One of the very best rv resorts out there. Every single site is huge and pull thru. Full hook ups. 70+ channels of crystal clear TV. Never feels crowded. Non stop activities. Fantastic owners. Well maintained always.

Wonderful place. Enjoy everything but the price. That is the only reason we don’t stay there often. It is one of the best KOAs in Ohio for service. We enjoy the location in the middle of nowhere, but the price is commensurate with a location near a major tourist attraction. Again, enjoyed our stay - the daily rates are too high for multiple visits each season.

The location was relaxing and the view of the Midwest countryside was beautiful. The staff are so friendly and welcoming and the store was impressive. We will return to this site again.

We stayed in the newer part. Very quiet. Trees are small but growing nicely. Very clean park. Well managed. The store is quite expansive and has just about everything lol. Loved the layout of the two ponds. All the cabins. The way the sites are positioned. Nicely spaced. We stayed on a patio site Stamped cement glider swing upgraded fire ring with a swivel grill as well as a propane bbq.

This KOA is a wonderful get away with all the amenities. Don’t let this expansive site fool you. The two ponds are gorgeous. So many treeed areas it’s beautiful. Many beautiful cabins kind of nestled everywhere. Some more visible some hidden amongst the hills and trees. Quite enchanting. Most have patios with beautiful furniture gliders fire pits and propane bbqs. Cabins look to be of all size

Campground is very well maintained! Added new areas are coming by the area of construction. Wasn't messy, just signs of expansion which is welcomed. Flowers are a nice touch! Store is very well maintained. All the workers are pleasant and helpful. Front desk (Amy and Melissa) are great. While Gary is out and about, he waves and interacts with folks. Really like this campground!!!!

This is our fourth year in the row going here. There’s so much for the children to do and always have activities for them my grand children love it here.. we also come during the Halloween weekends and the kids love the trick-or-treating, the haunted barn, and all the trick-or-treating things that go with it. It has an awesome store with all your needs and the customer service here is excellent.

The campground and activities were great! Would definitely recommend and even return for a day visit. However our cabin was really gross. There were tons of cobwebs inside and on all the light fixtures and fan that hangs over our head in bed! I understand a few but this heavy presence was disgusting and looked as if it hadn’t been touched all summer! There were also black hairs intertwined in th

It was the perfect spot for our vacation. We like to watch trains, so the Shelby/Mansfield KOA was a great central location to all our favorite hot spots. We also enjoyed the mini-golf, breakfast at the cafe, and relaxing at night with a camp fire! The staff was very friendly, and quick to fix any issues we had. It was such a great stay, that we did not want to go home!

Not relaxing. Stayed Tues-Sun. During week nothing but industrial mowers all around me, at one point I was outside on my patio trying to rest and worker still mowed feet away from me. Continued sounds of chainsaws and leaf blowers and mowing from 9 -3 Wed. & Thurs. Do not like new $10 "choose your cabin" fee...ridiculous. For what I paid for 5 nights, 2 people could go on a 5 night cruise.

The staff and grounds were absolutely great. My cabin was incredibly disappointing. Paying over $300 for a Wednesday and Thursday cabin stay in a cabin that I couldn’t open one window as all the handles were gone. The front door only opens 30/40% before hitting the hall wall so couldn’t open door for air, no window coverings on bedroom or kitchen windows, torn trim in bath and kitchen-uncounta

I stayed in the beautiful badger cabin this time. It was very clean and cozy. All the employees are so nice and helpful. It was jeep weekend and they had the hot air balloon out. Absolutely a wonderful time. Will be back before the end of the season.

This is our fourth time to this campsite this summer. My wife and I both love this place. We are already planning next summer vacations here. The owners are so nice and friendly along with the whole staff. I wish I could stay here all summer.

We stayed at a pull through patio site and loved it! The kids and adults all loved the variety of activities and events that were planned for the weekend. We'd stay here again!

We loved this park! The staff, the amenities, the store were all wonderful! The only thing I didn't like were the weird hours that the store was open. We were working and never had a chance to go in to the store during the week because of the weird hours. But other than that it was wonderful!

We had the best time here this past weekend from the hot air balloon in front of our camper, to all the Jeep stuff we did to the overall beautiful campground that had everything and then some. Thank you for being such awesome hosts. Definitely will be back many more times. The Snyders

Shuffleboard was ragged, tennis court nets are pulled way out of the ground, volleyball net was rough. We did enjoy a place to hit a pickleball though, and shoot a few baskets. I wish you didn't have to buy cornhole bags to play though too. We had a blast on some of the other events though. Food was decent in the Kafe, Hot air balloon ride was cool, Jeep parade was fun! Store is great.

The environment is very family oriented so much to do for children and the grownups. We’ve been going there for four years now and love every minute of it the best also is the Halloween weekends we will be going back September 23 the kids love it. The staff go above and beyond to assist you with any issues you may have, and are just very kind and courteous in general. I love everything about it

We came in for Jeep weekend and had a great time! We have a small group (Central Ohio Jeepers), and around ten groups of us attended. We brought four of our grandchildren with us and loved that there were so many things for us to do. The campgrounds and the staff are all 5 stars!

We were feeling a bit stressed and needed a little getaway... so we called the KOA and booked a cabin for the following day. It was fully stocked so we only needed to pack clothes. We ate at the on-site café, so we didn't need to pack food either. The park is peaceful and beautiful. Even though we only stayed 2 nights, we left feeling rejuvenated. Thank you KOA Shelby.

We stayed at the KOA in Shelby 4 nights on site A01 and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The sites are large and well maintained. The staff in the office and on the grounds were very nice and helpful. There are a lot of activities available, however we were unable to take advantage of them due to the weather. We will stay here again.
