We are seasonal campers. The staff is always friendly and helpful. We love the Shelby/Mansfield KOA. Garry and Amy work hard to make this KOA the best in the US.

This koa was over the top . Would highly recommend to anyone to stay there, the staff was very accommodating and went above and beyond for any request I had.

We would go back for sure. We have stayed at a few KOA's and they have all been great, but this one seemed to stand a bit above those. The only downside to the trip was that the area we stayed in was newer, and with very few and very young trees, there was not shielding from the wind and sun. True we went in Oct, and you can't control the winter!

As always, we had a great stay at the Shelby/Mansfield KOA. The staff is always friendly and so very helpful. They make you feel like family. They are GREAT !!

very nice campground (resort). we had 3 sites for us and both daughters. Our kids and grandchildren want to go their again. A little on the pricey side for me who paid for sites for the weekend. This is the most I ever paid for glamping. I would return, as family had a good time there. The charge that got me was the $15.00 fee per site for what-assigning the sites ?

My granddaughters and I came in for the Witches weekend. We all had so much fun doing kids craft, pumpkin decorating, trick or treating, and of course the Witches Walk, among other activities. If you are looking for a good campground, don't pass this one up. Full of great activities for the young and older people to enjoy. The staff is always there to help with any questions or concerns.

This was only a one-night stopover for us but what a nice KOA!! Concrete pad, conveniently placed hookups, nice dog park, nice landscaping, nice pool, nice dog park. Lots of activities available, hammocks among the trees, many nice touches. It's in the midst of lots of farm land and very peaceful. It was, however, about 40 minutes from Interstate 80 but we were still glad we found it.

Shelby Mansfield KOA is always such an accommodating place. They have so many activities for people of all ages, and they are always trying their best to make their guests happy. We love it here, and we are always wanting to come back!

Stayed 9/28-10/2; site J06. Been here before. A very nice campground and our site was wonderful. This place was empty; I think for the 4 nights we were here the most campers on any given day was 5 for the entire campground. This was just fine for us. I highly recommend this site especially if you have a large family attending the campground. My only beef is the spotty wifi. Otherwise, great

Please consider: 1) a cover for bench swing on Sig. Sites as they are wet/unuseable until mid afternoon; very disappointing. 2) bird nest prevention in peak of pavilion on Sig. Sites 3) wipe bird poop from furniture on Sig. Sites prior to guests arriving. $189+/night is too much if the furniture is wet, dirty & unusable for half the day. Playground needs attention. 9/27/25 bingo caller was rude.

All was good as always. But I wish there was better Wi-Fi we stayed close to the front area but still very weak. Out Hot Spots on our phone was spotty because of poor Verizon Signal Service. But we Love Camping up there �

We had an absolutely amazing stay. The staff is extremely friendly, and the cabin was very clean and spacious. This was our 3rd time here, and it gets better every time. We thank everyone for a great vacation! Keep up the great work.

Absolutely a breathtaking place to stay. They have all the amenities to make sure that you and your family are comfortable and have a great time during your whole entire stay. I would highly recommend this place to anybody and everyone who is looking for a weekend getaway, or even just a quick night to stay.
