Fun weekend and place to stay while in town for Softball tourney. Great and convenient location. Pet friendly was a key.

The campground was decent and was what I'd expect from a KOA. The issue was with how long the excessive noise was allowed. The pool hours were posted as open until 10 PM, but kids were screaming in the pool until 10:45 on Friday night. On Saturday night, they screamed on the jumping pillow until past 11. It was not an enjoyable experience, but it was convenient for Cedar Point.

I really enjoyed my stay at Bayshore facility for it’s convenient location to many other places to go and on site activities,planning to visit again soon.

This was one of the best places to stay. The staff are like family. The camp grounds is very clean and wonderful! We had 17 cabins reserved with not one family members complained. We will be going back next year…

This was our third time staying and as always everything was wonderful. We didn't get to do a lot at the campground due to other plans for the weekend, but our cabin was clean, staff was friendly, breakfast was amazing, the pools are clean and a good size and the bathrooms were clean! We will definitely be back next year and hopefully staying an extra day or two to really enjoy what they offer!

Visiting Cedar Point with friends. Loved the camping option! Bayshore KOA served all our needs! Enjoyed the pool and the view.

Lights were not on in bathrooms for first 24 hours of our stay. No hot water in showers first night while showering in the dark:(

We could not continue to stay here after the first night. The trains went by so frequently with horns blaring and are literally right across the street, that we did not sleep a wink. Then bright and early that next morning, the machine shop right out front started banging on metal so no rest for the weary.

The cabin itself was very comfortable. However there needs to be black out curtains in the windows. We faced the car dealership and(although we understand not anyone's fault), the night was as bright as day. Needed better darkness to sleep. Everything else was great, the store had a little of everything and anything needed, loved how dog friendly and accommodating facility was.

It generally served our needs well as a place to stay while going to Cedar Point Amusement Park. However, the roads within the campground are quite confusing. Some signage that indicates campsite numbers and direction arrows would be helpful. It is easy to get lost and drive or walk all over trying to find the right spot for things.

Nice park and facilities. However, not sure if they had staffing issues or what, but the restroom facility we used was not very clean. We were there from Sunday until Thursday. The Mens room had no soap in any dispenser for hand washing. I finally reported it on Tuesday afternoon. It took until Thursday morning when we were leaving for soap. Women’s room was foul smelling. Friendly staff, clean facilities, two nice pools, great camping spots and really close to Cedar Point. They were even kind enough to lend me a kayaking paddle (mine decided to stay home in w.va. :) Plan to visit again. 100% recommend!

Campsite was sun facing from morning to night. My opinion is , some consideration should be given to extended time campers regarding the placement of their campsite. Allow them to be able to find relief from the sun some time during the day. Appreciated the cleanliness of the bathroom facilities and overall park. Staff very friendly!

We came for a baseball tournament at Sports Force Parks. The campground was nice and bathhouses were clean. The STAFF were by far the friendliest staff I have ever encountered. Everyone (staff) was smiling and waving when you walked by. The front desk was quick to answer questions and help however they could. Great Job! Golf cart rentals were a bit more expensive was my only gripe.

The cabins we stayed in didn’t not live up to the “KOA” cleanliness or high quality that we expected. When arriving and walking bare feet through the cabin, our feet were dirty on the bottom from unmopped floors. The fire pit area was very nice and roomy for the kids and dogs to play. There were no kitchen towels available for dishes. The bathroom hand soap dispenser had too much water

This campground was fantastic! Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay for our baseball tournament! The only negative was we had an incident with a drunk man coming into the women’s bathroom when our 12 year old daughter was brushing her teeth. An older woman got him out of there but it was upsetting to our daughter for sure. This is not at all a reflection on the campground itself.

Loved the closeness to Cedar Point! The pool and jumping pads were well used by us! Staff was very friendly! Internet service was very poor! Loved the cement patios and table and chairs!

Shower house could be cleaner. Over flowing trash cans. Person serving breakfast did a great job. Liked the special with free pancakes with a cabin rental. But prices for eggs and breakfast meats was to high.

We had a great time! The camping cabin was perfect for the three of us. The cabin was clean and we loved having the fire pit with built on grill. We will be back!

Overall our stay was awesome! The site was small but still spacious, neighbors were pleasant and the facilities are a B+. Our only issue, which isn't really the campgrounds fault is not having a metal fire poker. This wasn't something in our arsenal and was difficult to find. It would be awesome if one could be provided or even sold at the store. :)

Pleasantly surprised with how nice this KOA was. We have stayed at several in the Ohio area and none have come close to how nice this was. Staff was unbelievabley pleasant and helpful. 10 Star facility and we will definately be coming back.

So much fun! Amazing office staff! Rustic cabin was very clean and the air was on when we had a late night arrival! Our son loved the fact he had so much to do and the pancakes were delicious!!!

Hello,Our stay at the SBKOAH was very satisfying!! We were greeted with warm smiles,and friendly vibes . Our camping spot was very nice,gazebo with table & chairs,also an outdoor sink. The electric worked properly,and we were close to bathroom & shower facilities. The pizza & ice cream were delicious!! Rock music loud at the pool near us at 9am (not good) Overall great!!! We'd come back !!

Wanted to go see Lake Erie so took our camper and headed north. found this KOA located in the perfect location. Park was large, clean and pet friendly. We visited many local restaurants and bars. Fished everyday from various piers.

This review is based solely on our limited use of the campground. We were in town for a baseball tournament down the street at SportsForce Park, so we spent very limited time at the campground. The campground is less than one minute drive away from the sports complex! It is also less than a 10 minute drive to Cedar Point amusement park. We did not use any of the amenities during our visit, but I can tell you the staff was very friendly and accommodating. We had an issue with our site upon arrival and they took care of it for us without hesitation. We travel with a 36ft TT and were in site 114. The sites around us had plenty of room for large RVs plus plenty of room in between sites. The concrete pads with patio furniture were very nice.
