Such an expensive stay in an unappealing location! Supply/demand must influence that in some unfathomable on peak season. We were effectively forced to stay there during bad weather (snow and cold in April). Everything worked well but absolutely NO aesthetic value whatsoever.

Good overnight stay. Restrooms/showers were very clean. Easy off/easy on interstate.

It had recently snowed and the KOA RV space had mud covered by gravel (good). The men's bathroom shower was small and I fell, knocking some tiles off the shower curb. I informed the manager who said the tile was due for replacement. She was very kind.

Muddy mess, debris at our site and poop in the dog park. Campground needs attention, especially for sites with reservations - you know we're coming, get the site cleaned up!!!!! This campground is open in the winter, so know that there will be snow and wet messy areas, but there are ways to keep large mud puddles from forming, especially in walk areas. Will not return & won't recommend to anyone.

Over priced, mud hole, dog poop everywhere, and to close to a noisy interstate. I would have been better off dry camping in a truck stop parking lot. It was late and dark so I couldn’t see these things. Worst experience in 3 months of traveling.

Came in late staff had left but office was unlocked I went in but no one around. Person plowing snow asked what I was doing I replied looking for a campsite. They asked way and how I was in office. Door was open so I walked in. They were upset staff hadn’t locked doors but set me up with site only needed electrical and it did get down to 15 degrees that night paid next morning went on down road

We have no rating for you����. Highway 80 was closed so we couldn’t even get to Rock Springs. Spent the night in the very crowded Wal Mart in Evanston.

You guys are great! I'm so thankful you were open so we had a place to stop and plug in and wait out this crazy winter weather in April. I didn't catch her name, but the lady I spoke with was very helpful and diligent about getting our reservation set up and paid for. Thank you for being so kind and helpful! We'd happily stay here again, but might wait until the snow is gone �

This is our fourth time staying at the Rock Springs KOA. It’s convenient for us to stop off while traveling from CO to CA.

We loved our unexpected stay at this KOA. We had to backtrack due to weather conditions/closures along I80 and ended up staying here to take a break on our way to Colorado. This was the cutest campground. Staff was super nice and helpful. Large spacious sites. Bathrooms were clean. My kids enjoyed the playground and playing with our dog at the dog park. A++

We were not impressed. First off, we didn't get the KOA discount (we checked in and left outside of office hours), and to make it worse, the emailed receipt showed cash back, which we didn't receive. My guess is it went into the pocket of whoever was in charge. Second, the rates were full even though it was winter weather (-11F in the morning) and the site hadn't been plowed recently.

Just passing through on the way to Utah. They offered a discount to stay an extra night, so we gratefully accepted! The showers in the bath house desperately need to be cleaned, but otherwise the site was well maintained.

Unfortunately we stayed on a very cold and windy night so our impression is not totally reflective of the campgrounds. The bathrooms were exceptional, and the wind barriers between sites were very necessary

Traveling across country in winter can be brutal, so when we landed at Rock Springs KOA at Green River we were happy as clams, great hot showers and Ben & Jerry’s ice cream in a great little store. Very accommodating and courteous staff, Rachel was fabulous!! We’ll be back, and maybe next time in the spring or fall to enjoy being outside �

The woman at the front desk (both on the phone & then in person) was friendly & helpful. The site is near the freeway, but pleasant & well maintained. However, after I arrived I went into the Men's restroom & one of the toilets was absolutely disgusting. I reported it to the front desk. But later that day, & then the next morning, it still hadn't been dealt with. That was concerning.

Check in was easy, as we arrived late after hours, the cabin was as expected, however, VERY cold, no wall heater, and no space heater to make up for it, no amount of "bring your own linens" would have kept us warm overnight. The bathrooms at 5am were rough looking, toilet paper strewn across the floor, dirty sinks/toilets unflushed. The hot makeshift showers were a pleasant surprise.

it was a stay we had to get because of a snow storm, I was so happy they had full hook ups, everyone there helped us so much and was so friendly. we loved how level the spot was for us, THANKS FOR A GREAT STAY!

We've stayed at this KOA last year and were so pleased we didn't hesitate to reserve again. Our little brown dog loved the dog park. During our overnight stay we found the park to be very quiet, very clean, and easy off/on to the freeway. As with our previous stays, the bathroom/shower facilities were spotless clean, warm, and comfortable. Wouldn't hesitate to stay again, & highly recommend KOA.

We stayed at this location for just one night, however we found it to be very nice! The facilities were very well maintained, and the staff very friendly and accommodating, even when we needed to move our stay up by one night on short notice. We’d definitely stay here again if in the area.

• Site was fairly level. • They say Cable TV, but it does not come in, and no air channels. • Every second pull through site is a buddy site. • Showers are great, fairly clean, decent pressure and lots of hot water. • WIFI is unstable, even my Rogers Hot Spot was inconsistent, first CG that had happened in.

We broke down and had to be towed to the campsite. We didn't stay in any of their places. We had our own fifth wheel. But they got us a spot right away, They were very kind and helpful. Cindy is the sweetest. She would come by and check on us. Everyone went out of their way to help. Treated us like family. We will be back to stay.
