I know you can’t help this, but the location wasn’t ideal. It felt a little sketchy in the area. We also were right across from a trailer that had recliners and trash and the refrigerator is outside it. I don’t think you should allow this at KOA’s. It look like they were living there permanently and it wasn’t a pretty sight.

We were there only one night. Positives: It was easy to get into the campgrounds, easy to get into our site, easy to get settled and easy to get out early the next morning. The location was really great for us to get back onto the road we needed to travel the next morning. Negatives: none.

Staff was decent, but sites were tiny and crowded—we were packed in like sardines. No golf cart escort to our site like most KOAs. Lots of workforce trailers, late-night noise, plus raceway and train sounds. Felt more like city camping than relaxing. Not the KOA vibe we expected.

The bathrooms need improvement and better cleaning. Reception was good.

They went out of their way to make sure our stay was one to remember.

This place needs better security especially for the price you pay. Make sure you don’t ever leave anything unattended even while just at the pool. We took our daughter to swim and our bike was stolen right next to us. The fact that we can’t feel safe enough to leave our bike by the pool/office was not good. We witnessed another bike being stolen the same day. I would not stay at this park agai

We were very unhappy with our site. Very dirty and it had dirty furniture and cob web all over them. Plus our son in law bike was stolen right by the pool. We paid a lot for our site and will not come to this one ever again and not sure about your camps

The park was very nice, close to things we wanted to see and do. We had a problem with our camper the day we were leaving and the office staff were more than helpful! Thanks to them!

The location is convenient but unfortunately the park itself is not safe. We experienced an attempted bike theft and another family experienced a bike theft while we were there. We cut our stay short as a result. Theft seems easy at this location because there are so many entrances. Most other KOAs only have one entrance that is easier to monitor.

I have filed complaint to KOA, salt lake City KOA is the worst place in the KOA chain

Every thing works, theshade is nice, the roads are a little narrow.

This was our 2nd stay and we enjoyed it as much as the 1st time. Mid-city location with homeless people affected/lowered our rating.

Very nice well located park in downtown salt lake city. Close to trolley system which made travel to downtown sites simple as well as the state fairgrounds. Didn't use the car except to shop for groceries. One downfall, was sewer was plugged and even though maintenance was summoned, the problem was never resolved so was unable to dump full holding tanks on site.

Quick night stay getting work done on our rig in Salt Lake City. Its location was convenient for us. the fairgrounds which were going on while there and some workers were staying in the park too. We backed up to a sidewalk and street- but they’ve added some privacy so it makes it better. We had a barking dog close by almost all night. Luckily we have fans to help block it. The Facilities were ok

It was really nice. Great "OPEN" amenities, even after Labor Day. Great K-9 dog park w/washing station. I think they thought of every convenience an RVer would need and included it at this KOA. Large paved sites. No dust, gravel or dirt to walk or sit in. (Like the one I'm in now) Wendy at check in was really helpful and friendly. Enjoyed our stay.

It's a rough campground. Unkept, noisy, too many full timers, underwhelming area, overall run down and needs some love. Very nice staff, though.

The location is good and close to the city, as well as the Great Salt Lake, Antelope Island and Bonneville. The Fairgrounds are nearby and the fair was going on while we were there. Unfortunately, no dogs allowed at the fair. The sites are very close together. We did not use the pool, laundry or other amenities. The staff in the Office were very pleasant. Overall, a nice place to stay.

It is real tight for long rigs . They really need a guide person to take you to your spot. The staff was nice.

Office people grumpy. To busy and spaces are way to close together. Internet pictures is not what it really looks like.

This place was dirty and in a very questionable neighborhood. Major misrepresentation on line. Lots of helicopters, planes, and traffic noise. I didnt feel safe.

The KOA employees were great! The campground is very close to downtown and other attractions.

This KOA was the most expensive spot we have been to so when we had no TV to watch because the WiFi wouldn’t connect to our smart tv, I realize this might not be a problem for some but after driving 8 Hours (this was not a designation. This is a stop over for us.) you just wanna take a hot shower, and watch some TV before you go to bed. (Showers are nice) but every thing should work at that pri

Zero shade, very hot, would not give us another space even though spots around us were empty during our 2 night stay. Extremely disappointed from the lack of empathy from your front desk. Sad treatment has never happened before in a KOA, usually very helpful . Wouldn’t recommend or return on our next visit to Salt Lake.

Staff was extremely kind, facilities clean and convenient, and I loved my tetn site. My only knock has nothing to do with the park and everything to do with the mosquitos in SLC. I got 20 bites on my feet even after applying spray. I would absolutely come back in the fall, winter or early spring to avoid the nasty little guys haha. Thanks again!

Extremely clean, well-organized, well-maintained, & spacious RV sites. Roads leading to sites are wide enough for our big rig to turn. We like this KOA because we can walk around the park for exercise. Restrooms & laundry are clean. Love the dog park with pet wash. We recommend to our family & friends. The only complaint we have is that the office staffs don't seem friendly or helpful.

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

We’re so glad you enjoyed the roomy sites, clean restrooms, and pet-friendly amenities. Thank you for pointing out your concern about staff friendliness—we take that seriously and will work to improve

Very clean with lots of established tree cover.

Loved all the pull though sites, nice amenities, and the staff was kind and helpful. The campground is surprisingly peaceful with a lot of trees especially since it’s surrounded by urban living, highways, and a busy airport. We enjoyed our 4 night stay.

Great time, $7 uber to the “Temple district” for sight seeing and a number of restaurants. 1 night stay

Pictures on your website don’t match your website. Misc on our site when we pulled up. We blew it off ourself. Watched KOA employees drive right over garbage in the streets in the KOA golf carts. It appears the campground has been let go, sad. Because it could be nice with a some care.

This was a pleasure to stay at, the campground is set up very professionally and has large quadruple driveway area to allow for checking in and departing. There are trees at every spot making it look so inviting, like an orchard with picnic tables and the spots were well spaced. The store is well stocked and we were able to get some wheel blocks we needed. Overall a very nice place. We camped at Salt Lake City KOA Holiday in a Motorhome.

Excellent customer service. Middle of city next to power plant so not quiet. Did enjoy the deluxe sites with dog run.
