We had a great time in the yurt! The only downside was the restroom walk in the wee hours of the morning, lol. Would definitely benefit from having a bathhouse/restroom closer to those. Order than That, a great time. Will be back next month!

The cabin was clean and nice, provided everything we needed. The grounds were immaculate and they had activities everyday. The store was amazing and had more items than I ever would have thought for a campground.

Cabin was very clean inside. The weeds around the cabin were however pretty bad. The new Wi-Fi still doesn't work.

Price of the cabins is excessive. Charging for more than two persons even though the cabin sleeps six makes no sense. Quality of the cabins is not being maintained. Air conditioning didn't work, toilet was not anchored to the floor (wobbled and felt like it was falling through the floor). Family members cabin had mouse poop on the bed.

Our glamping tent greatly exceeded our expectations, we absolutely loved it! And we had breakfast twice at the office & it was wonderful. Will definitely recommend this place to friends & family and would stay here again in a heartbeat

We stayed in the Hawkeye cabin which was wonderful. Very peaceful! The facilities were clean and well kept. The convenience of a kafe was a big bonus. I loved that the bikes and putt putt were included in our stay. The staff was friendly and responsive. Hands down the best KOA experience yet!

It was great some issues with cabin the porch dripped water and the TV controller barely worked half of the blinds didn't open but the staff was friendly and my kids love going there.

We had an absolute blast!! It had been awhile since we'd stayed here. But we will definitely be back! Maybe you could an extended hour if swimming. With it being adult swim, like in the morning. Thank you KOA for a pleasant stay�

Informed staff about my grill not working twice. The first time a young man came down and managed to get it lit after awhile but almost burned himself badly. We were still unable to get it lit so I mentioned it to the front office and was told a new grill will be sent down. Had to end up cooking inside all weekend. Not what I want to do when camping. Also 4pm is a late checkin time for so much $

Staff is very friendly and helpful. There were lots of activities - bingo, swimming pool, kid’s crafts and games, even some for adults!! Very fun place to spend the Fourth of July ��. The fireworks were outstanding � �

We came in for the 4th of July week, and our stay was amazing. The grandkids love coming here because there is so much for them to do. The fireworks were breathtaking, and we were in a great cabin to see them from. We could not ask for a better place to spend a week and have all the activities and fun things to do with the family. Thank you to the entire staff for being so wonderful

Was disappointed with a few things. 1st - I could only reserve for four nights although I was only staying for two nights. 2. wifi reception and phone connection to the front desk. 3. I called, late, to ask for sheets for one of the beds. Three beds, sleeper couch, and only one bed made up for sleeping. Two people in cabin, didn't think it required an explanation, but it did.

We come to this location every year at this time. Garry and Vicki along with Amy are so accommodating to all of us, and the staff is so helpful and friendly. We have already put our deposit down for next year as have many of our other exhibitors that come.

Rented the Log deluxe cabin for approx. $1800 for the week minus the KOA Rewards discount. The cabin was showing it’s age. Only enough hot water for 1/2 a shower. It was a hot weekend and the air conditioning could only keep the cabin about 10 degrees cooler than the outside temp and no shade on the patio so we couldn’t entertain friends also staying at the campground. Very disappointed.

Excellent campground, very well maintained. Staff was friendly and helpful with the exception of one time. We had 2 campsites and 1 cabin. We were bringing some dinner supplies to the cabin and had driven the truck over. One of the staff was very cranky when she to told us not to park there. It is was not necessary to be rude.

Was my first time at a KOA, and it is a very nice property, well kept and clean. I was very surprised especially about the amount of non existent mosquitoes, wish I knew how they managed to get rid of them. Most staff were extremely friendly, only 1 person didn't seen very personable. My only issue with the property is the crap internet, you get a great signal but it just doesn't work at all.

Staying at the Shelby Mansfield KOA is always a joy. We rented the cozy cabin, perfect for three. Only things we didn’t like were there was no shade on the site, and sometimes you could smell septic coming from either the shower or toilet. Otherwise wonderful amenities in the cabin and entire campground!

granddaughter and a friend had a good time with all there was to do on the chocolate weekend--only problem i found was that things that had a cost were not consistant--i/e. the chocolate chip pancakes on sunday had no $ sign on the schedule--sent girls over sunday morning only to have them return saying they needed money--little embarrassing!!!

We just stayed this past weekend in a Yurk..it was nice..clean and airy but lacks utensils..plates and even coffee cups but it had a Keruig..no bathroom but next summer they are adding on..Staff is wonderful..campground is soo clean and very well maintained..love the they are pup friendly..2 doggie parks..they do need to add another pool cause it gets packed and they are adding on to the campgroun

My family and I absolutely love this campground! We have been coming for almost 2 yrs now and it gets better each time. We hate leaving and we always start planning our next trip back. Staff is very friendly and helpful.
