Unfortunately the weather wasn’t the greatest so, it made for a very wet, muddy stay. The only thing I would suggest is maybe put gravel in the RV sites & in roadway to help out with the mud. Other than that, facility was nice & staff were very friendly & welcoming.

This is a great place to stay if you are traveling on Route 66. They are at the end of the Kingman to Seligman route. I originally booked for 3 nights, after I looked at the weather I did not realize the elevation and cold weather. I called Tracy and changed my reservation to one night. I recommend this KOA, super nice hosts we will be back (when it warms up).

The staff was friendly and courteous, the only thing wrong with this particular KOA, is that it's all dirt, and I happened to arrive when it was raining, so it was muddy everywhere. Other than that it was ok.

Good stoppage point after the Grand Canyon. So much better than others koas we have stayed at. No grocery or food around unless you go to Williams or Kingman. Train noise didn’t bother me at all but if you need absolute quiet maybe try somewhere else. Good propane prices and nice staff.

Great people!! Very helpful!! The park is easy to access and quiet!! Well stocked store also. Great place to get off the road and relax!

Just an overnighter. And while I certainly can't blame KOA for the rain that was there when I stayed, I CAN shake my head about the severe mud pits that developed near my rig because of the loose-dirt terrain. It was impossible to set up and break down camp without stepping/standing in several inches of squishy mud or deep muddy puddles. Can they maybe put down some gravel or something?

We needed a quick place to stay because our originally booked reservation at the GG Caverns campground did not offer restrooms or showers. We were very pleased to see that you could accommodate us on short notice.

Wonderful stay. Easy to find, great pull through sites. Showers, laundry and washrooms were very clean. Friendly staff, check in was easy and services were good. Power was stable, water was good and potable. Dump station was easy to access and clean. Propane was offered. Great spot for the $.

Everything was great. We arrived late but had our campground number left for us. Facilities were clean. Would jiggly recommend this campground.

They staff was wonderful and the site, bathrooms, and amenities were very clean. The location is a bit small as far as KOAs go, but good if you'd like to be in the area.

While the folks there are very nice, the use of large rail road ties to line each pull through site made it very difficult to get our class A (towing) into the site. We had to disconnect to pull in for an overnight stay. Smaller RVs would have little trouble. They were very accommodating when a snowstorm trapped us there for two additional days due to highway closures. It was also very muddy.

The campground needs a lot of work!!! Not at all what expected from a KOA campground!! But the people there were very friendly and welcoming. You really need to look into this one and lower the price considerably!! I feel like I was ripped off!!

Unfortunately, we arrived after hours. No site was assigned so we picked F1, which we had stayed in previously. Unfortunately, only one leg of the 50 amp breaker worked (we know because our bus has a smart monitor) and as the site was muddy from previous rain, we did not want to bother moving to try another site. Not an issue, as we just ran our generator.

Cabin was very comfortable & quaint. Reasonably priced. Close proximity to amenities, beautiful views, airy & quiet. Clean, spacious bathrooms, nice little store with souvenirs. Welcoming hosts & dog-friendly (major bonus points for us!). We liked the pizza & little bar within walking distance. Looking forward to staying again sometime.

The host was accommodating, placing us as close to the bathrooms as possible while making sure our site was firm enough as the closest sites to the bathrooms were swamped from a recent rain. The bathrooms were not as clean as other KOAs we have stayed at, and the toilet seats on all four toilets were loose and shifting… It was a place to park the van for the night and plug in to shore power.

The fellow who was in charge that day showed excellent Customer Service expertise. I was in process of buying a house nearby and for the first time in my life I forgot to “check out “ on time. I called and he was polite and attentive. We will continue to refer friends & family to this most excellent KOA.

Arrived late and the information left for us didn't include the code to get into the Showers and Restrooms. Finally asked a fellow camper the next morning since the office didn't open until 9am (another negative) what the code was. The restrooms were not very clean, and the showers were in terrible condition and needed repair. Shower Tiles were loose on the walls and floor. I won't be back.

All was great except the showers. They were clean and plenty of hot water, but the flow rate was abysmal. And that was the good shower. Also not well laid out. Not a separate area for your dry clothes.

Un camping pour une nuit. Situé au milieu de nulle part, ce camping est relativement calme. Il y a beaucoup de train qui passent la nuit mais cela fait le travail. Le service cependant n'est pas à la hauteur de la réputation de Koa.

Loved this great campground. Clean restrooms and showers. Clean warm camp cabin. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there.
