I liked the upscale cabin I stayed in. Plenty of hot water in the bathroom, linens on the bed, just a very pleasant stay. Thank you.

Breakfast was great as was the pool. Had Kabin K1, not very clean, lots of cob webs around the windows, no railing on the back decks which was dangerous, lack of screens on the windows which was bad with the bees. Wouldn't take that cabin again.

First the staff are great. Very welcoming, pleasant and funny. The cabin was NOT good. Run down, dirty, next to some kind of long term resident with junk everywhere. I would not stay again and wish I never did.

We stayed in the park model site. It was perfect. It had a kitchen with full size appliances and good cookware. The beds were comfortable and staff were friendly and helpful.

The pool was nice but usually very crowded. We stayed in the deluxe cabin. It was adequate but needs attention the make it nice. Power kept fluctuating. AC could not keep up with the sun and our cabin was 90 inside most nights. Needs better curtains to block the sun, no screens on the windows, and mouse traps in the kids sleeping area was gross. Wi-Fi was very spotty.

Been going to that location for over 30 years. The newest owners have done a lot of upgrades. Very nice. The staff was very nice as well. Nice to see some of the old activities still going on. :)

We were in a cabin #57 and were surprised to see the ac and TV. They still working the bugs out, but it was a really nice cabin. The pool is awesome and the bathrooms have been upgraded and clean. Overall a really nice Koa to stay at.

We were to stay in #1 cabin. The area was in an extreme heat wave. When I made the reservation I was told the cabin had air conditioning. When we arrived the ac was on but could not keep up. It was 104 degrees outside and near that inside. Suggestion: do not rent out that space in times of extreme heat. We had to leave. Left at 9 pm.

We stayed in the main tiny home on site. It was filthy. My kids even found a fake press-on nail in their bed. My husband and I had to clean the cabin upon arrival. The bbq was entirely out of propane and we lost all power twice. The pool was covered in bees, and my son got stung by a bee while swimming in the pool.

Stayed in a cabin for the first time and it was wonderful! The AC was a game changer for a central oregon stay in August. The food they have is really good and the Glow light parade is one of my favorite things they do!

Morning bathroom cleaning hours should be later in the morning or afternoon. I had to set an alarm just to get to the bathroom before they closed. That's not a vacation.

The room had a terrible chemical smell. The insulation inside was exposed, not all of the lights worked and the door didn't lock. We did not feel safe so we left and had to find another room late at night. We were very unhappy and actually would like to get a refund for the awful experience.

Well all the staff were great but the best in my opinion is aumbery she’s so energetic and nice and sweetie and funny and caring and huggable and loves hugs and made me super freaking happy every time I spoke to her

Good except no recycle really need to set up recycle stations. Glad took my advice and put garbage cans by sink clean up so screens can be emptied.

First time in a teepee. It was extremely hot (no windows), I didn’t like having a loaded mouse trap behind bed. Pool very clean and staff was very nice and helpful. I was a little concerned about security. Upon return of outing, 2 women and German Shepard at my tent entrance looking inside. Asked them why and “my tent”, said just curious.

Our first experience in a deluxe cabin! Overall, the cabin was nice. It would have been much better if the windows in the loft had screens, so they could be open at night. The cabin got REALLY hot and stuffy- even with the air conditioner. Otherwise, the camp was really nice and friendly! The food was great!

We rented their deluxe cabin for a long weekend over 4th of July. It was filthy, broke down, no screens on many of the windows so no way to open for fresh air, the door was jammed and hard to open … and many many other things. It was horrible. And the final day when we were packing up, a mouse had eaten into a bag of chips! We were disgusted and threw everything left over away. VERY DISAPPOINTE

I would love to come here again and stay longer. I had cabin B and there are only two recommendations. The coffee pot in my cabin was plugged and made a mess. There needs to be an extension cord for the coffee pot and the pool should open before 10 am. This is the nicest KOA I have stayed in. The evening desk staff was wonderful and she made the experience great. She delivered pizza and linens.

This was my fourth time staying at this KOA over the years and each time it gets better and better! The owners go the extra mile, especially with the late check in accommodation and with their excellent communication. The property is tidy and just what we needed as a home base for exploring. We will definitely return!

The service was excellent, the air conditioner worked great, and we loved that the TV had streaming capabilities. We stayed in K18, and everything was clean, but it is obviously not a new cabin, nor has it been updated in a long time.

We rented a cabin,listed as small and it was tiny. But the bigger downfall for me was the fact it had no smoke alarm. There was a wall heated that was disconnected within wire hanging out and an ancient window air conditioner that was incredibly loud. On the positive side it was cleaned, the check easy. I have stayed in many KOA cabin and have always enjoyed them, this was not one of those.

Beautiful location, wonderful equipped camp store, pool and food truck. Having stayed at numerous koa over the years. We always choose koa be it for their tent sites, camping cabins or deluxe cabins for their consistency. Usually they are clean, comfortable, well-equipped. This was not the same experience with this deluxe camping cabin.

The young lady at check-in was very sweet & helpful (& delivered the delicious fresh baked pizza we ordered to our door in less than 15 min!) Cabin was perfect, newly installed air conditioner & flat screen TV were a wonderful surprise! We took advantage of all the great amenities: The Pool, All You Can Eat Breakfast, Ice Cream Social (HUGE portions), & Glow Light Parade. Will definitely return!!!

I was not happy with my accommodations.Without going into detail, I will say that the staff went out of their way to solve my issues. I have no doubt that if I had been staying in a different unit my experience would have been better.

Nicely run KOA. Clean pool, nice showers, which were again nice and clean. And they make and deliver to your campsite some really really good pizza! All of the employees I encountered were helpful and friendly!

Nice RV park. Service was fantastic. Had a great selection of beer and wine. They had pizzas they would cook and deliver to you.

This RV park and campground was great. The pool and facilities were clean. They also had a dog park. Not too far from some good golf either.
