This was a really nice KOA with exceptionally friendly staff. The grounds and pool area were well kept. The bathrooms had excellent showers.The only suggestions we have are make the dog park a LOT bigger so the dogs can actually run off some energy, and to change the hours for bathroom cleaning to a later time. When the RV is packed up to leave, it would be nice to be able to use them.

The space I had (54) was dry with no source of shade. Most of the other spaces had trees. The amenities were great. I especially enjoyed the ice cream and food availability.

We really had a nice stay there for two nights while we were at the Sisters Quilt show during the day. Only glitch was that the power kept going off and on both days. Didn't affect us in the long run, but we are a small camper and if the power was off for an extended time our fridge would switch over to using the camper battery and it would drain it quickly. They were on it right away.

Campground was clean, the staff friendly and helpful. My only complaint is the tent sites are very close together. It was overall a great stay. I would stay there again.

The staff are all so friendly and welcoming! My family and I had an amazing time at this location and I would recommend a stay here to anyone! I highly recommend the all-you-can-eat breakfast, yummy!!!

Electrical system needs major upgrade to accommodate the needs of today's larger campers. Too many power outages. Open the pool at 9:00 instead of 10:00, with one hour of "adults only" swimming. List the campground as Madras rather than Redmond - it's closer to Madras! Pro: Super nice and helpful employees.

+ Seamless check in. Easy site access Pizza delivery - dog poop in our site Only 30 amp service was available. (When that breaker kept blowing the maintenance quickly replaced the breaker.)

We rented their deluxe cabin for a long weekend over 4th of July. It was filthy, broke down, no screens on many of the windows so no way to open for fresh air, the door was jammed and hard to open … and many many other things. It was horrible. And the final day when we were packing up, a mouse had eaten into a bag of chips! We were disgusted and threw everything left over away. VERY DISAPPOINTE

The site was clean and we loved the large fire pit. Staff was friendly, however they messed up our reservation causing us to pay more at arrival. The pool & food truck are great. Bathrooms usually clean, but we encountered a homeless woman late at night who stuck in and made us uncomfortable. She roamed the campsites looking through people’s things while they slept. A+ location near Bend/lake BC

very nice people running the camp ground. everything was kept clean and tidy. The all you can eat breakfast was delicious and very reasonable. can't wait to camp there again.

If you plan to hook up to sewer, you will need an extension or very long dran hose. The Drains are near the middle of the sites. Great location! Far enough from heaven traffic and yet close to the things we like to do in Central Oregon!!

Spaces are a bit close together but fortunately our neighbors were very quiet! Roads were dusty and could be watered down some. Pizza is very expensive but tasty.

The surrounding area is beautiful. The staff take care in making the sites pretty level. The pool looked good but we didn’t use it. Bathrooms are fine. Looks like there were lots of activities we did not use. Staff very helpful.

This place is fine. Not great, not awful. Wouldn’t stay here for longer than an overnight trip in the future. Bathhouse had some small maintenance and cleaning issues. Very little shade. Slow Wi-Fi. Good amenities for kids. Expensive for what it is.

I would love to come here again and stay longer. I had cabin B and there are only two recommendations. The coffee pot in my cabin was plugged and made a mess. There needs to be an extension cord for the coffee pot and the pool should open before 10 am. This is the nicest KOA I have stayed in. The evening desk staff was wonderful and she made the experience great. She delivered pizza and linens.

This was my fourth time staying at this KOA over the years and each time it gets better and better! The owners go the extra mile, especially with the late check in accommodation and with their excellent communication. The property is tidy and just what we needed as a home base for exploring. We will definitely return!

I really did not enjoy site 34 across from the pool. I had mutual people use the site as a walkway. I did say something, but it was a very busy weekend. I even had someone hit my trailer with their hand as they walked through. I have never had any issues like this before. If I ever have that site again I will build some traps or put up some barricades!

We stayed in tipi 2 for our second time. What a fun experience. We like how friendly and helpful the staff are. Bathrooms and grounds were clean especially at this busy summer time. Thank you! We'll be back again.

This KOA Campground was perfectly located with many natural resources to explore. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The store was great; restrooms and showers very clean; along with the grounds. Beautiful open views surround you. Great levee along the canal for walking your dog. Full hookups, pull through sites and beautiful grassy tent sites. Overall great place to stay.

This RV park and campground was great. The pool and facilities were clean. They also had a dog park. Not too far from some good golf either.
