This KOA has perhaps the best sore I seen in a KOA. The homemade pizza offered are fantastic It was disappointing to see residential campers living here with piles of junk around their trailer.

Great stay. Friendly staff. But LOTS of goat heads. And pet area was full of poop.

We really like the Culver koa...friendly staff and love the pizza and food offerings there. The only issue is that there's a big goat head weed problem. You have to watch where you walk - individually, with pets, and with kids on bicycles. Those puncture weeds are painful and find their way into the RV, shoes, pet's paws, and bicycle tires.

Beautiful sunset surrounded by farm land! Staff was very friendly and helpful. They had a free book and video library that was very nice. Would stay again:)

Nice update bathrooms. Even though we were there after Labor Day the pool was still open because it was quite warm. The host was kind enough to bring the ice we needed right to the campsight.

It's a very good kid friendly park. Great pool. Liked the ice-cream socials. The only draw back was the power shutting off constantly. We will definitely try it again sometime.

Stayed at the KOA for three nights to attend the Madras Air Show. The campground was nice and clean, and the pool was refreshing on the hot evenings. The only thing I don't like is that the neighbor's sewer hose is right in our campsite.

We love this KOA and they are making nice upgrades, but something needs to be done with the current power situation. You charge for full hook ups but the power goes out at least once an hour. We have stayed here for years and this stay was the worst. Power off multiple times a night made it hard to sleep with equipment beeping every time the power went off, not to mention no air.

Needed a place to drop the trailer for the Oregon Rise Up Festival so didn't really spend much time at the KOA. I will stay there again if I have the need to be in central Oregon.

Wonderful, nice accomodations, clean park and a nice pool area

The Redmond/Central Oregon KOA is ideally situated for discovering the incredible array of activities and attractions that Central Oregon has to offer. The campground excels in amenities, cleanliness, and the friendliness of its staff, which made our stay especially enjoyable. Prior to our visit, we learned from Google Reviews about occasional electrical outages, and indeed, we encountered this is

We loved staying at this KOA. They made it fun for kids. Loved the Glow Stick Parade as well. The Sites are clean with plenty of room in between. Thank you so much.. Teresa

The playground had lots of trash in it (bottle caps, bandaids, a bucket handle, floss string, broken pieces of plastic) and so did the basketball court. The bikes were covered in bird droppings. The bathrooms were vile. The west side RV sites had trash when we arrived and they lost power consistently. No AC for RVers. The lady at the store was super nice. Thumbs up for the patient store lady :)

Staff was very friendly, Terri at the desk was welcoming. Sites were in rough shape, very little care or maintenance. Grills were broken. Bathrooms being closed from 6-7 a.m. every day for cleaning was not nice. We opted to not stay the second night and went somewhere else instead but did not ask for a refund as I'm just chalking it up to experience. Past KOA experiences elsewhere were nice.

Nice place, great pizza, nice dog area

This is the 3rd or 4th time we have stayed here. Overall it is a great place with great staff. This year they were having power issues and did not have adequate power during the day. If it were my first time, I might think it was a one off. The last time we were there, a year ago, power was also an issue. I would just expect that power should have been resolved by now.

One night's stay while passing through the area. I was happy to see the variety of activities available for all guest ages, and the cleanliness. One note: I stayed in #51. There is no number on the box at that site. If would be difficult to identify the right spot if other campers had items that covered the number of their sites, and/or if it was dark when arriving.

Very comfortable.

Had a broken older RV next to us for all four nights. Appeared to be homeless. I had to keep checking that my doors were locked. Don Hunt.

Staff was very friendly. They had a grassy dog park which we appreciate. Good hookups. The grounds need better repairs and upkeep. It appears they just don’t have enough staff. When we arrived three of the four washers were out of order. 3 days later, they were fixed. The key to the driers were lost so the repairmen had to replace the locked coin trays.

We had a great stay. Thank you for working with me to have a spot close to pool and park area for my grandkids (who want some independence) but yet I could still keep an eye on them. We will def be back ~ Great place to stay

There are some very nice aspects of this park. Clean restrooms/showers, nice pool and play ground area, played a family movie in the evening. I know it is hard to have nice grass etc. in a dry climate, but there were goat head/puncher vine in the camping area. Do not know why they call it "Redmond" KOA when it is almost 20 miles from Redmond.

When we checked in, our attendant was very helpful and friendly

We had a family reunion there. We had a great time . Staff was friendly . The park was great!

