Always a great time. It’s close to home. We stay a couple times a year just to get out of the house and use our trailer. The store is awesome. They carry a lot of the small things that you may need.

When we booked our site. They booking said 1 available. But the one was not the only site open .Our site turned out to be no trees ,and by a permanent camper ,right on the road.

Came over from eugene For disappointing airshow, But the campground and the accommodations were very nice. I would certainly recommend anyone to stay there.

It was our third stay there. We always come down for the airshow. The camp is clean, has offerings for the kids. The primary reason we enjoy the campsite is the staff-always friendly, helpful and a positive fun attitude!

Friendly, tidy, a lot of little ones for family enjoyment. The pool was even opened up for fun. Ice cream socials and other family fun events.

Great staff and the ice cream social was GREAT! (Could honestly offer smaller scoops for the same price). The "main breaker box" was at our campsite and needed a box fan to cool it, and our neighbor camper said they were 'watering' it previously in the week (sketchy). Common grounds we're fairly well kept, but long term/resident sites looked dumpy.

The Staff at the office was friendly and helpful. The KOA is at a great location for Crater Lake and Bend! The park could be awesome and beautiful if management paid more attention to appearance. The maintenance are is not hidden from view and has various equipment everywhere and junk piled up. The back area has yard and tree waste.

pool & playground look great! Breakfast was good & ice cream social a great deal. We did see 2 times that a worker left a very SHARP pull saw unattended on the ground for a long time in a site. Kids everywhere,we actually picked it up off of the ground and put it blade side down in case a child went thru the site. So unsafe! Thehuge screaming fight witnessed from an employee was so unprofessional

Electrical was on and off a lot and the voltage kept varying. Scary when they have a fan on the breaker box and a water mister on the electrical box as well...I don't think they are too well informed about water and electricity! Trees are too overgrown on the sites and no satellite reception on most of the sites thatt we looked at. Saw a couple who had to trim trees to get into their site.

Everything was fine. However, my wife Kathleen stubbed her toes on the steps in the pool. The stripes on the steps should be repainted as solid colors. And the bars at the top of the steps should go all the way to the last step in the pool.

The campground was nice. The sites were flat and there was space to spread out. The gift shop was well stocked and the staff were friendly.,we did not swim but several guests were enjoying the pool and looked happy. I had an issue with the rest room. It was hot, slippery and very crowded. I’m not sure what you can do with crowded but the slippery and hot part were dangerous.

I brought my 2 grandchildren & niece for a few days of relaxation. The park & restrooms are very clean. The kids loved the pool, playground area & that they could walk to the store. The staff were very nice & helpful. We have camped here before even though we only live less then 30 min away, it's a nice quick & easy get away for a last minute camping. get away. We will be back next year w/kids.

The park was very nice, loved the pool and the family interaction. The power outages in the afternoons were a huge inconvenience

Power kept going off due to temp and number of rvs. Need to upgrade your electric to accommodate. Unsightly permanent (?) Camper with cloth on windows and doors, thought abandoned but somebody living there. These were 2 things that will stop us from visiting here again. Staff very friendly though.

The staff was wonderful! The facility was less than wonderful….the goat-head / puncture vine stickers were overgrown across a large portion of the camp ground and the electrical service failed every afternoon across nearly every camp circuit. Our group event had many sites with only water and electric rather than full hookups, but it looked like the cost per site remained the same regardless.

Terrible! There was so many goat heads that we couldn't walk outside our camper. The power went off for a few hours. Worst KOA ever. The employees were not accommodating nor friendly. Never KOA again.

Quiet - NO Trains, Planes or Truck noise. Not laid out well for big rigs, especially towing. Narrow entrance/exit, narrow lane if front of office for vehicles to come in and exit. Tree next to site 62 needs to be trimmed to keep from scratching big coaches. Also JD front loader parked in front of site 62 further made exit difficult. Great park for smaller RVs.

Kim and Mike were great hosts, all the staff were very nice Samantha and the grounds keepers who kept everything looking so nice. Kids really enjoyed the pool main reason we traveled only 30 minutes to camp. Can't wait until next trip plan to have one of their pizzas delivered to campsite. Thank you for a great stay.

A huge thunder and wind and rain storm slammed into us with no warning as to the severity. Power was out for 14 hours but no money wad refunded. The next day they had to shut the water off for several hours. No refund. We left a day early, unwilling to stay another day without power. No refund. 4 campers lost awnings broken trees everywhere.

Our stay was comfortable, once we found a site with power. For your records, site 14 has no power. Sites 15 and 16 have open grounds. Asking your guest to bypass their surge protectors in order to have power is not only dangerous but sets you up for a law suit if your guests RV's are damaged! Your staff was however VERY courteous and understanding about giving us a site with no power issues.

We had an absolute blast at this KOA. Staff very friendly. Kids enjoyed the pool and other yard games. They especially loved the glow parade. Centrally located to all major tourist sites. Plenty of shade , great showers and bath. We will go again.

Friendly and accommodating staff. Clean campground and far enough away from the main highway with no noise. So many great areas to visit nearby. A well stocked store with the basic necessities. The salt water pool was perfect temperature and well maintained. The kids playground was awesome. Very big and they could not get enough of it. New fire pits by each site. Can't wait to come back.

Well when i booked my stay i did not realize this was electric and water only-so that is on me being under the impression that all koa's offer sewage. The pool was good. Power went out numerous times in the middle of the night in 100 degree temperature for hours at a time creating a health hazard due to ext heat; they also had open boxes with water misters spraying on them safety hazard.

It is a nice place to stay, they need to follow all of the rules for everyone. Get their electric problem fixed but all in all the place is clean and shady. We always stop when we are heading to Montana.

Our third time staying here. We enjoyed it. The only problem we had was kids who told my grandkids that their parents work at this KOA and they could do what they want and caused a problem for my grandson. Thankfully by the end of our stay my the two boys worked things out. I did witness one of the kids (whose parent works there) was throwing garbage on the ground and did not pick up.

A little off the beaten path but overall have had a great holiday weekend here. Plenty to do for kids and adults both inside and out of the park. Staff has been outgoing and fantastic to work with. Plenty of planned Parkwide activities for the holiday. This park will be going near the top of our list for camping in this area. They've got TeePees and cabins but we brought our RV so I cannot report on any of the rooms. Heated pool is definitely a plus,even if it does not offer a shaded area.
