This is one of the Best KOA's we have stayed at. It is definitely the cleanest Campground we've been to. The staff is very friendly and overall is just a great place. Excited to see them grow.

I don’t think there is a nicer KOA anywhere. These people are wonderful. From Amy at the front desk all the way to the owners, they all give 100%. We will be back. Again and again. I love the new expansion project. It’s nice to see growth.

Our only complaint is the late check in time. by not being able to check in until 4pm our grandkids could not participate in any of the day's activities. We reallize check out for campers isnt until 2pm but we noticed many campers leave in the AM way before noon. Other then that, our stay was great!

First time here. Brought our grandkids for 3 days 2 nights. They had an absolute blast, they were on the go from morning til bedtime. This was by far the cleanest, best kept, friendliest KOA we have stayed at. Even the long term/ permanent section was nice. Highly recommend this place, we will definitely be back.

A week with two of the Grandkids. Long and wide pull-through sites will fit any rv. Large pool and nice hot tub. Lots of activities for the kids. Firetruck ride, train ride, zip line, gaga ball, jump pillows, kids crafts, candy bar bingo, paddle boats and an excellent mini-golf course. We will be back with the other two Grandkids next week!

Lots to do. Weekly activities. Wonderful staff. Very well kept grounds. Sites are larger than most campgrounds. Only drawback was internet service is poor. We will be back year after year.

Rib dinner was great! Enjoyed design your own pillowcase. It would have been nice to be closer to restroom since we had popup.

This was our first time at this KOA. It has been one of the best we have stayed at. We will definitely be planning another trip to this KOA. Staff was very friendly and the fellow campers were all very nice and respectful.

Overall the place is clean and very nice with friendly staff. However, the Wi-Fi did not work and whatever cell tower is there provided little to no reception. I have Verizon and my friend has another provider. In addition the bathrooms were closed down due to a plumbing problem. Made for a difficult shower Saturday night after a long day outside. Improvement is needed.

Loved everything about our stay! As newbies to the camping world with young children, we were optimist that the KOA would offer an enjoyable time. It well exceeded our expectations! The kids had a blast doing the scheduled activities, bounce pad, karts, and more! As for us parents, it was also very relaxing. Everyone was courteous of the evening quiet time. We will be back!

Always a great time when we come here. Just wanted to make a note that there was a young man that did the pillow toss and only two little girls showed up and he stayed extra time with them and just had some fun with them and it was greatly appreciated more workers could learn from him as it's always about the kids. My granddaughter talked about that for two whole days was a very positive impact.

Great staff. Well priced. Super clean and well groomed grounds. Excellent facilities. We called the rest of the family and booked a weekend reunion before we left. Will definitely be back.

We had another enjoyable stay at Shelby/Mansfield KOA. We enjoyed the campground and many of the amenities that are offered.

What a wonderful campground! Plenty of things for kids to do. This is the first five star campground that we have seen. Will definitely be back!

We loved every minute of our stay!! Our camper lost power and Gary was super super helpful� Such a great guy to know!! All of the workers are super friendly and polite! The store has just about anything and everything you would need and the cafe has yummy food� We had just an all around great time there! Thank you and a special thanks to Gary for all his help�ϋ�

Hade a very relaxing stay. Only negative, the site we had was very small and muddy with not much green space. Staff was very friendly and facilities very clean. Now that we’ve been there we will use select a site for a larger space.

Love all the activities. So convenient to just ask your child to play putt putt, go get a bite to eat or one of many available activities, put on your flip flops and walk there. Want to get seasonal cost info. However, of all the KOAs I've stayed at, I have to say that the wood furnishings we're very poorly maintained and result in getting splinters.

Absolutely the best place we have stayed at so far. The Wife and I bought our 1st RV in 2020 and the facility and employees at this resort are the best..! We already have booked 2 more stays this year.

We stayed 4 weekday nights with 2 grandsons, ages 12 and 14, and 2 dogs ages 3 months and 7 years, at a Patio site. It was clean and well-kept. The mini golf was especially nice. Dog bark was nice, too. All staff were friendly and helpful. Thank you

My family and I absolutely love this campground! We have been coming for almost 2 yrs now and it gets better each time. We hate leaving and we always start planning our next trip back. Staff is very friendly and helpful.
