The person at check in was pleasant, but we were disappointed. Mouse droppings on kitchen counters; stove & oven failed to light; sheets and blanket were covered in pet hair. Fortunately we carry cleaning supplies, camp stove and our own bedding. We did not complain, just sanitized & stayed, so in fairness we don't know if the staff would have made it right, but we won't go back.

The tee pees didn't have a close water source for cooking and cleaning up or a power source for charging. Otherwise a nice stay.

We reserved a "park model." A very unpleasant stay. AC didn't work, no TV reception, dirt caked in the window & sliding door tracks, missing most window screens, shower curtain liner nasty/stained, curtains torn/stained, trash behind couch, discarded things lying around outside, grass not mowed (adjoining site was}. Felt very unclean. Unacceptable that a KOA would rent out something like this.

Teepes are spacious. Restrooms/Bathooms were excellent and well maintained. Wish we knew that breakfast and other food options were available onsite. Trees next to tepees were attracting bugs. Hosts provided bug spray and were cooperative. Would recommend consider moving trees to boundary away from tepees.

We were traveling with 2 large dogs who really enjoyed being off leash in the fenced pet area. The KOA grounds were clean and well maintained, with newly painted picnic tables, cut grass and hanging flowers. Store staff were very kind and helpful. We stayed in a cabin without a bathroom: the community bathrooms were very clean and well kept with a grab bar by the toilet (very helpful for me).

Our cabin had a strong propane smell. When presented to staff, they came out to disconnect the propane. There was a dead mouse in a cabinet that had been caught in a trap and beginning to smell. I would have liked to see the cabin be a bit more clean-we would rather stay in a primitive cabin based on cleanliness in the "deluxe cabin". Had this been our first stay, we likely would not return.

I can't believe we were charged to stay in such a dirty cabin which was not the cabin I reserved. What has happened to taking pride in your business? Upon arrival, this cabin was so cold! Thanks for having courtesy in heating the unit prior to our arrival. I can't express enough as to how dirty the bathroom was. I have pictures if you don't believe me. Huge disappointment.

Spring break, warm weather, pool closed, boo. Bathrooms were very clean, cabin was pretty clean...it's camping so I'm not expecting a lot. Friendly people for the most part. Got a text message that I was driving too fast in the parking lot - which I didn't feel I was at all (maybe for kicking up too much dust??) but then the golf cart guys are zooming around way faster than I was going. Thanks!

KOA and staff never disappoint. We stay about 5 times a year. The summer stays are the best. We love the ice cream social and the weekend breakfast. Can’t wait for Summer 2026.

About animals dogs.They have a great speed limit.They also have great amenities But tonight, the actual owner of the park came in and figured out my wifi issue on the t v I was putting in the wrong information.The owner came down himself to fix my issue.He is gentle awesome and amazing Hey fixed my issue in 5 minutes. We stayed at this location 2 times in the last month, once with our RV and the other we stayed in one of the cabins. The overall site is ok, not real clean and a lot of old RV and cars/trucks parked near the back of the property. The cabins were a little dirty inside and out, there were stains on the bedding and there were no cups, eating utensils, and the garbage hadn't been completely emptied.

Website stated breakfast would be served through Sept 30th, it was not and that certainly was a disappointment. Space was clean an quiet (+). Staff was friendly. However, the back of the park looks like it is being used as a storage area for broken down vehicles and trailers. This was not nice to look at, and destroyed the otherwise beautiful view we remembered. Has been one of our favorite KOA's.

Cabin was great. Amenities as well. Lady in the store was incredibly friendly, the guy closing down the pool not so much. In fact was incredibly rude and impatient. I've stayed here now twice and will probably again. Cabins are comfortable and nice. Just the one rude guy. There's always one. Besides that very cool place to stay..

The facility itself needs maintenance. Women's bathroom door didn't shut by itself. Had to pull it shut. Every time I used the bathroom, it was always open. Safety concern. Employees were vaping while on the job and one almost backed into my car on her golf cart while on her phone. I stayed in a cabin. Fridge was dirty inside. Not staying at this KOA again.

We stayed in the deluxe cabin for 2 nights. We loved everything about it EXCEPT it was unbearably hot in there. They have an ac unit but it can’t keep up one bit. It would’ve been nice if the windows had screens so we could open them up at night and get some air flowing. Both of the sleeping areas were the hottest! The pool and all the amenities for the kids were perfect though.

They had a woman cleaning the bathroom that was ride and nasty. They have some rule to clean the 1 bathroom between 6 and 7 am when most are getting up and ready the restroom. I will not stay again and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone that needs a restroom where they stay.

When paying for a deluxe cabin you would expect more. No table or chair inside. No bathroom sink. The smell was horrendous. Whatever was used to clean took us 3 hrs to reduce the smell to the tolerable level. No screen on the window so couldn't open the window to help air it out. Laundry facility was adequate. Their family movie night was nice. Just expect more out of a deluxe cabin .

We came for one night and rented (Deluxe Cabin). It was terrible, LR furniture was an outdoor set brought inside, cushions were stained and dirty. Ceiling light in kitchen, the framing was ripped and exposed. The AC was not adequate for the intense afternoon sun. No railings at all on decks or steps. Saftey concern. Outside window screens on ground, Not maintained well. Did not see campground.

The stay was just for one night. The cabin was fine. The amenities in the cabin were fine. The cleaning lady for the bathroom was terrible. She had a confrontation with my friend about using the restroom while she was cleaning. It was an unavoidable need (my friend is 63, disabled, and had bowel issue that day). The cleaning lady grabbed the stall door and it knocked my friend onto the floor.

The areas is beautiful and this koa has potential. Unfortunately there are maintenance issues. Only the front restrooms had any working showers and garbage was overflowing at all of the camps garbage cans. My requst for two cabins together was not accomadated while a cabin across from us was unoccupied, very disappointing. There were not many adminities, not sure why listed as a holiday koa.

Cabin 58 which we were assigned to was in bad shape. The window to the back side would not open, and screen was broken. The front room window had no screen. You could barely open the front door as the floor had swollen due to the air conditioner above the door leaking. We could not use the AC because of the constant leak. All I all cabin 58 was in bad shape. I think we deserve a refund.

The campground is very well maintained with so may amenities. We love the proximity to Haystack and Lake Billy! The kids love the playground and pool. We have stayed here 5 times now and will be back many more!

The bathrooms were okay (kind of dirty), the shower had warm water (yay), the cabin had a fridge which is a plus, the pool was crowded, the environment was fun for kids, and our neighbors kept us up until 1am (playing music and partying).

Bathroom very clean. Nice shower. Staff helpful. Be aware that the teepees have no electricity. Also, the steps up to them are hazardous because of no handrail. Had to walk quite a ways to get water.

The Redmond/Central Oregon KOA is hands down the best KOA we have stayed at over the past couple of years. The people make the stay! Cannot wait to come back!

A little off the beaten path but overall have had a great holiday weekend here. Plenty to do for kids and adults both inside and out of the park. Staff has been outgoing and fantastic to work with. Plenty of planned Parkwide activities for the holiday. This park will be going near the top of our list for camping in this area. They've got TeePees and cabins but we brought our RV so I cannot report on any of the rooms. Heated pool is definitely a plus,even if it does not offer a shaded area.
