Our stay was great except while we were standing in line to get hot dogs and hamburgers Saturday night, one of the workers ran over my husband's ankle with a golf cart and now it's bruised and swollen. When he told her she hit him, she said she didn't, but 4 of us were standing there and saw it. We are still on vacation and now have to find a walk in clinic to get it looked at.

Although the staff was very kind, our cabin was very run down and dirty. We were very disappointed in the condition of the cabin, for the price we paid.

Fantastic as always. The cabin was clean as was the bathhouse. Everyone who works here are always friendly and ready to help any way they can. We'll be back for our last trip next weekend and then start the countdown to next summer.

Stayed in R cabins (trailer), little dated/dusty but, we're camping right? staff are 110% awesome. The kids had fun trick or treating. We participated in passing out as well. There was around 50 sites participating and we were told because they were booked max to expect 50 kids. I did not experience any of the bugs. This camp ground stands up to the KOA Holiday standards. PLENTY for kids to do

It was very easy check-in/out, the rental options were great, breakfast was good, the store had small items we needed, the cabin was very clean and you brought more wood right to my site. I couldn’t have asked have much more than that.

We stayed in a cabin for Halloweekend. Lots of activities going on. We enjoyed our stay, the cabin was fine. The only issue was dishes were dirty, the pan in the stove was filthy (still is), the dish drainer is disgusting, plates were greasy feeling. The cabin itself was pretty clean, some cobwebs in corners but clean. This would not deter me from staying again. Things should be checked out.

The cabin we were in was awful. You could see outside the cabin through several gaps in the framing. This made it possible for a cold breeze to blow into the cabin. Also, the cabin has settled at a terrible slope. You are attempting to sleep with your head below your feet. We could not sleep that way. We left after one night.

People next to us had music thumping and were loud until 2am.

We do apologize for the bad experience. During check in & on our site map we have an after hrs number for emergency's, wood & ice delivery and questions or concerns at your finger tips. Zingles is our way of communication between office and camper. If we don't know we cant fix or address.

This was a very nice experience! Everyone who worked there was very nice, welcoming, and helpful. The koa was clean and well organized. The camping cabin was very clean and spacious. The location to the bathroom was nice. And only being 5 minutes away from cedar point and not paying an arm and a leg was a huge plus! We would definitely stay here again!

Our cabin was filthy. My daughter and grandson had to go stay in my other daughter’s camper in order to breathe. Definitely not like the pictures. We’ve been members for 15 years and never experienced this. Just sad and all they could say was I’m sorry. I’m not a pinky’s up person either. Events were not very organized at all, especially the pumpkin painting. Staff were friendly and nice

Always a great stay. Late check in was super easy and convenient, staff are always friendly and knowledgeable, lots of fun activities for the kids, clean cabins, trick or treating is great, haunted house saved us a trip back to CP and was awesome. All around great time.

We found bed bugs and reported to office. Bugs and spider webs by doors for entry into cabin. Stayed many years before in October and not these problems. Seems over priced for two night stay.

Very nice stay and they were very accomadating after our tow car would not start at the last minute. They allowed us to switch our reservation to a K Cabin at THEE last minute.

Love that you can check in anytime you want after 4 for lodging and that they have a late arrival kit set up for you. Very cute area, highly recommend. Definitely would stay here again!

It was wonderful. From check in until we left every employee was friendly and helpful. The Halloween events planned for children was great! Trick or treating was the highlight for my grandson who is 5. The property is clean and well-kept, the deluxe cabin meets our needs and then some!! It is our second time staying in the same type of cabin and we will be back again! Keep up the good work!!

Love this campground and staff is always super nice but the cleaning of the lodging is NOT good, the last couple years we have walked in to dirty lodging. And after looking at my receipt I see I was charged a cleaning fee which is a bit crazy. They definitely need better cleaners for as much as it costs to camp these days. Every year it’s another fee. Getting out of hand for sure.

I usually Book once a year to stay at the "Family Circle", and run into the same issue every year of stay. CLEANLINESS!! This year they charged a $20 cleaning fee however once again it was NOT CLEAN!! DIRTY FLOORS, HOLES IN WALLS, DIRTY LINEN, BROKEN SCREENS, & BUGS EVERYWHERE! I should not have to deal with this issue every year. I think it's time to look into something new!

The staff were all very nice and welcoming. The cabin was relatively clean, but I was selling urine in the bathroom then I realized there was dried urine on the toilet behind the seat between the seat and tank. I cleaned it, but still smelling urine so I suspect there was probably more urine in the back of the base and I was not going to get on the floor to look for it. Also very strong propane sm

It was a great experience from the second we got there. The AC in our cabin was already on and everything was very clean and organized. The check in/ out process was also very easy. Will definitely be staying again!

Loved having family activities to do while we took a break from busy Cedar Point mid day. The little ride around the camp ground on the train was fun. Our children enjoyed playing games and doing trich or treat. We will be back for sure as long as the Lord is willing.

Great family oriented campground. Been coming to Bayshore campground for over 40 years. Many changes have taken place over the years, but that's to be expected. We do miss the game room area. A lot of good memories made there. Becoming a KOA made some of the changes take place. We loved the original owners, but everyone we have encountered now are just as friendly and helpful. We will stay again

Overall we weren’t very pleased. The outside of the place seemed pretty well kept, however inside cabin not so much. Would consider trying with our camper potentially.

It was awesome. The ladies in the kitchen area are great. So friendly and accommodating. Everyone there was very nice and pleasant. We loved the facilities as well as the trick or treating for the kiddos.

Very clean, staff in office were very nice. Only complaint is about the very, very thin and sagging mattresses. Otherwise, very enjoyable stay. Full fridge/freezer, stove, a/c & heat.

Wanted to go see Lake Erie so took our camper and headed north. found this KOA located in the perfect location. Park was large, clean and pet friendly. We visited many local restaurants and bars. Fished everyday from various piers.

This review is based solely on our limited use of the campground. We were in town for a baseball tournament down the street at SportsForce Park, so we spent very limited time at the campground. The campground is less than one minute drive away from the sports complex! It is also less than a 10 minute drive to Cedar Point amusement park. We did not use any of the amenities during our visit, but I can tell you the staff was very friendly and accommodating. We had an issue with our site upon arrival and they took care of it for us without hesitation. We travel with a 36ft TT and were in site 114. The sites around us had plenty of room for large RVs plus plenty of room in between sites. The concrete pads with patio furniture were very nice.