It was ok. Kind of messy, not one of the most pristine KOAs we’ve ever been to. And no garbage dumpster on property? That was weird. Nice staff checked us in.

Every helpful and friendly staff. Had a great time!

Stay was great. Park is an older KOA but lots of shade trees. Located 20 miles north of Redmond out in the farmlands. Check in was a breeze with lovely staff. Their store is to die for! A little of everything. Site was clean however you need to watch for patches of thorns every so often. Would definitely return here.

Everyone was very friendly and there was a lot of fun activities over the weekend. The ice cream social was fun and the breakfast buffet was great! We had 2 meals out of it!

This was our third stay at this KOA. It is clean and well maintained, and the kids loved the addition of the mining area. Keep up the good work! See you next year!

Easy to find, check-in went very smooth. Erin was an absolute delight. Friendly, helpful, considerate. The facility was very clean, organized. Lots of activities for families with kids. Very dog friendly.

It is a great stop over traveling north or south. It's out of the way location makes it a perfect peaceful stay.

This was the worst KOA we have ever stayed in. We have been RV camping at KOA (almost exclusively) for the past 30 years. We have always trusted the KOA ratings but will not do that from here on out after our stay here. This KOA is rated a holiday and it should be a journey at best. It probably shouldn't even carry the KOA name. We almost left after paying because we didn't even feel safe.

Very clean and the bathrooms were AMAZING REALLY NICS SETUP!

Just one night, site was nice, staff was friendly.

Worked great as a one night stop. After driving all day, the pizza you could purchase was perfect. Had everything we needed and not as expensive as other KOA's.

Pups and I wanted to get out and enjoy 1 last tent camping experience for the year before the temps turned too chilly and the weekend in October was just pristine with 74°. When I had asked a coworker who lives in Culver her thoughts on this spot she kinda just gave me a 'eh, it's ok' shrug and look and tried to find somethings to say about it. The reviews mentioned about all the burrs in the pups 🐾 🐾 around the camper sections, welp, they are pretty much all over the place. The tent camping, thankfully, there were only 3 different tenters, otherwise, I wouldn't want to be here when each spot is filled up, the quarters are tight and there really isn't any defining area to provide a get-away feel. Also, the tenting area is right by the store, which is great for bathroom convenience, but the lights on all night could disturb one's sleep if they don't have a way to cover their eyes. Altho summer hours with all the perks were done for the season, if you're a kid, there were still some things they could do for fun, 1 seemed to be the playground was always with kids and they played together a lot which was good to hear them get along great. There were horseshoe pits but ya could see they'd not been used in some time. The volleyball net was down, but again, could be a summer thing. There's a treasure sifting thing that seemed interesting to find certain rocks or gems and some kids rented these funky pedal low rider vehicles that they quickly gave up on cuz mum kept having to push them to get them going. As for nature, however, we tried to get out to do more than just walk around the campsite a lot, but it's so full of the burrs, it wasn't enjoyable for my 2 big pups. We're hikers and explorers but this isn't the spot for that. So we just chilled, read and rested and since it was quiet due to the time of year, it was nice. The staff is all super friendly and helpful, coming around to give puppy pets and homemade puppy jerky, brought over firewood, helped with great convo to spend some time. If I were a kid, I bet summertime is great with the ice cream social, the pool, and even more kiddos with whom to play. If you're an adult who wants to just come out end of season to just chill, this might fit the bill. The other 2 tenters, they were just passing thru and that seemed to work well for them for the 1 night stay. Oohh, the doggie area. Eh, it's a place for them to be off-leash to do their business, but just like anywhere, it's the others that don't pick up after their critters that dismantles the good vibes. The area is tiny, not shaded, altho they put up a sunscreen over the seated area, and even tho not as many, it has the burrs, too.

I was blown away by the friendliness of the staff and the amount of activities and amenities. There were nightly ice cream socials, a $6 breakfast piled high, pizza delivered to the campsite, a fully-stocked store, a clean pool, nice playground, and trash was dumped regularly. This isn't a ritzy place, but they sure do care about the experience and we will be back.

We stopped here on a cross country trip. Wifi and other services good. Enjoyed the 12$ breakfast which includes chicken fried steak, biscuits and gravy, eggs, sausage pancakes and hash browns. Safe family friendly campground. Close to state parks , out in the wilderness but 20 minutes from a walmart. Would recommend.
