Everything was great!!! Only thing that was unusual was the fact that yard crew decided to weed wack the fence weeds in pool at 2pm on Tuesday with many people in the pool , grass going everywhere, very very loud and disturbing. Maybe this could be done before pool opens.

We were on one of the new patio sites and it was beautiful!! Big enough for our kids and grandkids to all come and enjoy the campground and we were all able to eat together. Very friendly staff!!

The entire place is well maintained and the staff is very nice. Its not cheap but we got value for our money. Third time there we will be back for sure.

We stay here every year. This has become a tradition. The grounds are so well maintained. Each year we come back and something has been improved. My only complaint, which is not a surprise is the Wifi. I had to send some e-mails for work and there is very little wifi or cell service in this area. In some ways that is a benefit I guess! You guys are always awesome. We will be back!

We had a premium RV site this year and we absolutely loved it ! The employee in the office ( AMY) is alway a great help to our family, since we host our family reunion there for the last 2 years and schedule for next year as well. We love Shelby KOA !!

Our stay included my Daughter and her family for a vacation that had something for everyone to enjoy! The staff are great and the campground is clean and beautiful!

All of the staff that we talked with here were very nice and helpful! Heated pool was also VERY nice and we also took advantage of the wine & cheese event one evening. :-) The only negative for us was that some of the trees/shrubs at the entrance could use some pruning [we're in a Class A motorhome.] The 1st site we were assigned to also had tree limb issues but we were relocated and were happy.

Staff was outstanding. Very clean facilities. Had a great time. Only complaint is site 86 was not level, and with a little effort on your part can be leveled off.

It's always so fun to stay at KOA. So much activities to do with the children!!! The splash area was a great addition to the campground.

We always enjoy our time at Shelby KOA/Wagon Wheel. Everyone was great. The new splashpad and pool are amazing. Hope to see you guys again soon.

This is an awesome facility. We do not normally camp. We were there for a Great Dane dog show. The facility is extremely well maintained and runs very well providing a great experience for the guests. Keep up the good work.

We have stayed at this KOA on this weekend for several years and it is always a wonderful time… We appreciate so much of the same staff, year after year..almost like visiting family!! Thank you for all you do to accommodate our special needs…your efforts are most appreciated. See you next year!

This KOA Site is so accommodating and clean. Owners and staff go completely out of their way to make sure everything is just right. Been going there for 15 years!

We camp here 3-4 times a year for last 5-6 years now. The grounds are the best, the staff always exceeds our expectations and are so friendly. They make you feel appreciated and at home. Can't recommend it enough!

Camp grounds and facilities clean and well kept. Camp site size excellent. Employees friendly and helpful. One young gentleman in particular, with long, wavy hair, was exceptionally courteous and helpful, a real credit to the camp grounds.

Always first class service - Amy is absolutely a gem to work with. She and her team so attentive. The renovations and additions are stunning. The park itself in tip top shape. Staying for the June weekend every year is one of the highlights of our year.

This KOA is absolutely top rate. The staff are friendly and on top of everything to make your stay a joy. It’s clean and with the new pool and additional new RV sites, including the new Signature Patio sites, it makes driving to the middle of Ohio a destination. The only thing that could be improved is the WiFi, but with all there is to do here, you hardly miss it. Highly recommend.

Absolutely wonderful. My Niece and I came in on a Sunday for 4 nights. The weather was 90 degrees everyday, so we lived in the pool. Very relaxing and peaceful as always. This is the best KOA if great amenities. The new upgrades this year are great. We cannot forget to mention the Staff and Owners here at Shelby/Mansfield KOA, they are so caring and helpful.

Beautiful campground with a lot of fun activities. Never a dull moment. Pools were so inviting. Also the staff/ possibly the owner? was so helpful. Our camper lost voltage to our pop up and the gentleman was so nice and helpful to us and made it easy for us to diagnose the problem and fix it. Can’t wait to come back and stay again!!

Our time spent here is always a blast for the kids. Tons of activities and lots of fun with other kids. The dog show was a plus this time. The resort is very clean and to tell you those sausage biscuits and gravy were to die for! Employees are great, kind and always helpful! We love it here and got our spot reserved for a seasonal.

We love this campground. We stay several times each year. Itbis clean and the staff is always so friendly and accommodating. The new pool and splash pad are wonderful for young kids.

Wi-FI still basically non-existent and still almost no cell signal most of the time. Unusual, but trash bag still on lot from previous camper and grass wasn't mowed. Been here many times in years past, then stopped for several years. Thought we would try it again. WI-FI seemed worse. We have loved camping here over the previous years in general, but the cost has gotten difficult to justify.

We had a great stay. It was a hot weekend but the pools and splash pads were great to cool off in. My dog loved the dog park. The staff was great. We truly had an amazing time and already planning a return next yea!

The lady that checked us in did not even tell us how to get into the cabin. So we had to walk all the way back to the front office. But when I came back up there, the lady who told me how to get into my cabin was very kind. There was a oreo cookie left in my cabin stuffed underneath upstairs. No shower pressure or warmth. Very dirty air conditioner filters poorly working. But I clean now work ok.

Absolutely a breathtaking place to stay. They have all the amenities to make sure that you and your family are comfortable and have a great time during your whole entire stay. I would highly recommend this place to anybody and everyone who is looking for a weekend getaway, or even just a quick night to stay.
