The KOA is lovely, everything is spacious, there are lots of activities and the hosts were very friendly and helpful. Cabin was awesome and clean. The only problem I had was the mattress on the bed in the cabin, it dipped a lot in the middle and hubby and I just kept rolling into the middle. I ended up sleeping on the sofa.

So many fun things to do. Camping cabin tucked away in the tall pines with lots of green grass for pets. We stayed in one of the camp cabins and these are some of the best. TV, Fridge, A/C, heat, ceiling fan, patio, water faucet, charcoal grill and a picnic table. Community club house, showers and bathrooms were always clean. They have an outdoor sink, fire pit and patio with live music.

Nice facility. $190/ night for deluxe cabin is ABSURD! Lady who ran facility is unfriendly .

I would not recommend the cabin KL04. The bed is not comfortable at all. I do recommend the facility overall if you have a camper. It's a really nice spot and good people. Just not the cabin.

Great stay. Claudette was a most wonderful host, and a pleasure to talk with. The shuttle service back and forth to the Polar Express was so convenient with an excellent driver. The Saturday morning breakfast was delicious and filling in the roomy clubhouse. A great atmosphere for fellowship with your camping neighbors and staff.

Nice place to camp with friendly staff. We rented a. Cabin instead of our previous motor home stay. Good quiet country location, but still convenient. Had a very decent breakfast.

Easy to check in and out!! Room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Close and convenient to our relatives in Rusk which made it perfect. Campsites are always clean and look great. Were offered firewood if we want for use that night. We will stay there again.

This is our favorite KOA. Everyone is friendly and helpful. We love the pine trees, trails in the woods, and the dog park. The facilities are very nice and the Saturday morning pancake breakfast is great.

I which i was able to get there at 1 pm to enjoy the site i had planned. But i had car trouble. Got there at 11 pm. But it was so nice they left clear instructions and the light on on the cabin and I would definitely come back. The bed was really comfortable.

The hosts were very kind and amenable; however, our group could not sleep comfortably in our cabin. The sofa bed was broken and would not unfold. Two of us had to sleep on the floor.

Our stay was great! Loved our cabin. Nice and clean and the air conditioner worked!! The park was very well kept. The staff was amazing and so friendly. They went above and beyond making our stay enjoyable. We have already booked our stay for next summer.

The cabin was clean, comfortable, and convenient to amenities. The pool was fantastic. The yellow pine cone hunt was a cute touch. The band was great. It was quiet, relaxing and I’d definitely come back and rent another cabin. The crew was friendly and helpful. It’s also close to town if you need anything else.

Great rally location. All staff was very friendly & accommodating, and the park nicely kept. The Saturday evening band was fun & entertaining. Cabins were clean and nicely stocked for a comfortable stay. Our futon couch was uncomfortable to sit on, but the teenagers slept comfortably on it. The pool was big and clean. They could use more shade areas around the pool for comfortable lounging.

Really great park with a wonderful staff. Large pool and good activities for the kids. Rusk is located in a beautiful area with a lot of interesting history. Recommend the museum downtown. Family stayed in one of the cabins and loved it. Really my only negative was the uneven site. Tires came off the ground on one side when I leveled. Level site would have gotten 5 stars.

Our RV over heated about 8 miles from the park and had to be towed to the shop. The whole staff were friendly and helpful and changed our reservation to a cabin and worked with us during our stay. Thank you Rusk KOA for all your help.

This KOA provided a wonderful time with my granddaughter. Life gets so busy and noisy. This was a beautiful campground with a friendly and informative staff. We were able to stay in the teepee which was magical (especially for my teenage granddaughter) and walk the trail. Thank you for making this such a special place to camp. We will definitely be back.

This was our second visit to the Rusk KOA. Everyone is so nice. The campground and cabin are very clean and well-kept. We had an issue with our ac/heating which was addressed immediately. I thought our kids might be disappointed since it was too early for swimming, but there was a great bounce pad, which my nephew loved! There was a Gaga ball court, available bikes to rent, and a playground too!

We loved the location the moment we drove up. The cabin exceeded our expectations. The pancake breakfast was a huge bonus and every employee we encountered was incredibly nice and helpful. We have already recommended this place to friends and will definitely return.

We had the best time celebrating Early Valentine's Day. Our ladies were definitely spoiled with red roses, breakfast and chocolate. All a courtesy from KOA Holiday. Jim gave us a tour of the Teepees and the largest cabin!! What a very nice man. Thank you, we truly had a blast.

A perfect little resting area, surrounded by tall pines and holiday. decorations. Free shuttle to the train depot was very convenient to just sit back, view the scenery, and enjoy the ride.

We enjoyed our stay!! The bed was comfortable and everything was very CLEAN!! My only wish was the store to be open a little earlier but really not a problem. Highly recommend for value and felt very safe.

The.stay are amazing very beautiful quiet,clean Spent the eeek there was amazing The owner is amazing They have 2 teepees and several nice cabins to rent They guest Saturday morning breakfast of Parkes but for only 10 bucks you will love the deluxe breakfast

The friendly staff is what really sets this place a part. We had a great stay in one of the cabins and the staff was helpful at every turn. Good hiking trails, we'll furnished cabins, close to Mission Tejas and the Crocket national forest.
