Park is clean and quiet. Staff was friendly and accommodating. The club enjoyed the experience. We went to the museum in town. Hopefully the rates will stay reasonable so everyone will want to return

Stayed there while looking for a home to buy, nice park with just about everything you need, showered, bathrooms, laundry room. Very friendly people to help you.

Booked 2 nights on-line and enjoyed the facility very much, the only problem being the weather which gave us a heavy heavy downpour of rain for 8 solid hours so no going out and enjoying the walking trails. Very much appreciate the extra help that Allen gave us in getting my car battery jumped! — Thanks everyone!

At close to 100 bucks a night, I shouldn’t have to dodge tree branches going into a site. Plus, the cover to the electric outlets was falling off. The rest of the park looked nice, however.

A hidden gem! No idea why this place isn't packed 365 days a year. Lovely setting within the trees and open spaces. We are 5th wheelers but the tent camping area is set up really neat. The owner is a wealth of local information and a joy to chat with anytime. A large pond is being added. We would like to return during the warm months to enjoy the trails surrounding this KOA.

Very peaceful, the campground is fantastic!!!!! This is now our regular campground. The staff is fantastic as well overall 30 out of 10.

Everything worked power & water even during a below freezing weather. What I liked the most was the security they have cameras all throughout the campgrounds. The staff was always helpful, especially Bill who would stop by when he was passing through asked, “how’s everything going?” That was nice, really excellent place with lots of things to do.

Beautiful park with excellent facilities. Easy shuttle to Polar Express. Helpful staff and large sites with some having patio furniture, grills and fire pits.

Super service & clean facility! Look up services…wood, propane, Polar Express Shuttle & more!! Campsites are level and great with amenities…great for grandchildren.

It was the LSB Christmas. We enjoyed the Rally Hall, very nice! The outdoor patio was nice for outdoor cooking.

I was assigned to a site already being used by my son/daughter n law. Trying to figure where we should go, I texted the number we were given to text & got no reply as we sat with our trailer in the road behind site 30. Digging through paperwork, I noticed our tag for rearview mirror stated site 28. No one ever got back w/me from my text. We weren't even next to our family that we originally reques

I rated my stay as a 4 because of the road work being done during our stay. We found the staff friendly and the campground well kept. When in the area we would stay again.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. It's a bonus now they have the free shuttle that will take you to the train depot

The place is well kept. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Our only concern was that they were aware that one of the RVers had an aggressive dog and they didn’t tell us and the dog slipped its collar and charged me and my dogs. When I mentioned it, the on duty staff knew exactly who I was talking about. It changed the way we walked around the grounds with our dogs to avoid further incidents

Everything was awesome , we had a small issue and was resolved extremely fast , helpful and very friendly. If we ever come back this way would definitely stay again. Oh and everything was super clean.

This is a wonderful KOA. The workers are friendly, spots are roomy, and they offer ice cream, pizza, and we even had live music one night. There is also plenty to do while you are there.

Nice, quiet campground. Regular sites are a bit small but the premium sites are roomy. My only negative is awful WiFi. If you need internet you have a problem. I would definitely stay there again.

We have stayed at Rusk KOA several times and have always had an enjoyable time. The folks that run the campground are very friendly. This campground is set back in the pine trees of east Texas and it is a nice, quiet place to relax. They have walking trails, a salt-water swimming pool, a swing-set for the kids. They have on-site Propane to refill your bottles, if needed. Will definitely go back.
