We have stayed at this koa quite a few times and have always really enjoyed it but this last time we noticed the personal you ha e working for you now is not at all friendly as before. The young skinny long brown haired lady with the blue bandana is quite rude. My wife had to go to the bathroom at 5:55 am and the lady got upset at her because the bathroom closes at 6. Won't be staying there again

The check-in staff were very helpful and friendly, and the campground itself was lovely (including the cabins!). Be forewarned, there is NO bathroom access at all from 6a-7a. This ended up being a large problem for the school group we brought there, and when a teacher asked the cleaning crew about it, they loudly swore at us in front of parents and students.

Everyone was very friendly, however the cabin (blue house in the back) was very old, run down and dirty. The description on your website didn't match the cabin. It would be helpful to post pictures of the inside of the cabin online instead of having people go off the verbal description. I wouldn't have booked had I known that was the quality I was purchasing. My kids loved the playground

I arrived, and the cabin was beyond filthy; it was dangerously unkempt. I was greeted by a pile of cigarette butts and ash on the front steps and the inside was so dusty. There was glass all over the floor. I spent an hour cleaning it and told the receptionist at the front who just stared at me blankly. My feet were cut and my cats could have been severely injured or died from the broken bottles.

Overall or stay was good. The only complaint we would have is we stayed in the large cabin which is more like a house or tiny house it was very drafty and the heater barely was adequate to keep it warm but other than that we loved everything that came with the cabin and the price was on point.

The men’s bathroom needs general maintenance. The staff must have had a tough day as they were either tired or unfriendly. The pizza store was closed and or out of ingredients. So we were disappointed. The camping cabin was clean and fine.

Staff and campground was wonderful. Unfortunately a big part of why I chose to stay was 1. The pool 2. The Ice cream social 3. The breakfast. None of which were available during my stay. If I had known that I would have made different plans. Online it said the pool would be open during our stay. It was already drained.

I have stayed at a lot of koa's, this one was absolutely the best. It has air conditioning a refrigerator a TV. And the store stays open till 9:00. I highly highly recommend this KOA and their cabins. Thanks again I'll see you on my way back

I almost Purchased the bundle of firewood, so that my wife in her first ever camping experience could sit by the campfire. But I thought I should check it out first and when I got to the TP, I realized that one would have to walk through the puncture vine and other weeds to get to the fire pit, which by the way is less than 10 feet from a dry stubble field. So I decided against a fire!!

cabins were dated toilets, broken, AC, broken electrical wiring dated entire need of upgrade, uncomfortable beds I wouldn’t recommend this place to stay.

Overall the grounds were nice, but the "deluxe" cabin was dirty (the worst being the toilet), the loft was like a truck cab bunk (didn't realize we would not be able to stand), the A/C was limited to the living room area, did not help the rest of the cabin. By looks alone this was the worst kept cabin on the grounds. The store was fully stocked, personnel friendly.

Will not stay here again, had a big storm come through while we tent camped. We understand there is no controlling the weather but due to trees that were not properly maintained, lots of our camping gear destroyed, luckily no one was hurt by the falling limbs. They offered to SELL us new tents, we didn’t feel safe, rented a cabin they had at FULL PRICE would not even discount the cabin. Horrible

We came home with 4 flat tires on our 2 bikes. Puncture vine is all over and punctures tires. We were not warned, although the problem was ongoing. It cost us $80 to get the flats fixed. We have stayed here many times and have never been so disappointed in the lack of consideration for bike riders. Other campers (with flat tires) warned us but it was too late; we already had weed seeds imbedded.

Grounds are well maintained, store is well stocked, and staff is very friendly. Great location for many types of activities. We stayed in a cabin and the couple with two young children next to us were from Amsterdam. Have met many different nationalities at KOA's. Great time!

Overall, our stay went pretty well. We enjoyed the swimming pool. It seemed nicer (cleaner?) than last year. The air conditioning in our cabin was nice. There were some general maintenance tasks that needed work, both on the cabin and the bathroom. The door of the women's bathroom was rarely locked, because it was so hard to get the latch to work. The staff was wonderful! Helpful and friendly. The tipi was very cool to stay in... highly recommend. Quiet after hours and the pool was great for the kids. Pizza place on site too! Great amenities and would recommend this KOA to others.

Everyone was so friendly and helpful, one of the young men even offered to help carry a heavy cooler I was struggling with, and moved our table into the shade � the restrooms/showers were always very clean. I was in a cabin, it was clean, and had A/C, a fridge and freezer, large television, loved it! My friend had campsite she and I loved the space. Will come back!

Playground was very functional and freshly painted. The saltwater pool was a huge hit in the hot sun! We loved our tiny cabin and would definitely stay again. All of the staff was friendly and welcoming.

Terrible. Ended up leaving at 10pm to find other accommodation. We checked on close to 4:30, left to come back at 10:00 to a bathroom that had a dirty toilet, old towels from last gues, mold on shower curtain, half lights not working, bugs everywhere,smell of mold, dirty fridg, terribly hot, a/c only in living, filthy furniture, dead bugs all over, dirty windows very unkempt. Want our money back.

We have been staying in our rv for over 20 years here. A wonderful experience and camp hosts are the best. Pool is a big benefit when it is hot

The Staff was wonderful, Lodging awful. TeePee1 was literally falling over. The door was so "low", almost parallel to the ground, had to crawl on hands and knees to reach the zipper to get out. Most furnishings were broken, birds were perching above bed so it was covered in their droppings. Owner has attitude issue, let us know that staffs kindness was unacceptable. WILL NOT RETURN OR RECOMMEND!!!

Staff was super friendly!! The only thing that could have been better is if the mattress in the cabin was vacuumed as it had pieces of yarn like material and dog hair all over it. Otherwise, all was wonderful!

We enjoyed our stay , we felt like apart of the family. They treated us very well. The campground was full but it was very quiet. The lighted parade for the kids was lots of fun! We will be back.

We were in the Deluxe Cabin as we are seniors, have tent camped, RV camped & like the ammenities of having our own bathroom now. The bed sucked, but everyone else was great. Salt water pool was great! Need Cpap furniture added. Tx you!

With the name KOA on a property we expected it to be better. The women’s bathroom was so filthy I didn’t take a shower while we were there. There are permanent residents there which made us uncomfortable with our kids. The layout didn’t allow for direct access to bathroom and other common areas. We can get better accommodations locally for a cheaper price.

Very nice stay at RCO KOA. All the staff were really nice and helpful. Kerstyn is an in ultimate employee. I thought she was the owner the way she was caring and doing everything. Nice pool and great pizza delivery. It's quite too. Not close to the highway. See you again.

I was pretty disappointed in the KOA. It's actually the first KOA I have been disappointed in. We switched from a tepee to cabin 1. They said there was a/c, and there was one window a/c and it did not cool down the cabin so it was very hot. 2, the wifi did not work, 3 nearly all of the food in the store was expired and I have pictures. I even brought it to their attention and they left it.

The site is misrepresented. The “deluxe” cabin is old, and run down. Needs updating! The cabin for my daughter-in-law, who had a broken leg and had had surgery less than a month before, we were told was ramped and just across from the bathrooms/shower, was misrepresented. There was no ramp and she had to make her way around the office. We would’ve made other arrangements if it all were made

RV Park had nice large spaces with fire pits. Clean bathrooms. Nice staff. Recommend if traveling North.
