortable and have a great time during your whole entire stay. I would highly recommend this place to anybody and everyone who is looking for a weekend getaway, or even just a quick night to stay.
