I have stayed at your campground numerous times and every time the crime and homeless problem gets a little worse. I’m sorry to say that this will be my last stay.

We only needed one night this time. We had longer stays in the past. As usual we greeted with friendly staff, gave us a nice quiet space towards the back of the park. Facilities were clean.

Reserved online. Paid for a back in site with full hookups and at check in, was denied water, saying those sites were WINTERIZED. The clerk refused me twice. Just following orders, sure. After seeing the manager, clerk returned and assigned me the WORST POSSIBLE teeny tiny traffic corner pull through. Lights of latecomers all night. You don't get what you paid for without insisting. Heads up

Stayed for 5 nights. Disappointed that access to Jordan River Trail system and cottonwoid dog park (advertised as amenity on website) was blocked off. I was given instructions on how to get to it outside the park but ended up in a homeless encampment. Otherwise, great park. Very convenient to everything in SLC.

We got there after the office closed and a woman named Sandy went out of her way to help us. It was nice to see staff be so helpful when most would not have been. Very nice RV Park.

Super friendly staff, great amenities, and wide open space! This time of year there’s not a lot of people traveling so the rates were great and it was quiet. Our kids could run around and play outside and we spent almost every night over by the fire pits. Dog park was great for our shitzu. Everything was clean and well taken care of. Front office has any needed supplies, drinks, and snacks too!

Overall the place is nice with tons of trees. The location was my only concern. Lots of homeless nearby, near lower income, and road traffic. Saw other reviews of things being stolen from their site. They tell you at check in “we are a city location so don’t leave valuables out”. That doesn’t give me the greatest feeling of safety. We don’t plan to stay here again if I can help it.

Lots of trees, friendly staff, clean restrooms with unlimited hot water, nice dog park. Community fire pits lit each night. Quick UBER service. A very nice park.

Was in Salt Lake for a convention at the Salt Palace. The location was perfect, just a short drive to the Salt Palace or very handy to Trax (Salt Lake Transit). The property was well maintained and quiet, the front desk folks were great!. There were homeless in the area, but they didn't seem to bother the RVs. I would use KOA Salt Lake again should I need to go back to the city.

I was so surprised that this was such a lovely oasis in the middle of SLC’s skid row! There were such beautiful trees throughout the park, the spaces are all paved and level! The bathrooms were beautiful with very nice showers. Everything was clean. Easy access to downtown SLC due to the light rail train right in front of the park.

Nice place that is very convenient to town. Would've given it 5 stars except the spa/pool area closed to early. I was really looking forward to a hot tub when we got home at 9 PM only to find out it was closed. It should be open until at least 10 PM; would've made all the difference in the world.

RV park located within city limits. Convenient access to nearby highways. RV park appears to have limited night time security. My E-bike was stolen during the night from the bike rack mounted to my Jeep Wrangler. e-Bike was secured with chain and lock, however bolt cutters were used to cut chain. Next time will stay at RV park outside of city.

One of the truly great KOAs. Perfect location, beautiful spacious sites with many trees (in the summer heat perfect). Bathrooms warm and toasty in the fall and winter. One of the most well-groomed KOAs anywhere. Internet is sketchy, which is a surprise for a campground in the heart of the city. We've been staying here for over 40 years; and every time we come, they've made another improvement.

Staff friendly and helpful lovely facilities. Nice bath house. Great to have dog play area. Also great to have some real grass in addition to the astroturf. Used laundry too. Altogether pleasant quiet and safe. Fellow travelers were nice and thoughtful as well. Mexican restaurant across street from entrance was also really good!

Très beau camping. Super bien situé par rapport au centre-ville de Salt Lake City. Le tramway pour le centre-ville passe directement devant le camping. 12 minutes seulement. Grand terrain pour grand motorisé et youyou.

We enjoyed our stay and the campground is nice. I We wish the fire ring had a grill top on seeing there were no grill on site. Overall we had a nice stay.

The KOA is great, great dog park, well maintained and clean. Salt Lake, great food but lots of traffic. KOA is next to great public transportation

Campground was well kept and clean, however, this is a terrible place to tent camp. The tent sites back up to a busy road that where buses run all night long as well as people walking by. The front desk staff was also not welcoming upon check-in. Did not make us feel welcome and I would not go back to this location.

Location, location, location! As the saying goes, and this KOA has it all! We didn't need a car, as $5 a day got us anywhere we needed to go in town, and the train took us directly from the airport to the campground's doorstep. But this KOA is so much more than just its location. The grounds are unbelievably well-maintained, with a hot tub and pool that are extremely clean. Our stay was in a deluxe cabin, which was immaculate and looked brand new. The patio had comfortable furniture and a high-end BBQ, plus a beautiful gas fire pit - the number one reason we choose KOA, as they frown upon starting fires in hotel rooms. We couldn't find a single problem with anything during our stay, and we're the type to look! The friendly staff, including Angie and Nicole the managers made us feel right at home on our first visit to SLC. They went above and beyond to ensure we saw the most during our stay, even acting as local tour guides. We've read other reviews, but Michael, the on-site security, was absolutely amazing, taking great pride in keeping the campground clean and safe. We felt completely safe with him present. I can confidently say out off all the KOAs this one is the number one park in the USA - completely underrated and a must-visit! We'll be scheduling our next trip around staying at this park and their beautiful cabins for years to come. 10 stars! ⭐️

Good urban campground. A bit noisy but it's in the city. Sites are good, facilities are clean.

This camp is really something, hot tub, warm pool, arcade room with pac-man, street fighter and many more old school games and on top of it pancakes and coffee,tea all included in the stay price. Big thumb up for friendly and helpful staff with great sense of humour. Wonderful place
