The employees at the desk were not very friendly. Actually when we went to check in there were two places to do it but we were told would have to go to the other - went over there and she said no you must go over on the other one. Went over there and a young gal said she could help us but not very helpful, just checked us in. We have never dealt with such unfriendly staff at KOA.

We enjoyed the stay. The last 2 years, we stayed in the front sections and this year, we were at the back. The site we had was covered in stickers that we had to constantly pick out of our Aussies’ hair. The trees are beautiful all throughout the park. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. Love the free dog washing station. Poop bags were amazingly strong.

Very nice, well maintained campground. Our site barely fit our 60’ rig, but we made it without unhooking. Convenient for traveling downtown since the transit train was right in front of the KOA where you can ride all day for $5. Pool was super cold, even at 90 degree days.

Pool/jacuzzi small for number of campers. No cover/shade on Playground makes it unusable. Tree shade great. Bathhouse fairly clean. Area around camp a bit sketchy. Great access to metro rail. Staff very nice.

Enjoyed everything about our stay. Shady, flat, full hook up sites, friendly counter staff, easy bike ride to supermarket, easy walk to bus and tram stops. The complimentary coffee and donuts was an added delight!! Not a cheap stay at +/- $93 a night but convenience won over price for us.

Restrooms and showers very clean. Excellent, attentive staff. We had a vent cover blow off while on the road and we discovered it upon arrival. Office staff helped with temporary fix (insulation block taped to fill the hole). Sites are closer than I care for but long enough for truck and 24 ft trailer to fit without unhitching. Stayed one night.

We were on medical transport had some issues and the staff were on top of it made extending the stay and actually referred us to storage facility so we could return home for week or two.

Extremely disappointed they did not have fire pits at our tent site. The whole reason I took my kids camping was to cook meals over the fire. They should have a big warning in BIG letters when you make the reservation that they have no fire pits. Also, the electrical fire pits on site don’t work well. They’re glitchy.

Nice staff, nice dog park, great pool, it has a hot tub. Lots and lots of walking distance for us and the dog. I liked the restroom/Showers.

Good park. Close to town center and airport. Used it to start and finish our Utah circuit. Nice pool and nice paved sites.

We truly enjoyed our stay @ Salt Lake City KOA. Plenty of shade, very quiet for a large campground, clean pool, and friendly staff. The only downside was squirrels ate one of my water lines.

Great location, we were there to visit Temple Square, the light rail Right near the park was a plus.

Very clean campground with lots of nice shade trees. Surprised how quiet it was given the amount of campers in there. Everything was great until the Wi-Fi quit on our last night there.

I would’ve given it 5 stars, but the morning staff were rude. My husband was getting coffee, and apparently it was empty, and the lady rudely said “I’ll get some more coffee in a couple minutes sir”. He didn’t even ask for coffee or anything when she rudely snapped at him. It was so embarrassing because other customers were in there as well. The evening staff was very friendly.

The staff was great and the site suited us very well. One plus that we really appreciated and have never seen before was the welcome package that was put together. It was a list of things to do in the area and the staffs recommendations of over 100 area restaurants in categories and distance from the campground.

SLC KOA was beautiful, shady, every site was clean offering concrete rig pads, grassy area, full hook-ups. Nice pool and hot tub, well kept areas for kids and pets, clean bathrooms and showers and a great laundry with lots of washers and dryers, carts available and folding counter. We loved the staff. They were always friendly and very helpful. Loved out stay there. Highly recommend staying.

Very NOISY the first night we were there due to concerts at the Fairgrounds. (Not the fault of the KOA.) Very nice folks worked in the front office and picked up our propane tank (although a fee was charged to pick it up) and delivered it back full. My husband had shoulder replacement surgery 2 1/2 months before our trip and was unable to pick it up. Location was handy for sites we saw.

CONS: We were placed at a hookup spot closest to the front of the property/street, so it was very noisy (we have tent beds). Unsure if towards the back is quieter. We heard the train every hour or two, every big truck, every motorcycle, and every other loud car. They could benefit from big tall concrete walls to help with privacy as well as noise. PROS: Everything else about this KOA is exceptional. The bathrooms and showers were clean and nice quality, screaming hot showers. A big KOA so they put a second large set of showers and bathrooms in the middle. Trees and street lights. Nice place to walk around. Plenty of things for the kids to do: some games and outdoor activities in the mid section by the second bathrooms, playground and pool in the front, and an arcade style room in the front. A really nice dog section with dog washing station and a fenced area for them to play. Hot tub! Great hours for the playground (fenced inside the pool area), pool, and hot tub 9am-9pm. Great walkability and nearby restaurants and things to walk to.

Just stayed one night, traveling through, have stayed at a lot of koa and I have to say this one is outstanding. Besides being clean it had extras such as a dog wash station, fully stocked store, super clean restrooms. Highly recommend
