Space 26 sewer connection is too far back in this space and on an incline making it very difficult to drain.

Very poor customer service we had a guest show up and we were unloading a few items then they were going to park in overflow two guys show up and berate us because we didn't have them go to overflow as my mother is handycapped

Thank you! It was a winter stay so a little windy and cold. Bathrooms were excellent but everything else was closed. A little far from attractions but seemed good for those folks who were commuting or traveling thru. It was Spring break and no other kids which was a bummer for my grandchildren. I think it would be a fun place in the summer with the pool and all. The staff was excellent!

Campsite is located in a very picturesque location, is well maintained and well equipped for shoulder season camping.

Easy to find, right off Highway 395. It was tight to get into the driveway (short brick wall, which has shown a few people did not make the turn successfully with a big rig). We have a 45-foot Prevost with crew cab GMC Sierra Pickup in tow (73 feet long). This is strange as the gravel roadway to the office is a lane highway width. Navigating around the small park, was easy with big rig.

With campground half empty, we were assigned the worst possible site; not level, low tree branches, hook-ups in middle of site.

Redmond KOA is a nice RV Park to stay in and convenient on our travels.

It was a good experience. The staff is friendly and accommodating allowing is to change our travel plans to arrive and depart earlier than originally scheduled. Easily accessible off of the main highway. The grounds are well maintained.

The woman who checked us in was excellent. She did a very good job. I do not usually do howe. I cannot understand why you have puncture vine all over the gravel in the campsites. What about dogs, kids and others who get on shoes and then take to another location. Please create a spray or digging program for this weed. We did have a good stay. Steve

The staff was nice the site was horrible. Sewage was up hill. No real dog area and goat heads stickers and weeds everywhere. Not well maintained at all.

Nice place to stay, quiet, great view of the night sky and panoramic views of the surrounding area during the day. Store is well stocked and clean. Showers and restrooms are clean. Pads are gravel and relatively flat, sewer hookup was a bit of a stretch for my trailer which has a dump in front of the axle. Friendly and helpful staff.

We were scheduled for an off season extended stay. We informed the site we had two outdoor dogs but we had a kennel and they did not bark. Three weeks into our stay we were informed the dogs had to be inside at night. This was not our arrangement. We had been set up for three weeks. what a major waste of our time and resources. Previous to this we had nothing but good experiences. Very upset

The campground was nearly empty but they put us right next to one of the only other trailers. They clean the bathrooms/showers from 9-10am which is exactly the time we wanted to use them. Why not clean them after checkout or early in the morning? Goat heads throughout the campground. Not very clean or scenic.

Kim at office was very helpful has I had a cat left my RV . We did not find him yet. She called all customers that left the day he was missing if cat got into storage container. We will stay again...

Easy access from highway. Friendly helpful office staff. Small, but well stocked convenience store. Roomy pull thru spaces. Very clean bathrooms, showers.

Clean but we didn't get much of a welcome. 1st site (21 I think) the electrical outlet was loose (wouldn't hold our plug tightly) and was popping when we tried to seat it tightly. We got moved to site (27 I think) where the electric was fine. All the sites are dirt/gravel which is ok, somebody needs to seriously get out and level these sites. We didn't dump there because the hole was uphill.

Wonderful staff, great showers and bathrooms. The grounds, however, need some help. Lots of weeds, including goats heads (aka puncture vine) in and around the camping spots. Most grass areas near camping spots were dead or non-existent.

I would have given 4 stars for sure, but the site we were at was messy. The person that checked us in helped clean up the left over stuff and trash, but there was a lot of discarded stuff around our site. That being said, location was amazing and the staff were kind and polite. We will be starting here again.

Very cute campground with pool and playground . Bathrooms and showers were immaculate .Showers had a sliding wooden door which locked and behind that was a shower bench and the shower. This was very modern and very clean.

A little off the beaten path but overall have had a great holiday weekend here. Plenty to do for kids and adults both inside and out of the park. Staff has been outgoing and fantastic to work with. Plenty of planned Parkwide activities for the holiday. This park will be going near the top of our list for camping in this area. They've got TeePees and cabins but we brought our RV so I cannot report on any of the rooms. Heated pool is definitely a plus,even if it does not offer a shaded area.
