Spot was just OK, there was a mud puddle outside our door and did not appreciate the bikers riding down the longest stretch of the grounds doing wheelies, doing stunts on one wheel and the excessive reving noise, and speed, believe me they were NOT doing 5 mph. I can't believe you couldn't hear this in your office.

The emenities were nice to have but the staff was rude. We ended up leaving a day early. Upon checking in I asked how far from the facilities were we going to be bc the 3 of us traveling are handicap and she said very nasty, "I wish you would have told me". I said the reservation site asked if we had any special requests and I put it there. There is more but running out of space to type it.

Site 31 was terrible, don’t let them put you there. The long time residents drive 20 miles an hour in the park when it should be 5. Spot 31 is loud and busy with cars and foot traffic. Otherwise, if you stay, just choose your spot. It’s a great location and the employees were fantastic.

Great location, close to the airport. Close to the tram for visiting downtown. The campsite was clean, the staff friendly and helpful, the pool and hot tub were heated to good temperatures. The kids had a great time playing at the park. See you again next year we hope

One important benefit of paying for an RV park is to not have the noise of generator engines running. Their rules specific state "no washing vehicles" yet they allow outside mobile wash companies to come in & wash vehicles in the sites. Ok, but the mobile washers run engines similar to generator engines. They come in & you've got "generator noise."

The night guard is very attentive and a good person. They are always there to help you if you need anything. The place is clean and the bathrooms too.

The staff was friendly and welcoming and the night guard was nice. The problems were the people living there long term. There were three guys just past our trailer riding a motor bike doing wheelies. Then a guy in a truck pulled up next to us without a trailer or camper, who hung out with the three guys while his truck idled. I called to see quiet time, I was told 11pm. Don't stay here!

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. The area was quieter than I expected for downtown next to the rail, bus, train and airport. The spot was just long enough for our travel trailer and truck. Easy access to everything downtown. They do have very high water pressure.

Very nice KOA; we would give 5 stars, if not for the multiple piles of dog poop we found in our campsite… one of which our dog inadvertently rolled in right when we got there. The grassy areas between trailers need to be better monitored and cleaned up. It’s sad, as there are plenty of dog poop sacks available in the KOA but people aren’t obviously using them consistently.

Stayed in a camper cabin, the cabin was great, no problems. The facility is for the most part great, some of equipment, like the giant pool table and the connect four, was in rough shape and missing pieces, but it was still a lot of fun. The swimming pool and hot tub and arcade were great!

Didn't feel safe. Driving in the area is miserable with traffic, busses, trains and construction. You have to turn showers to 'cold' to get hot water to come out. Only stayed here because state parks in area were full.

Nice sites and beautiful park. Drove 35 miles to Park City, biked to downtown SLC, toured Antelope Island (beware of no-see-ums) and hiked Adam’s Canyon trail in Layton to the upper waterfalls.

This was my first time staying at a KOA and it was an extremely pleasant experience. I did not have a reservation and had a long travel day to get there but they assured me I would be able to register and stay the night by using their night registration box and I was able to rest for night to continue my journey the next day!

We stayed at one of the cabins, we were able to rest, very quiet. The place was clean, well stocked with everything we needed and the staff was friendly.

Best registration staff ever. We’ve stayed at many KOA’s these ladies are the best. Great facilities and super clean. And free pancakes for breakfast who could ask for more 12 out of 10. ��

Nice park. Only issue was NOT being able to connect to wi-fi/internet on my tablet or prime firestick even tho i tried several times. Even reported problem to the office and told someone would come to my site and check No one ever showed up to help. Also regular TV was limited to like 4-5 stations. Would have thought that would have been better in a large city like SLC.

Always delightful to stay at KOA Salt Lake City even when a month visit turns into a four month visit. The staff are gracious and accommodating and the facility is clean and well apportioned. We’ll be back soon.

Was really disappointed in the condition of the sites. I was in 902. It was NOT kept up well at all. I asked to borrow mower to cut grass my self. Was too long to find dog poop. But no one responded. KOA are usually very well taken are of. So was a little surprised. For the money it cost nightly thesis should be ready when we arrived.

We’ve stayed here quite a bit. The people who run it are as nice as can be! We were disappointed by the site - the grass was full of weeds and needed mowing. Would I stay there again absolutely!

Terrible access into the campground. Cable TV didn’t work and wi-fi out for 90% of the time. Grounds were in a general state of disrepair and landscaping non-existent. We’ve stayed here before and it used to be a nice park.

The lawn around the rv stalls were not mowed very high and the shower stall should have strip pads or non slip stripes i fell and slipped in the shower very dangerous hit my head and smash my knees

We had a great 3 night stay in the SLC KOA. We were in the city, but when we were at the KOA it felt the warmth of mountain camping. The site and facilities were clean and quiet. The staff was very friendly and helpful with our needs.

This campground needs some TLC. Grass needs to be mowed, weeds need to be treated and dog park needs a good cleaning. Rules need to be enforced as dog poop was everywhere, even on the astroturf at the dog park. Long term residents using amenities of vacant sites and no pre-arrival site inspections are done as ours had food garbage in the fire pit and chalk drawings on the patio.

When we arrived for a 3 week stay, we were put in a spot that was the size of our rv, way small for a 41' rv. We clipped the electrical post because of it. They moved us to a larger spot that fit us better. Overall good stay besides all the pollen and tree droppings.

This was a pleasure to stay at, the campground is set up very professionally and has large quadruple driveway area to allow for checking in and departing. There are trees at every spot making it look so inviting, like an orchard with picnic tables and the spots were well spaced. The store is well stocked and we were able to get some wheel blocks we needed. Overall a very nice place. We camped at Salt Lake City KOA Holiday in a Motorhome.
