The staff when I checked in (Angie) was amazing she really set the tone when we arrived. Helpful and kind and a bright smile really made us feel welcome. Media room was pretty broken up, the complimentary coffe was cold and the pancake machine was broken. We planed our morning around that so it was a bummer. When we asked if it would be back, the morning staff was rude to boot.

We even had some fireworks. Still a very good park with friendly staff. Will stay at again, in a couple weeks. Thank you for a pleasant stay, see you in a couple weeks.

Wonderful park in a great location. The check-in staff were friendly and helpful with good information to make our stay comfortable. The location next to the light rail system was perfect as we purchased day transit passes and explored all around Salt Lake City. Our site was nice and well maintained with fantastic shade helping us maintain temperature in our RV despite the very hot weather.

Big disappointments that: 1)connections for rv waste dumping are different than any we experienced prior and our connectors wouldn’t work which is fine but what they sold ALSO weren’t going to work for the cheap ones (~$10) unless we got the “optional” $28 one. 2) in the morning we were assured there’d be donuts but they quickly ran out even though we got there pretty early. It's a beautiful campsite very well maintained. Job is super friendly and helpful and very willing to help while maintaining your rig. The manager at this location is super nice and willing to help. I was waiting to get into a monthly on a bit of a time crunch due to remote work and she helped me and made the process very easy.

We've stayed at this KOA numerous times over the years while traveling. Very convenient location, easy in and out and the staff is nice. We wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

The bathrooms were not cleaned when scheduled. It was nice to have a pool, laundry, and RV car wash on site.

The stay was good and plenty of room at the tent site. Wish it was more grass than dirt. Everything was clean and well taken care of around the amenities. Breakfast could use a second pancake machine and there was no juice. The pool was well taken care. My biggest complaint is the amount of children allowed to run free being loud and disrespectful with no staff stepping in when it was by the offic

People walked through occupied sites. Noisy 3 1/2 hrs of fireworks. Some sounded like guns. Kind of scary. But I know the KOA can't do much about it. Some people have more dogs than allowed. A rule not enforced. I would return if in the area again. Friendly staff.

Park was in great shape and the staff were really nice! Only downfalls it’s located in a rougher part of the city so there’s a lot of riffraff right outside the main area. Protect your belongings, and the staff will even tell you the same.

our stay was great. The bathrooms were clean, the workers were friendly and there is plenty to do there. It is in a VERY rough part of town though so I didn't feel safe going anywhere within a mile of the area (gas stations, eateries, etc). Aside from that, our stay was great.

Michael (security) and Keith (maintenance) really exceeded expectations helping us with pro pain and finding a bolt we needed for our camper. But I have to say, everyone who worked there went out of their way to help us with directions, recommendations etc. The site was clean, comfortable and security and way cuter than we expected. Location is exceptional with train station right across the road

We had a patio site and it was nice. Onesuggestion would be to keep the sites cleaned, shouldn't be hard to have someone go to the sites after someone leaves out and blow the debris off and wipe down the table and chairs, it was in desperate need of a little cleaning.

Kids and adults cutting through your yard constantly. Kids running in this and riding their bikes and skateboards in the streets with no regard for cars.. dogs that shouldn’t be walked around the park because they were aggressive and trying to come after your dogs in your own yard. People having more than two dogs. People shooting off firecrackers the day after Fourth of July late at night.

This is a large KOA with a lot of amenities and is a good base camp to see all the sights in and around SLC. This was our first time at this KOA and we were happy with the customer service and cleanliness of the park & the amenities. We'll definitely be back if we're in the area again

Great tasty pancakes. Lol. We liked our spot. Was able to secure it for another stay. Quiet enuff considering it's a huge city. Security on premises. Restaurant. Hot tub to small. Need a big one for adults. Lots of dog bags available. Good folks at the counter. Loved all the trees!!! We actually had shade. Thanks

The CG has pretty good space to park big rigs. The pool is nice with table and chairs for people to use when not in the pool. Kids from the adjoining mobile home park are permitted to access the KOA facilities with no adult supervision and ride electric bikes, scooters, skateboards, and peddle bikes at excessive speeds The game room machines are broken. Not worth the money they charge to stay.

Lots of mature trees provide an abundance of shade. Restrooms are clean and well stocked. Showers are clean and more spacious than most.

Better than I remembered from 5 years ago. All sites are paved and grass. bathrooms are clean and modern. Nice play areas and common area patio with fire pits. Very comfortable and nice for families. I would definitely stay here again if my trip brought me this way!

Extrem friendly & helpful staff! Helpful in fixing my RV, throwing away some old stuff, propane filling station, 13 feet high car wash, free pancake �� breakfast... Ok park being located within city limits. Nice shade at our site. Problem with barking dogs and kids playing basketball during so called quiet time. Do not know if security at night is the answer!! Again wish to praise Keith for his assistance with cable tv set up and water regulator issue. He goes beyond all limits to assist someone.

They put us in a “pull through” that was extremely difficult to get into. Had to back up and through another site to fit our fifth wheel in. Sketchy neighborhood. Would not recommend this KOA.

Only stayed for a few days but found the sites cramped. The pool is refreshing and if we had kids it would be the place to stay.

It was a nice staff , close to downtown . We struggled finding somewhere to eat though , close to Koa .

We purchased a spot and paid extra to have a fire pit, put in an order for firewood two hours before store closed. We had six kids excited for smores. They responded back, then never showed. I spoke with manager and she did not seem to see the issue as we were not charged for firewood.

Lovingly nestled in the Fairpark neighborhood of Salt Lake City Utah is the Salt Lake City KOA Holiday. This is one of those KOA's that has been around for a long time. The site is beautifully maintained with tons of shade. I would venture to say nearly every RV site has ample shade. The pads are asphalt and reasonably level. There is a swimming pool and hot tub on site and they are both enjoyably used by many of the visitors here. I would venture to say that this KOA is a destination visit. It is nicely located for Salt Lake City tourism and reasonably close to many of the city's attractions. There is a great vibe here. Everybody seems to have a great time, the staff are all very friendly and helpful and the facilities are impeccably clean. This may be the nicest KOA we have ever stayed in and that is saying a lot. It's a great place to take the family for a few days in Salt Lake. We certainly have enjoyed our time here and would not hesitate to book again for any future visits to the area. One thing I will mention is that the park does pick up a good deal of traffic noise from the nearby I-80/215 interstates. Freight trains also pass by at night and you can hear those choo-choo whistles pretty well. If you prefer dead silence you might want to look for something less conveniently located, but for me they're like lullabys.
