The only reason it’s not a 5 is because the restroom showers could use some work. As for the staff, and the rest of the facility they were great!! Thank you so much, I will be back!!

Since we live close by we only come occasionally. But, the changes we saw this time show a pride of ownership is developing. The staff were very friendly and helpful. As the campground continues to be improved, it may become a more desirable stopover and bring many returning visitors. Thanks for the progress you have already made as the new owners. We can see and appreciate your efforts.

Seligman KOA was the best! Clean, quiet and friendly staff. So helpful. Laundry facilities were clean and got the job done. We will be back! Thank you for a great stay.

Very friendly. We started a trip & thought we'd boondock the first ntie. As we're coming into Seligman we see the sign for the Route 66 KOA. Decided we'd stay there instead. We're so glad we did! We felt so much safer staying here.

We were there for just one night. It was clean, gearing up for spring, pool being painted. The train coming every 30 minutes was a bit much, but over all, a clean safe place to camp!

The campground was fine but the location, next to the railroad was very upsetting. The noise disturbed our sleep and therefore we will not return. So sorry but the campground was fine.

Very clean and friendly campground. Someone might object to a railroad nearby but that didn't bother us. It might get dusty in high wind situations. We would definitely stay there againd

We were there for one night as a layover on our trip. I was unaware that a train ran by all night long. The train was somewhat tolerable, but a few of the engineers decided to blow the trains horn. As far as I can see, there are no road crossings so this should not be necessary. If I were you, I would fill a formal complaint the the owner of the tracks. Nice people, nice play grounds, clean

I was there for an overnight while traveling around the SW. clean place, friendly, well organized. I was there Easter weekend and an Easter egg hunt had been organized! The host gave good recommendations on places to eat.

Great friendly staff, level sites that can accomodate our 45ft. with a tow. Close to all the cool places to see on Route 66 in Seligman.

Was great, seligman was a fun town but I was going to Grand Canyon and was little bit of a drive. The KOA staff was great and site had everything it said it would.

Easy in and out. Brand new electrical boxes and picnic tables. Clean. Employees friendly and helpful. Great pizza/restaurant/bar in walking distance.

Park is located just out from the Route 66 strip that runs through town. People in town are friendly, and the places for good food are plentiful. Some of the old Americana still lives on. We will make this on of our regular stops.

Great camp grounds and Amenities. He must be aware it’s close to the railroad tracks but even with that nighttime noise which help me sleep. It’s clean, the sides are level and the people are nice

Ok for one, maybe two nights, but the rail line next to the campground can be an issue if you are a light sleeper. Not much can be done about it, but staff advised they had earplugs available.

Everyone was very friendly and accommodating. We had an extended stay. The grounds and campsites were clean and well laid out. Good laundry facilities. We would stay at this KOA again. Thank you for everything!!

All was great except the showers. They were clean and plenty of hot water, but the flow rate was abysmal. And that was the good shower. Also not well laid out. Not a separate area for your dry clothes.

Un camping pour une nuit. Situé au milieu de nulle part, ce camping est relativement calme. Il y a beaucoup de train qui passent la nuit mais cela fait le travail. Le service cependant n'est pas à la hauteur de la réputation de Koa.

Loved this great campground. Clean restrooms and showers. Clean warm camp cabin. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there.
