We are repeat customers, we always tell everyone to come to this KOA and we try to book at least 2 times a year here! The staff is so friendly and the place is well maintained and they have made some very amazing updates! We absolutely love it!

Loved all the different daily activities for the kids and adults. The entire campground was always clean and the staff was great and helpful. Best campground 2024 .

First, Amy you are amazing. Thank you for everything you do. Second, we will never stay at this campground or any KOA again. I have never been around so many pretentious jerks. This camping trip was the worst of my life. Having Garry blame the victim in everything that happened is unacceptable.

We arrived late day after driving 10.5 hours. The office staff were very pleasant and shared some ideas of things to do in the area. Once we were setup, we hit the Kafe and the food was very good. The campground is beautiful and well kept by Garry and his staff. Garry was very nice as well. Our only frustration was the wifi. It’s very weak and couldn’t get onto the internet to find things to d

Stayed for 1 night in the Wildcat Cabin very comfortable and very clean. On our return trip back home we stayed in the Boiler Maker Cabin. Same thing comfortable and very Clean. Thank you for doing a great job. We’ll be back.

The campground was very nice and clean. My cabin the bunkhouse had all the amenities of home. The kitchen was so well stocked that I didn't need anything in my camp bag. A toaster and a crockpot are a few of the surprise items that most campgrounds don't have. I really liked the hot tub next to the pool that was very nice. The keycard/ gate system was a nice security feature.

Everything was wonderful as usual. The only things I wish were better was the gym/fitness room, not good at all. Also the kids pool is heated but the splash pad for the kids is ice cold. Not sure if there's a reason for that but after all of the investment in such a great place and the kids won't play in it because it's so cold. If the older kids play they run over and jump in the pool to warm up.

This was the by far best campground we have stayed at. We loved the pool and all the activities that were available the weekend we came. Very clean!

Very nice campground! Everything you would expect from a KOA and more! You can tell they have put thought into all those nice extra details. If you are planning a trip to the Ohio State Reformatory, perfect location! Staff were very friendly and helpful!

Very nice park. Some things seem a little tired (playground could use some stain,) and trees could use some trimming. Struggled not hitting branches and had to back up from pull thru in order to not hit branches when leaving. Also, not able to put my awnings out due to the trees. As backside with slides out was up against too.

We absolutely loved staying at the Shelby/Mansfield KOA. Everything was so nice and there was so much to do. My family had the best little getaway!

The actual campground itself was nice. but our experience was not. We rented a golf cart on Saturday the 17th. And halfway through the day driving around the campground then going up back to the campstore, the battery exploded literally right under me and my wife and my brother and his wife were on the back seat still very close. and the campground did nothing except replace the golf cart for us.

It's a wonderful place and I hope to go back next year. Everyone was cheerful and helpful, and the grounds were very clean and well landscaped. This campground has lots to do, and I highly recommend it.

Staff get a 100/10 they were wonderful. Kids had a great time, fishing pond is gorgeous and has plenty of fish. The splash pad/pool 2 were fun and well maintained. The cabin we stayed in needs some work- the picnic table was chipped paint and hard to sit at without hurting your legs. We had a mouse due to some open areas in the walls. AC not well placed, upstairs freezing, downstairs super hot.

We Stayed at 6 different ones this year but have been a member since 2019 !! We have stayed at others as well! This is our first time we have had to make a complaint ! It is regarding the Herkimer Diamond KOA Resort!! We have stayed at 2 other resorts , so we have had something to compare to . This was not a resort camp ground; the sites were dirty not well kept , trash on the picnic table .

Per our contact with Denise Surran, these ratings were meant for Herkimer Diamond Resort and not ours. They had commented on the wrong campground.

Grill igniter was broken!!! Bee's nest somewhere on porch!!! Also air-conditioning unit kept shouting off and we had to keep unplugging it and plugging it in...told someone at front counter and she was rude!!

We very much enjoyed our camping trip. Campground was very clean, people that worked there were very friendly. The only issue we have is that it's a bit pricey.

Very clean, beautiful grounds, staff was amazing. Pools nice, bathrooms orderly, store fully stocked, tons for kids to do. I want to especially recognize Maddix. He was so helpful to us many times during our stay. What a kind young man!

Absolutely a breathtaking place to stay. They have all the amenities to make sure that you and your family are comfortable and have a great time during your whole entire stay. I would highly recommend this place to anybody and everyone who is looking for a weekend getaway, or even just a quick night to stay.
