The photos on the KOA website about this campground are very deceiving. I will say the grounds were clean, the sites themselves were weed covered and the picnic table at our site was stained, chipping of paint and in marginal shape at best. The worst part were the full time campers with all belongings, aka junk, surrounding their sites. It reminded me of the homeless camps around Portland.

Centrally located just so many wonderful locations. Very nice and clean, the staff were very professional and helpful. I would highly recommend this location to anyone that is camping in the area.

We were placed next to a homeless family. The children were fine, but the adults yelled at the children and came and went in the middle of the night both nights. This is unacceptable for a place that we paid $70 a night for two nights to stay in. Our campsite was not clean, there was trash on the ground and in the roadway behind our campsite. Staff didn't pick up the trash in the road.

It was okay. This is the first time that we stayed at a KOA. I was surprised to find how close together the sites are and how there is hardly any privacy between the sites. The staff were very friendly. I was also surprised to see that there are people that stay there permanently. It's doubtful that we will stay at a KOA again unless we have to because they are about twice as much as others.

I think the only thing to do different would be to change the bathroom cleaning time to noon or one. Everything was awesome. The spots were clean the fire pits were great. The bathroom clean the store personnel were very friendly and knowledgeable of the area.

This KOA has perhaps the best sore I seen in a KOA. The homemade pizza offered are fantastic It was disappointing to see residential campers living here with piles of junk around their trailer.

We really like the Culver koa...friendly staff and love the pizza and food offerings there. The only issue is that there's a big goat head weed problem. You have to watch where you walk - individually, with pets, and with kids on bicycles. Those puncture weeds are painful and find their way into the RV, shoes, pet's paws, and bicycle tires.

Nice update bathrooms. Even though we were there after Labor Day the pool was still open because it was quite warm. The host was kind enough to bring the ice we needed right to the campsight.

It's a very good kid friendly park. Great pool. Liked the ice-cream socials. The only draw back was the power shutting off constantly. We will definitely try it again sometime.

Stayed at the KOA for three nights to attend the Madras Air Show. The campground was nice and clean, and the pool was refreshing on the hot evenings. The only thing I don't like is that the neighbor's sewer hose is right in our campsite.

We love this KOA and they are making nice upgrades, but something needs to be done with the current power situation. You charge for full hook ups but the power goes out at least once an hour. We have stayed here for years and this stay was the worst. Power off multiple times a night made it hard to sleep with equipment beeping every time the power went off, not to mention no air.

Needed a place to drop the trailer for the Oregon Rise Up Festival so didn't really spend much time at the KOA. I will stay there again if I have the need to be in central Oregon.

The playground had lots of trash in it (bottle caps, bandaids, a bucket handle, floss string, broken pieces of plastic) and so did the basketball court. The bikes were covered in bird droppings. The bathrooms were vile. The west side RV sites had trash when we arrived and they lost power consistently. No AC for RVers. The lady at the store was super nice. Thumbs up for the patient store lady :)

Staff was very friendly, Terri at the desk was welcoming. Sites were in rough shape, very little care or maintenance. Grills were broken. Bathrooms being closed from 6-7 a.m. every day for cleaning was not nice. We opted to not stay the second night and went somewhere else instead but did not ask for a refund as I'm just chalking it up to experience. Past KOA experiences elsewhere were nice.

This is the 3rd or 4th time we have stayed here. Overall it is a great place with great staff. This year they were having power issues and did not have adequate power during the day. If it were my first time, I might think it was a one off. The last time we were there, a year ago, power was also an issue. I would just expect that power should have been resolved by now.

One night's stay while passing through the area. I was happy to see the variety of activities available for all guest ages, and the cleanliness. One note: I stayed in #51. There is no number on the box at that site. If would be difficult to identify the right spot if other campers had items that covered the number of their sites, and/or if it was dark when arriving.

Staff was very friendly. They had a grassy dog park which we appreciate. Good hookups. The grounds need better repairs and upkeep. It appears they just don’t have enough staff. When we arrived three of the four washers were out of order. 3 days later, they were fixed. The key to the driers were lost so the repairmen had to replace the locked coin trays.

There are some very nice aspects of this park. Clean restrooms/showers, nice pool and play ground area, played a family movie in the evening. I know it is hard to have nice grass etc. in a dry climate, but there were goat head/puncher vine in the camping area. Do not know why they call it "Redmond" KOA when it is almost 20 miles from Redmond.

Stay was great. Park is an older KOA but lots of shade trees. Located 20 miles north of Redmond out in the farmlands. Check in was a breeze with lovely staff. Their store is to die for! A little of everything. Site was clean however you need to watch for patches of thorns every so often. Would definitely return here.

Everyone was very friendly and there was a lot of fun activities over the weekend. The ice cream social was fun and the breakfast buffet was great! We had 2 meals out of it!

A little off the beaten path but overall have had a great holiday weekend here. Plenty to do for kids and adults both inside and out of the park. Staff has been outgoing and fantastic to work with. Plenty of planned Parkwide activities for the holiday. This park will be going near the top of our list for camping in this area. They've got TeePees and cabins but we brought our RV so I cannot report on any of the rooms. Heated pool is definitely a plus,even if it does not offer a shaded area.
