We rent the bass cabin every year and we always love the friendly staff at koa, the only problem we had is when we asked if we could rent a golf cart for the whole weekend we were told no but they didn't tell us we could reserve one for the next day and when I went to get one they were sold out.

Super clean, great activities (pirate weekend), only feedback is too replace broken shades in Mars yurt. Cannot wait to come back next year!

We had our daughter and son-in-law and their 4 young children with us when we stayed here. We had a beautiful pull through patio site H01. It was close to everything the kids wanted to do. So many activities for the kids. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The new pool and shower house is amazing. The only complaint- it is very expensive. 2 adults are free -the rest are charged daily.

The camp and grounds are beautiful .this was an almost perfect experience except the house rowdy group across from us ..Fri night till 2 am and sat till after 12 ...we complained but I don't think anything was said to them ....

My site was too close to my neighbors and they were up outside talking till 1am. If not for that I would have given a 10 of 10

People are used to having the internet. Without the internet 80% of the time you're sitting at your camper you would like to use your phone. There was an internet connection but the entire time from Friday to Sunday said you are connected but you have no internet. We even bring our own internet that is T-Mobile and it also had no signal but that is not your fault. Our Verizon phones also had none.

We stayed one night at the Wildcat Cabin on our way to NY. It is very cute little cabin and was perfect for us. The staff was very friendly and helpful! Definitely recommend this KOA!

We are not from the area, this was our first stay with you. We came for our family reunion and plan to stay again next year! Our grandson came with us and there were so many things he enjoyed doing. We appreciate everything that is included, splash pad, zip line, peddle bikes etc. Very nice campground and friendly staff! In this day and age that is hard to find, please complement your employees!

Love the layout. Personnel were very friendly. Little pricey for golf cart. Southern pool and splash near the bath house are awesome. Already booked for family weekend next year minus the golf cart.

We always LOVE staying at this location! There is so much to do that, once you arrive, you don't have to leave! There is so much for not only kids, but also adults to do.

We love Shelby KOA, we are frequent visitors. Our only complaint is that the mattresses in the cabins seem worse for the wear. The bed sinks down terribly in the middle. But the new pool and splash pad are a huge hit with our little ones!

We came for our annual Amma /Papa camping week. We have been to a different campground each summer for five years now. We bring two grandchildren then in two days meet the moms and switch out for the next two then the last two. All six grands, ages 4-10 enjoyed your KOA! The new pool is amazing! It was especially nice to have some activities during the week. The staff is very helpful and kind

The campground was nice with plenty to do for kids. However, the kids water play area was non operational too much and our kids missed out. The stove in the cabin was dirty and the refrigerator took too long to get cold. The cabin can surely use new appliances for the price we paid each night. The staff was great along with the restaurant and store.

This place is perfection. Very well maintained. Nice staff. So many fun things to do that are included. The new pool and splash pad are amazing. Can’t wait to come again.

Again , we had a blast. So relaxing and everyone is so friendly. The new 2nd pool and splash pad was a mega hit with my kids and me as well. This is definitely our home away from home. Can't wait to come back!!!

We had a great time and all the things for the kids to do exceeded our expectations! The park was beautiful although lacked a little cleanliness in some areas. Nothing major. All the playgrounds had trash/waterbottles laying around and even some trash random clothes/towels left behind, an employee could easily taken the non trash items to the office for a lost and found rather than ignoring them

Had a great stay. Enjoyed everything you had to offer. Marissa was great to help us. Warm pools. Caught fish. Got we riding the paddle boats. Enjoyed swinging on the provided swing and watching the campfire while making smores. Campgrounds were top notch �

Beautiful well maintained campground. Our site was spacious and easy to get in and out of. Great amenities- just an overall great place to stay.

The entire place was super clean and very nice. Plenty to do for children and adults alike. The only thing I think needs changed is the 2 adults and 2 children per campsite. I'm a single father with 3 boys. I was charged $10 extra per night for my 3rd son, even though there was still only 4 of us. It's pretty pricey to stay here,without KOA trying to make an extra $10 per night.

We were one in a group of 5 cabins, 3 campsites.The cabins were not worth the cost.The California has a leak so bad the sofa was soaked and there is mold growing in the loft.The Capital has a single a/c unit in the front of the cabin that cools off the living area but not the bedroom; the leak under the porch renders it useless in the rain.We love the updates you made but more are needed.

Large, long, level pull thru sites. New pool, splash pad and shower house. Lots of activities for the kids. The only negative is the wifi. OK during the week, unusable on the weekends.

My family has rented two cabins across the road from each other for years now, and we will continue to do so for a long time. It has always been the highlight of our summer because we can spend time together as a family without the distractions of technology and work. We love the very clean campground, friendly staff, and dog friendly campsites.

This place was amazing! The various activities entertained my kids, 3 and 5. The staff was friendly and helpful. We've been to many campgrounds, and this was by far the most beautiful and, more importantly, the cleanest! We will be back!

I was impressed with the quality of service. Upon arrival I was escorted to my site; firewood was delivered to me, I didn’t have to carry it myself. The kamp store is large and well stocked. And everyone was professional and very very friendly. Will stay again!

Great campground. The only problems are that the cable isn't great (stayed during Olympics) and the wifi is good enough for email if they are busy. Campground is really nice, not much you could complain about other than the tech gaps.

Campground very clean. Pool had too much chemicals in it, experienced damaged hair and skin reactions from it! Playgrounds are dangerous and out of date, need to be replaced! Wish there was a better way to know the daily events throughout the week! Also, please note the campground is right next to a farm and it smells most of the day of manure. Very nice campground and secluded if you are looking.

Absolutely a breathtaking place to stay. They have all the amenities to make sure that you and your family are comfortable and have a great time during your whole entire stay. I would highly recommend this place to anybody and everyone who is looking for a weekend getaway, or even just a quick night to stay.
