Another relaxing stay in a cabin! This was the first time staying in a cabin next to the permanent campers. I wish they followed the campground rules about quiet hours and going through other sites instead of walking around on the roads. I will be sure to stick to the cabins that are set apart from the permanent areas in the future.

Prices are becoming very steep. The cabin could use a little updating. We always have a good time staying here. One of our family members had to cancel their cabin and missed the cutoff for a refund which doesn't seem fair since the campground rented it out anyway and basically made double on that site for the weekend!

This was our 2nd visit, this time whole family came.. had 2 cabins & tent site.. enjoyed many of your amenities.. especially love the pool,fishing lake & tennis court(we used it for pickleball)..all staff was polite & helpful.. restrooms are nice & clean�

Campground was very friendly with several activities to enjoy and do with kids. The constant gate cards and wristbands were a little ridiculous. Should be one main Gate to come through and be done. Gate cards kept expiring after 5 days to go from one side to the other.

From check-in to check-out amazing time. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The whole campground is immaculately taken care of, they really care about this camp. I would recommend it to anyone in the area looking to camp.

Have stayed in campground for over 20 years now for our "family camp". Has nice cabins and nice amenities to entertain the kids. Always clean and good staff. Especially Amy.

Great camp. Always clean. Might need to reevaluate your update priorities. Our cabin got new walls, but desperately needs a new shower/stove/oven.

This was our 5th year staying at the Shelby KOA. The campground is well maintained, lots of activities to keep the kids busy and staff is always so friendly and helpful.

My family and I really enjoy camping at Shelby/Mansfield KOA and plan to return next year. Suggestion: Would it be possible to allow fishing in the boat/activity pond? I have noticed a lot of fish in this pond and have heard from quite-a-few others who enjoy fishing, like me, that they wish fishing was allowed. It could be allowed during a certain time in the morning and evening. Thanks

Had a great 5 days as always. Enjoyed the fireworks, and the grandkids loved all of the activities. We could not ask for a better campground. The staff is awesome, and everything is always nice and clean. Shout out to Courtney for coming to visit the grandkids, especially Carlyann, she goes above and beyond what a campground worker does. See you in October for Halloween.

Fantastic as always and even though the weather didn’t cooperate they still managed an awesome fireworks show. Needed propane for the grill, they were there in a flash so dinner wasn’t delayed. Every employee worked with a smile!

This was our third stay since twenty. It was not pleasing that the rules were extremely strict about a check in no earlier than four o'clock even though our yurt was not rented the night before. Other than that, we had a wonderful stay at this awesome, clean property with so many amenities/extras.

The staff is absolutely faaantastic!!!!!! As is the facility for the yearly Great Dane show. The bunkhouse had dead and alive spiders in the shower. And there was a plastic cookie tray and crumbs on the floor under the kitchen bench. Spiders happen. Housekeeping definitely missed the crumbs and cookie tray.

Super friendly and helpful staff very clean facilities very warm and inviting atmosphere tons of family friendly and pet friendly activities for adults and kids of all ages maybe the best KOA in Ohio by far I cannot say enough about the ladies at the front desk and how well they did with everything we loved the cabin we stayed in rented a golf cart lots of fun the staff and management is amazing

We Love This KOA. We have stayed at many and this is by far one of our favorites. It is super clean. There is so much to do. The staff goes beyond. I will tell you our story. We had a small mishap on the drive and lost our trailer lights. The owners & spouse offered to pick up the part in town for us so we didn't have to lose our entire day of camping so we could have lights to travel safely home.

Everything was great, we loved our stay. The pool area was tired looking and needs some slides but I saw that it’s all getting redone for 2024 so we definitely want to come back! Please keep the cabins fresh and awesome. The two bedroom was important for our family of 5. We met Garry and he was really nice.

We have a great time every year! The facility is very well kept up. The flowers are always beautiful. The staff is always friendly. We had an issue with a neighbor playing loud music late at night and the staff took care of it. Would highly recommend!

Live Bee’s nest in the roof of the bunk house. With bees inside the bunk house. Had to be moved to another unit. Two visits and has to be moved both times to different units. Between bees and lots of mouse poop.

Everyone and everything was great!!! I only gave 4 instead of 5 stars because the timed shower in my cabin was absolutely horrible. Everything else was perfect!!!! We will be back next month.

We stayed in the western cabin and it was excellent!! Very clean and very comfortable!! So many activities for the family. As always the staff was top notch. It was a great weekend!! Can’t wait to go back!!

I took my Granddaughters for the weekend. The theme was Trolls. They absolutely loved it they were so busy with the craft in the morning and all the other activities throughout the day, they never stopped until it was time for dinner. Then they played mini golf, and we all went to the Kafe for Ice Cream. We all love everything about this Koa, and can't wait to come back on June 30th .

My family and I absolutely love this campground! We have been coming for almost 2 yrs now and it gets better each time. We hate leaving and we always start planning our next trip back. Staff is very friendly and helpful.
