The service was excellent, the air conditioner worked great, and we loved that the TV had streaming capabilities. We stayed in K18, and everything was clean, but it is obviously not a new cabin, nor has it been updated in a long time.

We rented a cabin,listed as small and it was tiny. But the bigger downfall for me was the fact it had no smoke alarm. There was a wall heated that was disconnected within wire hanging out and an ancient window air conditioner that was incredibly loud. On the positive side it was cleaned, the check easy. I have stayed in many KOA cabin and have always enjoyed them, this was not one of those.

Beautiful location, wonderful equipped camp store, pool and food truck. Having stayed at numerous koa over the years. We always choose koa be it for their tent sites, camping cabins or deluxe cabins for their consistency. Usually they are clean, comfortable, well-equipped. This was not the same experience with this deluxe camping cabin.

The young lady at check-in was very sweet & helpful (& delivered the delicious fresh baked pizza we ordered to our door in less than 15 min!) Cabin was perfect, newly installed air conditioner & flat screen TV were a wonderful surprise! We took advantage of all the great amenities: The Pool, All You Can Eat Breakfast, Ice Cream Social (HUGE portions), & Glow Light Parade. Will definitely return!!!

I was not happy with my accommodations.Without going into detail, I will say that the staff went out of their way to solve my issues. I have no doubt that if I had been staying in a different unit my experience would have been better.

Stayed in our favorite cabin, always clean and comfortable. Check in folks very efficient and helpful. Super clean bathrooms, always a plus.

Many old dirty trailers look to be full timers on one side of the park with junk all around them. Did not feel like a KOA. I would not stay here again.

We loved our stay here, the staff were friendly and accommodating. Restrooms and camp areas were clean and well maintained. They made sure we were warm and comfortable in our cabin. 10/10 would recommend and we will be back!

Staff was very friendly upon check-in, we were staying only 1 night so went with the cabin. The cabin could use some TLC. It is very worn giving the impression of being unclean.

The facility is nice however our cabin was not what we expected. The sheets upstairs had cheeto dust on them and there were leftover cheetos between the 2 mattresses. The kitchen was lacking. It would have been nice to have a potholder, knives that weren't bent, dishtowels. The couch was more like a shelf. We made it work for one night despite having plans for 2 nights. The staff was friendly.

It has been a long time since we have stayed in a kabin. It was awesome! Clean warm and very homey! Loved it!! The lady at the desk was very sweet and kind. We will be staying there again but in our trailer next time.

This is a wonderful KOA! Every single employee went above and beyond to help us during our stay there after our move from PA or OR only to find out our house was not ready for occupancy. We rented two cabins for a week and enjoyed our stay and our dogs loved being able to use CampK9. The store was well stocked with food and drinks, great adult beverage selections! Thank you so much KOA!

Enjoyed our stay. Only issue is we arrived late just before closing. We opened the door to the cabin and it had to have been 100 degress in there. We thought the heat was on until we realized there is no heat or a/c in this unit. That is the only thing we did not enjoy about our stay.

Overall the campground is very clean and friendly. My only complaints are that I got a twin comforter to cover a full size bed, the screen door did not keep the bugs from entering the cabin. The bed was also very soft which was hard to sleep on and wobbly. The fridge was very nice. Coffee machine didn't come with any filters.

I love this KOA. this is my second time staying there. The folks running the place are wonderful ! my only complaint is that the deluxe cabin is not a deluxe cabin, at all! I will definitely stay there again , just not in the deluxe cabin.

Every time we stay here, there seems to have been new and better improvements! Nice mattress in the Kabin, better trash can, lots of fans, etc. Great staff and they really keep an eye on things and make sure no one is bending or breaking any rules, which is greatly appreciated! Bathrooms always clean, too. One of our very favorite KOAs . . .

This was a two night stop/rest on a twelve day tour of central Oregon from I84 to California. If we wouldn’t have had overnight reservations elsewhere we would have stayed longer. We talked all the way home about making it a future “destination”! The staff were all great and the facilities seemed very well maintained.

Rented a "Deluxe Cabin" for two nights. This was an old Park Model. Most things were either broken or falling apart, starting with the front and back doors, chairs on the deck that you couldn't sit on, kitchen faucet that leaked all over and had severely water damaged the kitchen cabinets, the list goes on. The AC was a small window unit that was way too small to cool the unit, it was a sweat box.

Everything was wonderful except the fact that they fill you up with food and then close the bathrooms for an hour for 8am to 10am. Got yelled at for not being able to wait any longer. You would think they would clean at a more appropriate time of day or have another set of bathrooms.

We really enjoyed the time in the teepee. However to a couple that stayed in a cabin saying it was dirty I did not respond. However, when we packed our things and loaded the cars we went in for a last check. When I looked under the bed I couldn't believe the dirt. So I have to say I was surprised!!! That would make me think twice about staying again. Otherwise the rest was good.

I’ve stayed at KOAs while on our 10 day trip. We stayed one night (on way to destination & on our return. Pros: staff was friendly and Wi-Fi good. Bad: Oregon was going through hot spell. While they opened the windows of the cabin…it was almost unbearable to sleep in. Bathrooms not as clean/no vents. Basic amenities. KOA needs LOTS of maintenance, stained mattresses/needs deep cleaning.

RV Park had nice large spaces with fire pits. Clean bathrooms. Nice staff. Recommend if traveling North.

The lady that owns this place is amazing. Been coming hear for years on my harley. This trip was the first time I used there cabins and I was impressed definitely will use them again. Great staff. Clean place.
