We really like the cabins, and the chance to roast marshmallows and make smores. The employees are very helpful, and we just found out we can book a year ahead, which ensures we got a cabin instead of forgetting to make a reservation and, fortunately, getting the last cabin available.

Our extended family reserved four sites for our stay, two trailers, one tent and one cabin. The KOA staff were all very friendly and helpful and offered a variety of activities. The grounds were clean and well kept, pool was great and bath/showers were also clean. The on-site store was well stocked and made purchases very easy, pizzas were good and being delivered to our camp site was another plus

Stayed in one of the two room cabins and it was great! we love to camp but hate sleeping in a tent this was the perfect thing.

We’ve been coming to this KOA for nearly 20 years! We love how clean this campground is kept, the pool is warm, and all the workers are friendly.

DO NOT RENT THE DELUXE CABIN!!! There is absolutely nothing deluxe about it. There was garbage wrapped in the sheets. Ants crawling on the counters. Mold in the shower. I bet the floors have never been mopped. We literally went and bought Lysol spray and sprayed everything before touching it. The place is pretty ran down. Save your money and drive on.

This was a very restful and well-supported stay in one of the air-conditioned cabins at Redmond/Central Oregon KOA. The staff and owner Mike were very welcoming and supportive of our needs, and the camp store is the best-stocked one I have ever seen. They even make pizzas in their own pizza oven and deliver them by cart to your site. Kudos and 5 stars to the staff and management at this KOA site!

We had a great time in the KOA in Culver. We were impressed with the activities available, especially for kids. The light parade was unusual but interesting, especially again for the younger generation. Keep up the great work you and your staff are doing.

The bathrooms were always clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. The amenities were great. I loved the delivery service. And the store was stocked with anything we might need, great selection! This KOA exceeded our expectations in so many ways!

I enjoyed the camp area, the pool, the ping pong tables and bikes for kids to ride. Though the staff was hit and miss on the friendliness. Bathroom cleaner was incredibly raising her voice and swearing for us to get out at 9:02 for cleaning. And one of the front desk staff was very irritated that we didn’t know tokens for ice cream, and breakfast were required.

Location is good, and nice views of the mountains nearby. Staff was fine, but paled in comparison to other KOAs. The biggest disappointment was the facilities. The cabin bed was wobbly and felt like it would fall when you moved, door did not close easily and was hard to use, the cabin was very dirty and the beds were covered with dog hair and dirt. Very disappointing KOA.

Thought the property was clean and looked after. Nice if there were signs out for recycling bottles and cans. It is a heavily used property, so continuous maintenace of bathrooms, showers, pool areas is ongoing to maintain the quality that is expected of a KOA facility.

Overall this is one of the best KOA's we have stayed at, and we stay exclusively at KOA's. Been here at least 5 times. We stayed in the Deluxe cabin. It would be nice if they set up the pool hours so there was an hour at dusk that was adults only. Also bottled water in the store cooler is a must! Very nice staff.

Not enough shade., I found dirty underwear in the bunk beds. The AC unit had curtains that blocked the flow of AIR and would shut off. Curtains need to cut to fit. Also the vent in the bathroom is not cleaned it had junk hanging out of it. Most likely would not stay there again.

We came with a group with 7 RV spots plus the cabin (18). We were all close together and the cabin was great! It was so handy having our own shower, microwave and fridge. The staff was wonderful and very helpful. It was a little tricky using the steps with a cast on my leg but I had lots of help. Great location close to Smith Rock, Crooked River, Cove Palisades and Sisters. We’ll be back!

My family stayed for 3 nights in the park model, it was not near wat we expected. Outlets falling out of walls, of 3 recliners in front room 1 worked all the time other 2 only when they wanted. Sliding door into living room lock broken so a stick was used and u locked unlocked going from bedroom door. After staying at orher koa campgrounds this was a let down. Wifi was very spotty. L

Old run down squeaky bed, bunk beds with incorrect mattress sizes, no sink in bathroom, door knob too small for door hole, too small air conditioner for cabin size, this cabin was an absolutely disaster and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

One of the best KOAs I have stayed at. Bathrooms clean and functioning, great staff, grounds well kept. It’s far enough off the main road so traffic noise isn’t an issue.

We stayed 1 night in a cabin here and loved it. Cleanest KOA campground and bathrooms we’ve seen. Breakfast on site to purchase was fantastic. Loved that our cabin was pet friendly so our corgi could come along for our weekend getaway. Would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful owner who cares about his campground. It’s clean, customer service is great and you can tell they care about their guests through remodeling the bathrooms, improvements they are making through the campground and their weekend activities. I highly recommend staying here as it’s a great location too.

Quiet, well-run campground in a beautiful setting with great services. The pizza oven, ice cream social and all-you-can-eat breakfasts were much appreciated and provided with friendly service. The same goes for the generous check-in, check-out window. The only thing I would consider changing is the time when public bathrooms are cleaned. Noon-1pm would have the least impact on customers.

Our stay was good the staff was very friendly and helpful. We stayed in one of the Tipi's. Thought we partake of the Ice cream social or the pizza cart it was nice surpris I wish they would have mention a dish washing station for those that are non RVers. Also it would have been nice to have electricity to the tipi's. My daughter brought her school computer to work on school work but had no power.

It was okay. Our cabin was cleaned with a powerfully scented cleaner that gave us headaches. We had to open all the windows and screen door to remove the odor. The screen on the door was detached at the bottom. The back window had to be opened from the outside. On the plus side, the bathrooms were recently redone and were clean and warm.

Our first stay in a KOA cabin will be our last. Cleaning solution used in the refrigerator permeated the refrigerator to the point that we had to throw away all food, containers, and frozen ice packs used the next day in our cooler. Cancelled our return stay and no partial refund was offered when voicing our concerns about the cleaning solution. Very unhappy with customer service.

Everyone at the KOA were super nice! We stayed in a Deluxe Cabin which was much smaller than we thought. The sink dripped sporadically and it got quite hot at night even though it was cold outside. The window lock was broken so we pried it open and there was no screen. There were crumbs on the bedding when we first got there and ants around the sink. Not our favorite stay but close to attractions.

I have never been so attached to a place like this koa. The staff are super friendly and make you feel like family. It's clean and they are always improving the facility to all accommodations. The owner and the manager are always accommodating. I highly recommend this koa. We will miss this place.

4.5 Stars (round up to 5)! My family of 4 had a great experience at this KOA. We stayed in the teepee, originally planned for 3 nights, but it was either super cold from the openness or super hot from the wood stove. Customer service was excellent - after one night I talked to the manager and was able to switch to an available cabin without any fuss. The main reason why we stayed there was for the teepee experience and the play area (it was mid replacement and not usable). The teepee would be worth it if the lows stayed above 55F. Note: the teepee doesn't not come with power - we came prepared with usb power packs. Pros: clean showers/bathrooms Kitchen sink in the main building to wash dishes Accommodating management Location close to Bend & Smith Rock Teepee was a neat experience Cons: play area under construction (it will be great) Lots of sites packed into a small area Parts of the area/facilities are looking tired Overall, I'd stay there again without hesitation, but the cabin next time.

This KOA Campground was perfectly located with many natural resources to explore. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The store was great; restrooms and showers very clean; along with the grounds. Beautiful open views surround you. Great levee along the canal for walking your dog. Full hookups, pull through sites and beautiful grassy tent sites. Overall great place to stay.
