Our GPS sent us to the wrong coordinates we called after hours and the staff answered and gave us correct coordinates. The cabin was perfect. After a long drive nice to relax. Thank you for all you do. Keep up the good work. Staff is very friendly.

The accommodations were great. It would have been nice if the water Spicket was higher than 8 inches off the ground. We were insight number 14.

Very clean facility and the guys working the front desk and escorting us to the site were very helpful and friendly. We only wish the rain would have stopped so that we could have enjoyed the pool. One of the chairs was ripped, so we were not able to use it, but we told the front desk so that they could replace it.

We actually live the KOA but our cabin had portable AC’s that did not cool sufficiently making our stay miserable!

We love staying at the Rusk KOA. It's clean, and the spaces aren't too close together. They have several activities for our grandson to enjoy when he visits with us. We especially enjoy the Saturday morning breakfast. What a great deal! The only reason we didn't give it five stars is that their Wi-fi is weak enough that we couldn't use it.

Everything was acceptable except the bed. Could not sleep most of the night. Everything & everyone sunk directly in the middle. Very uncomfortable & hard to get into & out of. Besides that, everything else was good

Very nice people running this KOA. Very quiet at night in that I was the only tent. My only comment would be to consider putting up some sort of a privacy fence between the tent spots and maintencance. Not a great view looking at lawn mowers and the like. In additon when one of them starts up a major sand and dirt storm covered my site.

Not to good this time , grass was tall ,bee's nest was on front porch ,had ac temperature set ,so when it was 100 degrees it was hot inside, very disappointed always come thru here .

Great location with lovely scenery. Site and some of the amenities could have been cleaner. There were cigarette butts all over our site, which we cleaned up. The pool water had a ton of bugs and ants. There was a storm the first night and it blew the only pool umbrella over the fence. I finally went and got it myself two days after the storm and put it back in place for some shade.

Upon arrival, we found uncut grass throughout, some knee high. At a KOA Holiday on an actual holiday, we expected well kept facilities. As we drove in, we encountered many pot holes in the drive area. Our campsite was swampy. Due to not being full, there were several options that weren’t in that condition. A number of the sites seemed to be occupied by full time, untidy guests.

We stayed in the duplex cabin on our way home from NW Arkansas. It was nice to have a bathroom and mini kitchen as well as towels and linens provided. It made our late arrival and early departure so much easier. Everything was clean and we'll maintained. We'll stop again since we travel to and from Arkansas fairly often.

We have stayed at Rusk KOA several times and have enjoyed this campground. The folks that run the campground are very friendly. They have breakfast for a small fee there on Saturday mornings in their clubhouse.

Nice comfortable sites, easy access in and out. Showers and bathrooms clean. Had breakfast on Saturday, it was great. Friendly staff with knowledge of area. Informative. Wishing continued success on their service and amenities.

Nice and quiet, with several good restaurants nearby. This is a good location with many day trips to nearby tourist cities. The KOA is clean and the staff is very friendly.

Great customer service and kind workers. Park needed mowing/trimming. The park just needed some love on playground and group areas. The pool looked nice and was opening this weekend. I would go back

Everything was great, the experience at KOA in general, the property and everything was prepared just for us, and we really enjoyed the stay and would come again to the same house, just hope there will be more properties on the campground, since I see they getting rented pretty quick :)

Too expensive for what is provided. At least a hotel room provides in room coffee. $16.00 for linen, seriously! $15.00 for frozen pizza. Ridiculous!

Pretty setting, nice office and amenities, nice site although we did need to use a leveling block on one side. Grounds and dog park needed to be mowed and weed eater around trees, could be just the time we were there. Very nice and courteous helpers in office and grounds.

Second stay at Rusk KOA. Just an overnight stop this time. Nice park but seemed a little more run down this time. Didn’t use any amenities but the office staff were very nice.

Had a great 3 night stay at KOA Holiday-Rusk. The park and all it's facilities are clean and tidy. All staff we interacted with were pleasant and helpful. We had their Saturday morning breakfast and it was was good and prepped and served by great guys. Shuttle to the train is available. Nature trail needs a bit of maintenance. Overall, great place and we would stay again. Thanks!

The hot water in the cabin did not last very long. Only long enough to w rinse off. Not really enough time to bathe.

Easter weekend to do the Easter train ride. Met friends at the campgrounds. Cabin was clean and stocked well. The owners are super friendly. The hot breakfast on Saturday was very good. They let us use the dining area Saturday night to play games and hang out. They do have a shuttle that can take you to the Palestine Depot for $10 a person. It rained Saturday so we didn’t get to enjoy the outd

We love this KOA and adore the staff. They are so kind and intentional every time we visit. We stayed in the deluxe cabins for the first time and it was perfect. Stocked w/ basics in the kitchen, linens, things like that. We love the tent camping spots as well! Everything is so close to the activities, such as the pool and park, making it a safe place for kids to play and parents to relax.

We stayed here in February and again in March. Both stays we were greeted and escorted to our site. Propane service was excellent. We would definitely stay here again if our path takes us to Rusk.

Very peaceful, nice staff. There is a lot of sprucing that needs to be taken care of. Perhaps it was the time of year but the flower beds were weed filled around the plantings or empty, no trimming around areas and the playground needed kiddie mulch desperately. Will probably be back through that way in the fall so we'll see if it was just seasonal.

We have stayed at Rusk KOA several times and have always had an enjoyable time. The folks that run the campground are very friendly. This campground is set back in the pine trees of east Texas and it is a nice, quiet place to relax. They have walking trails, a salt-water swimming pool, a swing-set for the kids. They have on-site Propane to refill your bottles, if needed. Will definitely go back.
