The staff was very nice and easy check-in, but we did not like the location or that our tent site was right next to a busy street with buses and people constantly going by. Also, bathroom hot water not working when we were there.

The park is large and pleasant. However, there was frequent and excessive dog barking throughout the stay, primarily from small dogs. Note: I was placed near the dog area. Even with that proximity, the noise level was still quite disruptive

Nice camp, was worried about the area but it was just fine. Also has a nightly guard.Grass was a little long and has quite a few weeds. Bathrooms could be nicer there are quite a few cobwebs and I wish the showers had some kind of rubber mat the floors get a puddle on the outside that make it hard to dry off properly. I appreciate the store/office being open early and late and offering breakfast.

The camp ground it self was great and all the employees were awesome. The issue I have is with where the puppy play area campsites were put. Right up front where everyone pulls in next to the busy street. I was up all night with the noises. Also a lot of the good part of the parks were taken with permanent residents. Other than that clean and fun place

Shortly after we arrived at the SLC KOA, our truck would not start. A gentleman who works there, so sorry I didn't get his name, helped us find the problem and get it started! So thankful for his help!

Clean park well spaced sites. Rear showers were without hot water during our stay. We were told not to leave anything unattended. Looking around no one had rugs or chairs out even. Park is wide open with neighborhood kids playing in the park. Good for clean over night stay, not a safe vacation feel. Concise t location for site seeing of the Teme Square in SLC.

Stay over traveler got in late. I slept as long as I could to get a shower in before leaving. The shower was closed and my disabilities prevented me from using another location in te Park. The sink water wasn't barely warm. Ugh

The entire staff, especially Alisha, were so understanding and helpful. The hot tub was perfect after a long day and the convenience store had everything we needed. We will stay here again. The Pet Paw Pen was perfect for our dog. Thank you for making our stay enjoyable.

We have stayed here several times and usually it’s a nice quiet stay. We wish we had known about the loud block party at the fair though. It was LOUD! The good thing was they stopped at 10:30. Next time we will check the fair before booking.

Nice well shaded park hidden in a newer developed semi urban area. Accommodated our 45' Super C toad. We camped at Salt Lake City KOA Holiday in a Motorhome.

It was a lovely campground. Very clean and tidy. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The sites were really small and it was very loud and noisy with traffic, airplanes, and trains. We have a 36 ft. Fifth wheel that fit into the site, but it was really hard wedging our truck into the site. We had to angle it in just right in order to fit. It was very convenient to the convention center.

Your anti American communist no flag policy is just plain wrong. Head banging music until 1030 every night was intolerable. We will not return to salt lake city koa ever again.

This is one of the worst KOA's I have stayed at and one of the most expensive. The showers were ice cold water (men and women), the WIFI was horrible and there was a concert going on until 10:30 at night at a venue right next to the KOA.

This campground is clean, busy given that it is in downtown SLC, but I gotta say their showers are not what they could be. Went to take a shower after waiting for cleaners, and no hot water. I can’t tell you how much water I wasted waiting for it to warm up. UT cannot afford to lose any water like this. No one to report to after 5pm and didn’t want to call the “night watchman”.

No hot water on Sat or Sun in the showers. Tried 2 different locations and both had no hot water. Hence reason for ratings - these camp spots are extremely highly priced and to not have hot water is unacceptable. No notices or communications about the issues.

We are so sorry there was no hot water. There was a mechanical failure of the water heater and we worked at full speed to get it taken care of as quick as possible on the weekend. Hot water is fixed and we hope you choose us next time as this unusual problem rarely occurs.

Great location, well maintained facilities, and a nice oasis in the middle of Salt Lake City. This has become a go to location for us to stop. when travelling through this part of Utah.

We’ve stayed at this KOA a few times and really like it. The spots are flat and shady on a hot day. The pool is nice and refreshing. They have a game room with 80s arcade games to play for free including Pac Man and Frogger! They serve donuts and coffee every morning. It’s centrally located and across from the trolly that will bring you up to Temple Square/Downtown. Great park - see you again!

Great staff, our site was very nice, pool and sauna were well maintained as were the bathrooms. The grounds needed a little work on the grass and weeds in some areas. Price was a bit on the high side compared to other KOAs at similar price points.

The KOA was clean. The sites were spacious and the laundry facility was large. It had at least 15 washers! Additionally , it was so convenient with the Light Rail being just a few steps away.

Lovely campground. Lots of kid friendly amenities. Sites paved with grass sections, trees for shade. There was a weekend concert while we were here that we could hear quite well (this was a good thing, music was great!) in the Farigrounds next door. For an urban campground, was quite pleasant.

Small spaces on broken pavement-Acid rock Band blasting and screaming until 10:30. Some type of concert next door. The unwelcome ladies seemed to be on their last nerve. Fillmore for our next time through.

Organized clean very friendly staff, especially Harley, very welcoming. For being in the heart of a big city with big city problems, it felt very secure. Our site was very private with good privacy divider and large space for our truck/camper

This was a pleasure to stay at, the campground is set up very professionally and has large quadruple driveway area to allow for checking in and departing. There are trees at every spot making it look so inviting, like an orchard with picnic tables and the spots were well spaced. The store is well stocked and we were able to get some wheel blocks we needed. Overall a very nice place. We camped at Salt Lake City KOA Holiday in a Motorhome.
